Objective To establish a three-dimensional finite element model of rapid canine tooth movement by reducing resistance and distracting procedures, and to discuss canine distal movement and force distribution of periodontium, and to provide theory basis for its clinical application. Methods Through 64-slice spiral scanning, temporomandibular joint (TMJ),the mandible, lower jaw denture section phantom DICOM data were obtained.Mimics software,Geomagic Studio 8.0 software,Unigraphics NX software, and Ansys11.0 software were mixed, and the three-dimensional finite element model were established under the conventional condition to move the canine (model 1 ),rapid canine movement through distracting osteggenesis of the periodontal ligament (model 2),rapid canine movement tooth movement through reducing resistance and distracting method (model 3),the strength were carried on three kind of models and the canine, the pericementum, the tooth socket bone stress distribution were observed. Results The biggest displacements on those three models occured in canine crown on 1/3,biggest displacement quantity:model 3 >model 2 >model 1,and the canine crown displacement reduced gradually from crown to the root point; in the model 1 most greatly equivalent stress mainly concentrated in the middle of distal alveolar crest, but in the models 2 and 3 most greatly equivalent stress centralism area shifted liguodistal alveolar crest. Conclusions In the process of canine distal movement, reducing bone resistance, can accelerate the tooth moving speed effectively and simultaneously, the canine has distal motion tendency. While under the action of force, the canine tends to move ligually with the canine distal movement, and thus appropriate measures should be taken to prevent canine lingual rotation in clinical work.
3.Clinical value and nursing intervention of prone position ventilation in treating patients
Chongqing Medicine 2017;46(14):1904-1906
Objective To investigate the effect of position ventilation(PPV) on oxygenation, the airway sputum drainage and hemodynamic of acute respiratory distress comprehensive syndrome(ARDS).Methods From June 2015 to April 2016,13 cases with moderate or severe ARDS were researched. The changes of PaO2,PaCO2,SpO2,PaO2/FiO2 and airway sputum drainage were observed as well as HR,MAP,CVP,CO,CI,SVV,etc. Results Totally 56 PPV were taken.Compared with pre-treatment of PPV,the number of PaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 increased from (74.7±13.18) mm Hg and 168.65±22.12 to (92.13±17.82) mm Hg and 208.80±24.04(P<0.05) respectively;SpO2 and airway sputum drainage increased from (95.32±2.76)% and (7.84±1.68)mL to (97.04±1.84)% and (13.25±3.55)mL(P=0.000).However,there were no significant differences in HR,MAP,CVP,CO,CI and SVV(P>0.05).Conclusion PPV can effectively improve oxygenation in patients with ARDS and promote airway sputum drainage, and hemodynamic effects are not obvious. However, nursing intervention still should be strengthened.

The quality and grade of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs were assessed by their characteristics traditionally. According to traditional experience, the quality of the purple Flos Farfarae is better than that of yellow buds. NMR-based metabolomic approach combined with significant analysis of microarray (SAM) and Spearman rank correlation analysis were used to investigate the different metabolites of the Flos Farfarae with different color feature. Principal component analysis (PCA) showed clear distinction between the purple and yellow flower buds of Tussilago farfara. The S-plot of orthogonal PLS-DA (OPLS-DA) and t test revealed that the levels of threonine, proline, phosphatidylcholine, creatinine, 4, 5-dicaffeoylquinic acid, rutin, caffeic acid, kaempferol analogues, and tussilagone were higher in the purple flower buds than that in the yellow buds, in agreement with the results of SAM and Spearman rank correlation analysis. The results confirmed the traditional medication experience that "purple flower bud is better than the yellow ones", and provide a scientific basis for assessing the quality of Flos Farfarae by the color features.

The kinetics of batch and fed-batch cultures of recombinant Escherichia coli to produce humanlike collagen were investigated. Through examining the density of substrate and the amount of mushrooms and the density of products during the process of fermenting, a set of kinetic models are set up. The influence of cell without plasmid was considered. The results show that the kinetic model may well simulate the fermenting process.

Objective To investigate the correlation of pathology factors and prognosis of gastrointestinal stroma tumors (GIST). Methods The expression of CD117, CD34, SMA, S-100 and Ki-67 in 91 GIST cases were studied by Envision method of immunohistocbemistory;Sequently, the relationship of the location, the size, the hemorrhage, cellular necrosis, stroma mucus, the mitosis, Ki-67 expression and the prognosis were analyzed by SPSS 12.0. Results The positive rate of CD117, CD34, SMA, S-100 were 80.21%, 73.63 %, 34.07 %, 7.69 % respectively. There had significant difference between the location, the mitosis, Ki-67 expression and the prognosis; but no significant difference between the location, the hemorrhage, cellular necrosis, stroma mucus, CD117 expression and the prognosis. Conclusion The tumor's size, mitosis, and Ki-67 expression are associated with prognosis; CD117 expression and prognosis. Even more, Ki-67 expression may be a more precise factor to judge the tumor's biological behaviour compared to the mitosis. As a wally classified method, the Flecther classification is worth to spread.

Objective:To discuss the effects of walking function-guided interactive Tuina(Chinese therapeutic massage)on spatiotemporal gait parameters in children with spastic cerebral palsy(CP). Methods:Fifty children with spastic diplegic CP were divided into an observation group and a control group following a paired design and random number principle, with 25 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with the walking function-guided interactive Tuina, and the control group was offered the"six methods of spine and back"Tuina,20 min for each session and 5 sessions weekly for 3 consecutive months. The children's changes were assessed using the percentage of dimension E(walking, running, and jumping)of the gross motor function measure-88(GMFM-88)and three-dimensional gait analysis. Results:After treatment, the percentage of GMFM-88 dimension of dimension E(walking, running, and jumping)changed significantly in both groups(P<0.05),and the between-group difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the step length, walking speed, and step frequency changed markedly in the observation group(P<0.05)and were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention, the stance phase and double support extended, and the swing phase became shorter in the observation group(P<0.05);the between-group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The maximal knee flexion angle and maximal posterior pelvic tilt angle decreased After treatment in the observation group, and the maximal anterior pelvic tilt angle increased, all showing statistical significance(P<0.05);the between-group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with the passive Tuina manipulations, the"six methods of the spine and back",walking function-guided interactive Tuina has its advantage in improving walking function in children with spastic CP,manifesting as better lower-limb force line and walking efficiency.
10.Risk factors for the coexistence of inflammatory bowel disease and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease: A Meta-analysis
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2019;35(4):835-839
ObjectiveTo investigate whether glucocorticoids, anti-tumor necrosis factor (anti-TNF) drugs, and a past history of surgical treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) are the risk factors for the coexistence of IBD and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). MethodsPubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Wanfang Data, CNKI, and VIP were searched for clinical trials of the coexistence of IBD and NAFLD published up to October 2018. The articles included were summarized and quality assessment was performed according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. RevMan 5.2 was used for data processing; the random effects model was used for data with heterogeneity, and the fixed effect model was used for data with homogeneity. ResultsA total of 7 articles were included, with 1645 patients. The meta-analysis showed that glucocorticoids might not be a risk factor for the coexistence of IBD and NAFLD (odds ratio (OR)=1.19, 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.90-1.57, P=0.23); anti-TNF drugs were not a risk factor for the coexistence of IBD and NAFLD (OR = 0.86, 95%CI: 0.65-1.13, P=0.27); a past history of surgical treatment of IBD was a risk factor for the coexistence of IBD and NAFLD (OR=1.50, 95%CI: 1.09-2.05, P=0.01). ConclusionGlucocorticoids and anti-TNF drugs for the treatment of IBD may not increase the incidence rate of the coexistence of IBD and NAFLD, while surgical treatment for IBD may increase this incidence rate.
