1.Hospital Wastewater Treatment With the Hydrolysis Oxidization Technology
Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
Objective To study the application of contact oxidization and hydrolysis acidifying technology in hospital wastewater treatment. Methods Hydrolysis combined with chlorine dioxide disinfection was used in the engineering of treatment. Results Even if CODCr was 300 mg/L, BOD5 was 150 mg/L, SS was 300 mg/L, pH was 6-9 and large intestine bacteria number was 50 000/L, the wastewater quality met the requirement of related standard after treated with the present method. Conclusion The present technology was efficient, practical and economical.

4.Prevention and treatment of vitamin K deficiency in neonates and infants
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(14):1059-1062
Vitamin K deficiency is a common problem in neonates and infants, vitamin K deficiency bleeding can be life threatening. There is still a high incidence of vitamin K deficiency even if the prevention by retrospective analysis a large number of the global data.In recent years, with the increase of premature infants, incidence is higher than before,China is the same trend. There is no recognized prevention and treatment measures, and less related research data. Therefore,to carry out related investigation,to provide the basis for clinical prevention and treatment are an urgent task.

7.Goals for the treatment of multiple myeloma in the era of novel agents
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(13):823-826
The treatment of multiple myeloma has become possible in the era of novel agents. Novel agents have dramatically improved the response rates of multiple myeloma (MM) and have extended the survival of patients even if MM remains an incurable disease. De-termining the treatment goals of MM has become a major challenge for clinicians in the era of novel agents. Many results show the correlation between response depth and patients' survival. Complete remission (CR), stringent CR, phenotypic CR, and CRs at the molecular and PET-CT levels are being explored and becoming the goals of MM treatment. Doctors should balance efficacy with adverse effects in daily clinical practice to avoid the blind pursuit of a high and deep response rate.
8.Analysis of overweight and obese population distribution in a sanatorium and their relationship with blood glucose level
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2015;24(6):630-632
Objective:To analyze data of 5604 cases who received health examination in our hospital ,and understand morbidities of overweight and obesity in these people and their relationship with blood glucose level . Methods :Morning venous blood was taken from the 5604 subjects undergoing health examination to measure blood glucose lev‐el ,and their body weight and height were measured at the same time ,then body mass index (BMI) was calculated and analyzed .Results:Among the 5604 subjects , prevalence rates of overweight and obesity were 42.1% and 13. 3% respectively ,and they were 50% and 16. 4% in men ,and 25. 4% and 6. 8% in women respectively .Among different age groups (except ≥71 years group) , prevalence rate of overweight in men was significantly higher than that of women , P<0.01 all;except ≥61 years subjects , prevalence rate of obesity in men was significantly higher than that of women ,P<0.01 .In overweight group ,risk relative (RR) of impaired fasting blood glucose and dia‐betes mellitus to those of subjects with normal body weight was 2.32 (95% CI 1.91~2.82) and 2.92 (95% CI 2.31~3.70) respectively ;in obesity group , RR of impaired fasting blood glucose and diabetes mellitus to those of subjects with normal body weight was 3.2 (95% CI 2.57~3.99) and 5.17 (95% CI 4.53~5.90) respectively , P=0.001 all . Conclusion:Overweight and obesity have become a common problem among our customer groups .Compared with those with normal body weight ,overweight and obesity greatly increase risk ratio of impaired fasting blood glucose .
9.Oblique and non-oblique cannulated screwing for senile femoral neck fractures: a comparative study
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2015;17(2):108-113
Objective To compare the clinical outcomes between oblique and non-oblique fixation with cannulated screws for femoral neck fractures in the elderly patients. Methods Totally 189 patients of over 65 years old were treated for femoral neck fracture from June 2007 to October 2013 at our department.Oblique fixation with cannulated screws was used in 130 cases. They were 43 males aud 87 females with an average age of 77.8 ± 7.5 years.According to Garden classification,40 cases were of Garden types Ⅰ and Ⅱ (undisplaced fractures),and 90 of Garden types Ⅲ and Ⅳ (displaced fractures).Of them 26 were Pauwells type Ⅲ.Non-oblique fixation with cannulated screws was conducted in 59 cases. They were 24 males and 35 females with an average age of 75.5 ± 8.2 years.According to Garden classification,12 cases were of Garden types Ⅰ and Ⅱ (undisplaced fractures),and 47 of Garden types Ⅲ and Ⅳ (displaced fractures).Of them,15 were Pauwells type Ⅲ.The fracture union, postoperative complications, rate of reoperation and Harris scores at the last follow-up were compared between the 2 groups. Results All the 189 patients were followed up for 10 to 38 months (average,17.4 months). The oblique fixation led to a union rate of 99.2% (129/130),a fixation failure rate of 3.1% (4/130) and a femoral head necrosis rate of 2.3% (3/130),which were not significantly different from those resulted from the non-oblique fixation [98.3% (58/59),10.2% (6/59) and 5.1% (3/59) respectively] (P > 0.05).However,the rate of femoral neck shortening [35.4% (46/130)] and the reoperation rate [3.1% (4/130)] in the oblique fixation group were significantly lower than those in the non-oblique fixation group [50.8% (30/59) and 15.3% (9/59) respectively] (P < 0.05).The mean Harris hip score at the last follow-up for the oblique fixation(75.7 ± 14.3) was significantly higher than that for the non-oblique fixation (70.8 ± 16.7) (P < 0.05).Conclusion As oblique cannulated screwing can reduce the rates of femoral neck shortening and reoperation to some extent,it may be a better fixation choice than the non-oblique cannulated screwing for femoral neck fracture in elderly patients.
10.Effect of povidone iodine irrigation combined with levofloxacin eye drops on inflammatory indexes, NO and antioxidant indexes in serum and tear fluid of patients with diabetic cataract
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;37(7):125-127
Objective To investigate the effect of povidone iodine irrigation combined with levofloxacin eye drops on the inflammatory indexes, NO and antioxidant indices in serum and tear fluid of patients with diabetic cataract. Methods 50 cases of pati ents with diabetic cataract and admitted into the hospital during January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects all of whom received cataract surgery.According to the randomized double blind method, the patients were divided into two groups with 20 cases in each group. The control group received levofloxacin eye drops intervention before surgery while the observation group were treated withpovidone iodine irrigation, based on the control group. The inflammatory indexes (IL-2, sIL-2R, IL-6), NO, antioxidant indexes (TAC, SOD, CAT) and condition of postoperative infection were compared between the two groups before and after irrigation.ResuIts In the observation group, the sIL-2R, IL-6 and NO levels in serum and tear fluid after irrigation were significantly lower than those in the control group while IL-2, TAC, SOD and CAT were significantly higher than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The postoperative infection rate of the observation group was 0.0% which was significantly lower than 16.0% of the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .ConcIusion Povidone iodine irrigation combined with levofloxacin eye drops can significantly reduce the inflammatory reactions in patients with diabetic cataract and improve their antioxidant level.
