2.Zero-line Automatic Calibration and Application for the Intelligent Medical Instrument

The intelligent level of the modern medical equipments is higher than before and the automatic calibration circuits are largely used. The control circuit of the intelligent equipments is quite complicated and its working modes have been simplified to four-terminal or double terminal nets. The intelligent medical equipments such as CT, MRI, DR, PET/ CT have more chances to have some "soft" errors that are usually related to the zero-line calibration. In actual use, it can be noticed and performed, and the detecting and servicing for the medical equipments can be much easier than before.
3.Fuzzy evaluation for independent developing ability of civil medical equipment

As the base for the healthy development of civil medical equipment industry,the independent developing ability has attracted extensive attention.Firstly,medical equipment enterprises were divided into 5 modes according to their independent developing ability.Then the fuzzy evaluation method was utilized to evaluate them so as to correctly know the independent developing ability of medical equipment industry in our country.The evaluation shows that the brand value of the civil medical equipment is generally low.

Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α)is a transcription factor that acts as a master regulator of gene expression induced by low oxygen conditions.HIF-1α is the most sensitive indicator of hypoxia and can be activated by systemic hypoxia,cerebral hemisphere ischemia and cerebral focal ischemia.HIF-1 expression can be induced by hypoxic-ischemic damage after cerebral infarction and exert its effects on hypoxia-inducible downstream genes,thus protecting hypoxic tissues and cells under hypoxic conditions via regulating the expression of its downstream target genes.This article reviews the expression of HIF-1α and its downstream target genes in acute cerebral ischemia,in order to provide a theoretical basis for gene therapy.

6.Orthogonal test for optimization of quercetin extracting procedure from bud of Sophora japonica

Object To select the optimum extracting procedure for quercetin from bud of Sophora japonica L. Methods The optimum extracting procedure was selected with the content and extraction effeciency of quercetin from bud of S. japonica by orthogonal test design. Results The optimum extracting procedure was determined with 10 times of 0.05% sodium hydroxide decocting 20 min and 4 times, adjusting pH value to 6, hydrolyzing with 10 times of 4% sulfuric acid for 1 h after precipitated. Conclusion The optimum extracting procedure increased the content and extraction efficiency of quercetin from bud of S. japonica.
