Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2013;(12):1278-1281
Graduate medical education, postgraduate medical education and continuing medi-cal education between China and the United States were compared in order to explore a better physi-cian training system of China. The physician training system of the United States has a series of ad-vantages such as strict access system, uniform training standard and closely linked among each stage, etc. We should make clear medical education standards and strengthen the cohesion between each stage, standardize the management mode and perfect the management system and promote regular as-sessment system.

Conclusion:Through the application of this platform, we hope to enhance the preparedness and on-scene response capability for nuclear or radiological emergency, and also provide information support for disposal of nuclear or radiological emergency in the future.
4.Study on the relation between plasma omentin and glycometabolism
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2011;34(1):28-30
Objective To investigate the relation between plasma omentin and glycometabolism. Methods Eighty-five cases were divided into 3 groups by glucose tolerance test:diabetes mellitus group (42cases), impaired glucose regulation group (17 cases) and normal glucose regulation group (26 cases). The level of plasma omentin was assayed by ELISA. Results The level of plasma omentin was (53.7 ± 7.7),(40.7 ±9.9) and (30.6 ±5.3) μg/L in diabetes mellitus group, impaired glucose regulation group and normal glucose regulation group. There was significant difference among three groups (P= 0.049) and there was significant difference between diabetes mellitus group and normal glucose regulation group (P= 0.014).The level of plasma omentin in normal glycometabolism was (53.7 ± 7.7) μ g/L , and the level of plasma omentin in abnormal glycometabolism was (33.5 ± 6.0) μ g/L. There was significant difference between them(P = 0.023 ). Logistic analysis showed that the decline of plasma omentin was the independent risk factor ofglycometabolic disturbance (P= 0.027). Conclusion Omentin may play important roles in glycometabolic disturbance.
5.The recent progress of bone coupling mechanism:function of bone marrow derived factors
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2017;33(2):156-158
Bone remodeling is an ordered process of coupling of bone resorption and bone formation. Cytokines secreted by different bone cells and membrane molecules expressed by bone cells are involved in regulation of coupling of bone resorption and bone formation. To reveal the mechanism of bone coupling is of great significance in the study and diagnosis of osteoporosis and other metabolic bone diseases. In the present review, we summarize the progression of mechanisms by which cytokines and the related membrane molecules are regulating the coupling of bone resorption and bone formation.
6.Study on the index system for training evaluation of national health emergency response
Chinese Journal of Disease Control & Prevention 2009;0(01):-
Objective To research and develop an index system for training evaluation of national health emergency response. Methods A combinative approach was applied, including core expert group discussion,on-site investigation into parameters applied in Delphi assessment by field experts, national reviews by provincial health departments. Results Firstly,a framework of index system was constructed by core expert group based on literature;Secondly, the index was screened by mean score from field experts' investigation and suggestion of core experts, then an index system was formulated with 5 first level indexes,19 second level indexes and 46 third level indexes;Thirdly, index weight was determined according to the mean weight by field experts investigation and adjusted suggestion of core experts; Finally, the index system for training evaluation of national health emergency response was approved by Ministry of Health and applied to the whole nation. Conclusions The combinative approach is practical in research and developing index system. The index system covers a full range of related factors, and is applicable at provincial level. However, attention should be paid to improving training after evaluation.
7.The Effect of Different Target Concentration of Remifentanil on Heart Rate Variability
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the effect of remifentanil on heart rate variability,to discuss the optimal does of remifentanil for tracheal intubation. Methods Thirty six ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ patients were randomly assigned to one of three groups(n=12/group)according to the remifentanil target plasma concentration(2、4、6ng/mL).No premedication was given. The target-controlled infusion(TCI)of renifentanil was initiated 5 minutes after the TCI of propofol given at the target plasma concentration of 3.5?g/mL.Mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),HF,LF,HF/LF were measured from baseline values to 5 minutes after the operation began every minutes.MAP,HR,HF,LF and HF/LF were obtained on the time point as follows:before the induction(T0),before the start of remifentanil TCI(T1),before laryngoscopy(T2),and maximum values after intubation(T3),before operation(T4),maximum values after operation. All the data obtained were analyzed used ANOVA with SPSS 11.5 statistical software.P
8.Clinical application of atomoxetine in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2009;(11):1093-1094,1100
Atomoxetine as a nonstimulant medicine was approved by the Chinese Food an Drug Administration and provide a new selection of treatment drugs for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Tomoxetine is a noradrenaline transmitter reuptake inhibitor which can selectively inhibit synapsis noradrenaline transport protein, strengthen noradrenaline's resupination effect, and increase noradrenaline's activity released by synaptic cleft to improve the symptoms of the ADHD patients. Compared with methylphenidate, atomoxetine does not affect the concentration of the neurotransmitter dopamine and does not induce or increase the Tourettes' syndrome, therefore atomoxetine is more suitable to treat ADHD together with Tourettes syndrome. In this article the treatment of atomoxetine for ADHD, including the indications, dosage as well as adverse reactions and efficacy assessment are reviewed.

10.Effect of CD95 system in the pancreatic cancer cells sensitivity to chemotherapy
Chinese Journal of Digestion 2001;0(02):-
Objective To explore the role of CD95 system in chemotherapeutic sensitivity of pancreatic cancer cells, in an attempt to enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy by transfection CD95 gene, and to provide the evidence for the immunological treatment of pancreatic cancer. Methods CD95 gene was transfected into the pancreatic cancer cell line SW1990 by lipofectamine. The transfected cells were selected by G418. CD95 expressions of the transfected cells were detected by Northern blot and Western blot. MTT assay was used to analyze the response of the transfected cells to 5 fluorouracil, adriamycin (ADM), gemcitabine and in combination with anti CD95 monoclonal antibody (mAb). The drug induced apoptosis of transfected cells was measured by flow cytometry. Results The transfected pancreatic cancer cell SW1990 could overexpress CD95 stably. The CD95 mRNA and protein expressions were significantly increased in the transfected cells than in the controls. Anti CD95 mAb could inhibit the growth of the transfected cells. In addition, transfected cells were more sensitive to clinically relevant concentrations of chemotherapeutic drugs than non transfected cells. Anti CD95 mAb addition could enhance the cytotoxic effect of chemotherapeutic drugs. Drug induced apoptosis in ADM treated transfected cells more pronounced than in non transfected cells. Conclusions CD95 transfection could increase the sensitivity of pancreatic cancer cell SW1990 to, and partly reverse the resistance to, chemotherapeutic drugs. The combination of chemotherapeutic drugs with anti CD95 mAb showed a synergistic cytotoxicity to pancreatic cancer cells.
