Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;(1):161-162
The problem of intellectual property of traditional Chinese medicine were discussed, the TCM protection system and patent protection system are studied. The author puts forward some deficiencies of the existing protection system, and puts forward some improvement methods possible.
3.Try to talk about knowledge yuan indexing in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine clinical application of the literature indexing
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(4):296-298
Large number of TCM ancient books, the literature, has a long history and complicated contents, including the principles, methods, prescriptions, medicines and other various aspects. How to obtain and make use of knowledge in ancient books, we must establish a set of relatively precise knowledge and semantic relation networks. Knowledge yun performing reasonable rebuilding of TCM literature, containing much TCM knowledge and information, will be an important way for knowledge findings.
4.Effects of Depside Salt from Salvia Miltiorrhiza on Platelet Endothelial Nitric Oxide Synthase Activity
Chinese Journal of Hypertension 2007;0(07):-
Objective To observe the effect of depside salt from Salvia Miltiorrhiza on platelet endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) activity in health adults. Methods Peripheral venous blood was collected, platelets were isolated with gel-filtration chromatography and incubated with eNOS agonist histamine,eNOS inhibitor L-NAME and different concentrations of depside salt from Salvia Miltiorrhiza(0.1,1,10,100,1000 mg/L) for 30 minutes, then eNOS activity was measured as formation of 3H-L-citrulline from 3H-L-arginine.Results(1)Platelet eNOS activity was significantly inhibited after incubated platelets with L-NAME and increased after incubated with histamine(P
5.Analysis of Labeled Items in Package Inserts of 51 Kinds of Ointment for External Use
China Pharmacy 2017;28(16):2286-2288
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for reasonably designing package inserts of ointment for manufacturers. METH-ODS:According to items included in Management Regulation for Package Insert and Label and Specification for Chemicals and Bi-ological Products for Treatment, labeled items in package inserts of 51 kinds of ointment for external use during Jan.-Jun. 2016 in our hospital were analyzed. RESULTS:Among the 51 kinds of ointment,39 were domestic varieties and 12 were imported variet-ies. In the package inserts of 39 domestic varieties, items with lower labeling rates were overdose, pharmacokinetics, use guid-ance,pharmacology and toxicology, with labeling rates of 2.6%,5.1%,15.4%,28.2%;while the labeling rates of imported vari-eties were 16.7%,83.3%,75.0%,100%. Compared with package inserts of imported ointment, composition, dosage and usage, adverse reactions, contraindications, precautions, drug interactions, medication for special populations were not enough detailed in domestic ointments. CONCLUSIONS:It is suggested that manufacturers consult medicine experts, list all auxiliary materials through Management Regulation for Drug Description and Label, refine and improve the labeling contents of dosage and usage,ad-verse reactions, precautions, medication for special populations, pharmacology and toxicology, overdose, etc. In addition,admin-istrative departments should strengthen the regulatory approval efforts.
6.Research progress on risk factors of osteoporotic fractures in patients with rheumatoid arthritis
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2016;(2):152-155,156
Rheumatoid arthritis is a autoimmune diseases characterized as joint chronic synovitis, and is accompanied with systemic damage.Osteoporotic fracture is one of the common complications of rheumatoid arthritis, which may decrease quality of life, and even increase the mortality of patients.Variety of factors may be associated with the occurrence of osteoporotic fractures in rheumatoid arthritis patients. In this article, through the literature review we discuss the risk factors of osteoporotic fracture, including vitamin D deficiency, lower limb muscle strength and balance ability in rheumatoid arthritis patients.
7.Clinical analysis of lingual tonsillar hypertrophy on 34 cases
Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery 2001;8(2):76-77
Thirty-four patients with chronic lingual tonsillar hypertrophy were treated in our department from 1994 to 2000. There were 18 males and 16 females ranging in age from 21 to 60 years old. The clinical feature of lingual tonsillar hypertrophy usually appeared a series of pharyngeal symptoms, such as foreign-body sensation, sore throat, speech change, difficulty in swallowing, dysapnea and obstructive sleep apnea. The CO2 laser surgical lingual tonsillectomy was used for these patients. Result showed that the cure rate was 100% without any serious complications by following up 2 months to 3 years. The variety of presentations of lingual tonsillar hypertrophy and methods of surgical treament were discussed.
9.Application of antihistamines in special populations
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2016;49(9):669-671
Antihistamines,a group of drugs most commonly used for the treatment of allergic diseases in dermatology, exert favorable efficacy and are well tolerated in most people.Due to their wide application, the safety of medication is particularly important. When they are used in some special populations with allergic diseases, such as children, pregnant and lactating women, the elderly and people with hepatic or renal insufficiency, their pharmacodynamics, metabolic characteristics and interactions with other drugs should be fully considered, and profits of medication and potential adverse effects should be well weighed before choosing relatively safe antihistamines. In addition, decreasing the routine dose or prolonging intervals between the administration of antihistamines may also be attempted to achieve maximum safety.
10.Developments in the chemotherapy treatment for advanced colorectal cancer
China Oncology 1998;0(04):-
Metastatic colorectal cancer is a major cause of cancer-related mortality. Surgical resection of all known metastatic disease can be curative in selected patients. The majority of patients, however, require systemic chemotherapy as optimal palliative treatment for their disease. For years, effective treatment for advanced colorectal cancer was limited to fluorouracil. In the 1990s,two additional agents, irinotecan and oxaliplatin, were found to have activity against advanced colorectal cancer. Recently, new molecular targeted agents, bevacizumab and cetuximab, were for the first time demonstrated efficacy. Herein,we review recent developments in treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer and implication for optimal treatment in these patients.
