1.The surrent situation and prospect about design and implementation of forensic clinical medicine standards ;in China(
Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 2016;31(5):433-436
Technical standards were supports that not only for any profession’s development, but also for the basic means of modern quality control.Forensic clinical medicine has developed nearly 40 years in china, there are 23 normative technical documents at present, the range of its application has been expanding with time, the caseload has been more than 1 million pieces per year all the country. Reviewing these standards, it can be seen: Technital standard of forensic clinical medicine has absorbed a large number of advanced international ideas, assimilating plenty of practice experience at the same time, standard's system has been initially formed, it has become one of the important means to guarantee the quality of medicolegal expertise. Certainly, the construction of forensic clinical standardization in China is still an arduous task, there are also many outstanding contradiction in the existing standards, our studies on international standards were not in-depth, and so on. In the future, forensic science experts still need to strengthen the companion study of technical standards and laws or regulations, intensify tracing and evaluating of international standards in order to form more adaptive and advanced technical standards.

4.Research progress on regulatory mechanism of liver cancer stem cells
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2014;20(12):900-904
The theory of cancer stem cells proposed that recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer are closely related to liver cancer stem cells. The traditional surgical treatment of liver cancer simply kills those rapidly proliferating tunor cells instead of eliminating hepatic cancer stem cells which play decisive role in recurrence and metastasis. As far as people have concerned, there are many signaling pathways and regulatory factors modulating liver cancer stem cells, such as the Wnt/β-catenin pathway,TGF-β pathway,Notch pathway,Hedgehog pathway, hepatitis B virus,as well as epigenetics.Further studies on regulatory mechanisms of liver cancer stem cells are of great significance,in hope of providing new evidence for treatment and prevention of recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer.
5.Relationship Between Tumor Angiogenesis and Expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and Nitric Oxide Synthase in Human Gastric Cancer
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2004;0(01):-
Objective To study the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS),endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in human gastric cancer and their relationship with tumor angiogenesis and to investigate the interaction of NOS and VEGF in gastric cancer. Methods The expression and distribution of VEGF, iNOS and eNOS in 34 gastric cancer specimens were detected with immunohistochemistry. Microvessel density (MVD) was counted with FⅧRAg immune specific staining. Results The expression rates of iNOS, eNOS and VEGF in 34 gastric cancers were 73.5%, 82.4%and 91.2%respectively. The expression of VEGF had a significant positive relation with iNOS, but not with eNOS. The MVDs of VEGF or iNOS positive gastric cancers were obviously higher than those of VEGF or iNOS negative gastric cancers. There was no significant difference between the MVDs of eNOS positive gastric cancers and eNOS negative ones. Conclusion MVD increases with increase of expression of VEGF and iNOS in gastric cancer. It is indicated that VEGF and iNOS can promote gastric cancer angiogenesis. VEGF and iNOS have a significant positive correlation, which suggests that in human gastric cancer, iNOS plays an important role in the production and action of VEGF.
7.Glycogen synthase kinase 3β and leukemia
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(5):373-376
Glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3 β) is a conserved cytoplasmic serine/threonine protein kinase. It can not only negatively regulate the classical Wnt and Akt signal pathways which are associated with leukemia, but also positively regulate the NF-κB,non-classical Wnt and lysosomal apoptosis signal pathways, thereby regulating the proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis of leukemia cells. At present,a variety of GSK.3 β inhibitors and activators have been reported in the researches of leukemia, which play important roles in reducing the adverse reactions of chemotherapy, reversing multidrug resistance and enhancing killing effect to leukemia cells.GSK3β is expected to become a target of leukemia molecular targeted therapy.
8.Investigation and analysis of male nurses' social support, job burnout and subjective well-being
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;29(21):58-60
Objective To study the correlation of perceived social support and job burnout with subjective well-being of male nurses. Methods 122 nurses were selected from three large hospitals of Yantai and Weihai region, including 61 male and 61 female nurses, perceived social support scale, job burnout scale and subjective well-being scale were used for investigation. The correlation of perceived social support and job burnout with subjective well-being of male nurses was analyzed. Results Male nurse' occupation self-efficacy score as well as perceived social support score were significantly lower than those of female nurses. The three dimensions of job burnout of male nurses were negatively correlated with subjective well-being and perceived social support, perceived social support and subjective well-being.Perceived social support was positively correlated with subjective well-being.Job burnout and perceived social support could predict subjective well-being.Conclusions The social support and job burnout have a large impact on subjective well-being of male nurses.
9.Effect of enteral nutrition on the glucose and fat metabolism in elderly patients with metabolic symdrome and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2013;(1):80-84
Objective To observe the effects of enteral nutrition on the glucose and fat metabolism in elderly patients with metabolic symdrome (MS) and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).Methods The 109 patients with MS and NAFLD were randomized into enteral nutrition(EN)(n=55)and total parenteral nutrition(TPN) (n=54) group. The EN patients received aggressive enteral nutrition therapy, the TPN patinets got the treatment of total parenteral nutrition. The body mass index (BMI),liver function, blood glucose, blood liquid and hepatic ultrasonography were observed in two groups. Results After treatment of 2 monthes, the values of BMI,TG and LDL-C were decreased,2 hBG,HbA1c,ALT,AST and BIL were significant improved in enteral nutrition group in comparison with pretherapy (P<0.05),while not significantly different in total parenteral nutrition group(P>0.05).There were 55.6 % (10/18) patients changing from middle fatty liver mild fatty liver in enteral nutrition group, while only 46.2% (6/13) in TPN group (P>0.05).Conclusions EN support is superior to TPN in improving the glucose and fat metabolism in elderly patients with MS and NAFLD.
10.Contrast study between budesonide inhalation with methylperdnisolone intravenous in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(4):499-501
Objective To compare the effect and safety between budesonide inhalation with methylperdnisolone intravenous in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods 80 patients with AECOPD were divided into the control group and observation group randomly, each group 40 cases.Based on regular treatment, the patients in the control group received intravenous treatment of methylprednisolone, while patients in the observation group receive inhaled treatment of budesonide. The near-term and long-term effect, symptom score, and the indicators such as FEV1/FVC,MMEF,PaO2,PaCO2 and AHR were observed and compared beween the two groups before and after treatment. Results Compared with control group, there were no significant differences of short-term and long term treatment effects and symptom score in observation group(all P > 0.05) ;The indicators of pulmonary function and blood gas analysis improved significantly in all patients after treatments(all P < 0.05),but there were no significant differences between two groups(all P >0.05) ;The incidence of side effects in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid in the treatment of AECOPD has clear effect, and regardless of the mode of administration,it has good near-term and longterm effect. But in adverse reactions budesonide inhalation is significantly superior to methylprednisolone intravenous therapy.
