Objective To explore the optimal concentration of heparin sodium solution, which to seal up intravenous indwelling needle, in patients with Ⅳ thrombocytopenia. Methods A total of 90 patients withⅣthrombocytopenia who required intravenous indwelling needle were randomly divided into three groups which namely A, B and C groups with 30 cases each. A group was sealed up the tube of intravenous indwelling needle with 1 ml heparin sodium solution of 6.25 U/ml, B group with 12.50 U/ml and C group with 25.00 U/ml. The change of the platelet count, plasma prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), plasma fibrinogen (Fbg) after extubation were observed in three groups and the incidence of blocking up and retention time were compared among three groups. Results The change of the platelet count, PT, APTT, Fbg were showed no statistical significance among three groups (P>0.05). The incidence of blocking up was 66.7%(22/30) in A group , 43.3%(13/30) in B group and 16.7%(5/30) in C group. They were showed statistical significance (χ2=15.000, P < 0.01). Retention time of tube above or equal to 3 days were observed respectively 13 person (43.3%,13/30) in A group, 21 cases(70.0%, 21/30) in B group, 25 patients(83.3%, 25/30) in C group. All above were showed statistical significance (χ2=11.000, P<0.01). Conclusions Heparin sodium 25.00 U/ml sealing up the tube of intravenous indwelling needle is safe in patient with Ⅳthrombocytopenia, which will reduce the ration of blocking tube and extend the life of tube.

Objective:
To learn anxiety and depression status in junior high school students with myopia in Zhoushan and their influencing factors,so as to provide reference for vision care and mental health intervention.
Methods:
A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select students from two junior high school in Zhoushan. A self-designed questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were employed to collect the demographic information, and to evaluate anxiety and depression status. The logistic regression analysis was used to select the influencing factors for anxiety and depression in myopia students.
Results :
A total of 775 questionnaires were sent out and 766 valid ones were recovered, with an response rate of 98.84%. There were 662 students with myopia. The rates of anxiety, depression and the two combined in myopic students were 22.36%,25.38% and 14.35%,respectively.The results of the multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for anxiety of myopic students were females (OR=1.514,95%CI:1.054-2.183),the third grade (OR=2.246,95%CI:1.408-3.619),high myopia (OR=1.839,95%CI:1.126-3.017) and wearing glasses for two years or above (OR=2.504,95%CI:1.464-4.306); the risk factors for depression were females (OR=1.182,95%CI:1.253-2.536),above average of school record (OR:1.614-2.026,95%CI:1.034-3.153),high myopia (OR=2.284,95%CI:1.513-3.436) and wearing glasses for two years or above (OR=4.602,95%CI:2.035-10.372).
Conclusions
The prevalence rates of anxiety and depression are higher in junior high school students with myopia in Zhoushan. The students who are females, are in the third grade, have above average of school record, have high myopia and wearing glasses for two years or above are more likely to suffer from anxiety or depression.

Objective Anthrax is an anthropozoonosis caused by the bacterium Bacillus anthracis .Bacillus anthracis is an aerobic ,spore-forming ,rod-shaped bacterium ,which infects human through ingestion or inhalation of the spores .The exos-porium of spores of Bacillus anthracis contains tetrasaccharide antigen with specific chemical structure ,which can be used in preparation of glycoconjugates vaccines ,inducing an immune response .This paper reviewed articles in the last decade that re-ported research advances in chemical synthesis of anthrax tetrasaccharide ,presented the methods for synthesis ,and compared the advantages and limitations among different methods .

In order to explore the role of p15(INK4B) gene with highly methylated CpG island in the pathogenesis of leukemia, the expression levels of p15(INK4B) gene was detected in patients with AML and CML. Methylation-specific PCR (MSP) assay was employed in the experiments. The methylation incidence was 83.9% (26/31) in AML and 0% (0/28) in CML. The results showed that methylation of p15(INK4B) gene was the one of the major ways for inactivation of the gene, and the methylation could be appeared in clinical development of the disease and patients condition worsened. Methylation of p15(INK4B) did not occur and its function probably is normal in CML.
