Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(04):-
Atropine (Atr) ip 5 - 10mg/kg elevated the threshold dose of ouabain ( 10?g/min, iv ) to induce ventricular premature beats, ventricular tachycardia , ventricular fibrillation and cardiac arrest in guinea-pigs. Atr 2 - 4 mg/kg iv shortened the duration of arrhythmia elicited by Adr ( 40?g/kg, iv ) in conscious rabbits, & delayed the onset of arrhythmia evoked by AC ( 20?g/kg, iv ) or BaCl2 ( 2mg/kg, iv ) in anesthetized rats. It also decreased the incidence of arrhythmia induced by CaCl2 ( 102mg/kg, iv ) in rats. In mice, Atr ( 5~10mg/kg, ip)decreased the incidence of ventricular fibrillation by chloroform and artrial fibrill-ation ( or flutter ) by Ach-CaCl2.

Objective To study the clinical application of laparoscopic operation and the morbidity and their prevention. Methods 21069 cases of laparoscopic surgery were reviewed retrospectively. Results Laparoscopic operation was used in 19 conditions including cholecystectomy (21002),hepatic operation (21), common bile duct calculi (3), spleen trauma (1),kidney cyst (3),gynoplasty (16),chest surgery (2), intestinal adhesion (14),assistant Miles (3),appendectomy (2),mesentery teratoma (1).Major complications (60) (0.29%) included injury of choleduct (18), bile leakage (18),hemorrhage (17),the injury of gastrointestinal tract (7). Conclusions Laparoscopic operation may be in a more extensive seope. The major complications can be reduced by strict procedures of laparoscopic operation.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
The effect of 5.8 ////mol L-1 propafeone on 0 phase depolarization of action potential were studed in meonatal and adult canine Purkinje fibres. Results showed: 1. in both groups, propafenone caused a reduction if APA and a decrease of Vmax; and the neonatal fibres were less sensitive to propafenone; 2. the inhibition of Vmax by propafenone showed frequency-dependent manner in both groups; and with theincrease of frequencies, the extent to which Vmax was inhibited became similiar in both groups. This sudy suggests that neonates were less sensitive to propafenone, but at higher frequencies neonates showed similiar responses as adults.

Objective To set up a stable and reliable method used to identify and control the quality of Oviductas Ranae. Methods Using HPLC method to measure ten batches of Oviductas Ranae samples in order to establish the fingerprint.Chromatographic condition: Dimonsil C 18 column (250 mm?4.6 mm, 5 ?m), the temperature of column is 25 ℃, mobile phase: acetonitrile-H2O (50∶50), analytical time 60 min. Results The HPLC fingerprints of acetone extracts were detected from ten different Oviductas Ranae medicinal materials. Conclusion Under the chromatographic condition, 17 common peaks of correlated position could be detected and used to definite the index peak of Oviductas Ranae.

China Oncology 1998;0(04):-
Purpose:To determine the effect of doses of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3D-CRT) for unresectable biliary cancer. Methods:48 patients with localized, unresectable cholangiocarcinoma were treated with 3D-CRT.Patients were grouped according to the radiotherapy dose: 12 patients received a total dose of 33-39Gy(low dose group),23 patients received 40-58Gy(medium dose group),and 13 patients received 59.4-68Gy(high dose group). The low dose group received 3Gy/fraction,medium dose group and high dose group received either 1.8 or 2Gy/fraction,5 fraction/week. Results:The median time to local progression for all patients was 10 months. The median overall survival was 12 months. 24(50%)had radiographic evidence of disease progression. 21 of those patients(87.5%) experienced local recurrence as the first radiographic sign of disease progression. The remaining 3 presented with metastatic disease as the initial sign of progression. The time of local failure(P=0.220) and the median survival(P=0.232) were not statistically different among the three groups. The rate of acute gastrointestinal side effects was not statistically different among the three groups(P= 0.485) . Conclusions:Local progresion was the predominant pattern of disease recurrence in this group of patients with unresectable biliary cancer. Because the power to detect even large difference with small numbers of patients is limited,a benefit from high dose radiotherapy cannot be excluded.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2010;26(1):84-86,90
Objective To investigate the application of MR 3D-FLASH dynamic enhanced scanning in the breast diseases. Methods 108 women (35~76 years old,mean,47 years) with breast diseases confirmed by pathology were examined by using Siemens 1.0T superconducting MRI and double breast circles.Plain MR imaging performed first, then contrast-enhanced MR scans were followed with 3D FLASH sequence, and the images were subtracted. Results Among 108 cases,62 cases were benign and 46 cases were breast cancer, the diagnosing accurate rate of MR imaging was 81.5% compared with pathology pre-operation.Conclusion 3D-FLASH enhanced MR scan is the most valuable sequence in diagnosing breast lesions.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of tiotropium and salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation combined with noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of respiratory failure, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 72 patients with respiratory failure were randomly divided into treatment group (n=36) and control group (n=36).The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional noninvasive ventilators and treatment group were treated with tiotropium and salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation on the basis of control group. Then compare the exercise tolerance, arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure, heart rate, pH, respiratory rate, blood oxygen pressure between two groups. Results After the treatment, condition of the patients in the two groups have different degrees of improvement. The final results showed that the average hospital stay was significantly reduced, respiratory frequency was(28 ±5) times/min in treatment group, heart rate was(98 ±16) times per minute, PaO2 also increased to(72 ±3) mmHg, PaCO2 was(57 ±17) mmHg, pH value increased to (7.42 ±0.03), compared with the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with clinical implementation of tiotropium and seretide combined with non-invasive ventilator treatment of respiratory failure, can significantly improve the patient's condition, so that patients with respiratory function was significantly improved, so that the indicators of patients tend to normal. Its can effectively reduce PaCO2 , increased PaO2 and speed up its cure rate.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;37(10):957-960
In recent years, there's a new theory of lipid condensation or accumulation being the etiology for obstruction of qi in the chest result in heart disease. The theory believes that thick lipid exists in meridians. If one takes too much fatty diet, there will be lipid condensation or accumulation, resulting in disturbance of qi transformation in meridians,. Scholars explore the relationship of preventive treatment of disease by traditional Chinese medicine with lipid condensation or accumulation theory. This enriches the etiology of TCM.

Fibroblast activation protein (FAP) is highly expressed in most epithelial tumors, and FAP inhibitors (FAPIs) have been used in tumor diagnosis and treatment. Taking FAP as the target, new kinds of tumor imaging and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals can be developed. FAPIs have been used in the preclinical and clinical researches as the carrier of tumor imaging and treatment. This article reviews the research progress of FAPIs in nuclear medicine imaging and treatment.
