Yuesao has a scientific name,perinatal maternal and child health division.The article carried out a thorough investigation by analyzing the springing up reason of Yuesao,the current situation,existing problem and coping countermeasures of this industry.This investigation aimed at facilitating the recovery of parturient and growth and development of infants,which has pivotal significance for development of maternal and infant care.

Objective To investigate the role of endoplasmic reticulum stress in lung ischemiareperfusion (I/R) injury in rats.Methods Fifty-six healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats,weighing 250-320 g,were randomly divided into 2 groups using a random number table:sham operation group (group S,n=16) and I/R group (n=40).Lung I/R was induced by clamping the left hilum of lung for 60 min followed by reperfusion.Before ischemia (T0) and at 0,1,2 and 4 h (T4) of reperfusion,PaO2 and PaCO2 were recorded.The rats were sacrificed,and lungs were removed for examination of pathological changes.Wet/dry lung weight ratio (W/D ratio) was calculated.The expression of molecular chaperones of 78-kDa glucose-regulated protein (GRP78) and C/EBP homologous protein (CHOP) protein and mRNA was detected in lung tissues using Western blot and real-time PCR,respectively.Results Compared with group S,PaO2was significantly decreased,PaCO2 and W/D ratio were increased,and the expression of GRP78 and CHOP protein and mRNA was up-regulated during reperfusion,and the pathological changes of lungs were found in group I/R.With the prolongation of reperfusion,the pathological changes of lungs were gradually aggravated,and the expression of GRP78 and CHOP protein and mRNA was gradually up-regulated in group I/R.Conclusion Excessive endoplasmic reticulum stress may be one of the pathophysiological mechanisms of lung I/R injury in rats.

Objective To evaluate the effect of metformin in treating adolescent polycysfic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods Group A [ the metformin and medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA) group ] was made of 135 adolescents with PCOS taking metformin,and MPA if no menstruation came,while group B ( the control group) consisted of 45 patients taking MPA every two months.Endocrinologic profiles and ovulation were evaluated before and after six months treatment.Results ( 1 ) All patients suffered from anovulation before treatment.( 2 ) Ovulation failure was successfully improved in 74.81％ ( 101/135 )of patients in group A after 6 months,which was significantly higher than that before treatment.In group B,no case recovered ovulation.(3) In group A,fasting serum insulin,homeostasis model assay for insulin resistance ( HOMA-IR),total testosterone,LH were significantly decreased.(4) The retrieval of ovulation was negatively correlated with fasting insulin and HOMA-IR ( both P＜0.05 ). Conclusions ( 1 ) Metformin effectively improves ovulation function and reproductive endocrine parameters in adolescent girls withPCOS.(2) Recovery of ovulation is associated with the decrease of serum insulin.

Objective To investigate the value of MR imaging in distinguishing adenomas from malignant tumors in gallbladder. Methods Clinical data and MR imaging features of 40 lesions in 37 patients with gallbladder adenomas (GA)confirmed by pathology were collected and reviewed retrospectively.Results The univariate analysis demonstrated that age (P =0.044),size (P =0.001), ratio of high-intensity signals on T2 WI (P =0.013),lobular margin (P <0.000 1),and tumor shapes (P =0.001)were statistically significantly different between adenomas and the malignancy.The Logistic regression analysis showed that only two parameters were significantly different for the prediction of malignant tumors of gallbladder,including lobular margin (P=0.002)and size (P=0.046).Further analysis with ROC curve showed that a threshold value of lesion diameter to distinguish the benign and malignancy could be at 1.59 cm. Conclusion Both lobular margin of GA and maximal diameter are independent factors in predicting the nature of GA,and the former exhibits more significant.Low ratio of high signal intensity in T2 WI and type circular shape are the contradictory factor for predic-ting adenocarcinoma of gallbladder.MRI is useful in the identification of patients with GA and gallbladder carcinoma developed from GA.

The high or low expressions of miRNAs in specific tissues probably have an impact on the expressions of oncogenes,tumor suppressor genes or other aspects including the surrounding environments,the metastases and the drug tolerance of tumors,thus contributing to curing the colorectal cancer. Objective:To investigate the clinical application and adverse events of vinpocetine injection. Methods:The application of vinpocetine injection in the patients in neurology department during December 2013 and December 2014 in a hospital was statistically analyzed. The adverse reactions of the injection reported in the professional literatures and relevant documents were also retrieved and statistically analyzed. Results:The infusion concentration of vinpocetine injection for 363 patients was more than 0. 06 mg·ml -1 ,and 3 cases of adverse reactions appeared with the main symptoms of rash and drug fever. Among 28 published literatures,19 articles were with the infusion concentration of vinpocetine injection above 0. 06 mg·ml-1 and 8 articles reported adverse reactions in varying degrees. Conclusion:Clinicians should pay attention to the instructions in the clinical course of medication in order to improve the safe and rational use of drugs.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of baicalin,baicalein and wogonin in Hua-tan pingchuan tablet. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column was Diamonsil C18 with mobile phase of methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid(gradient elution)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 277 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃, and the injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS:The linear range was 0.069 04-0.690 4 μg for baicalin(r=0.999 4),0.054 56-0.5456 μg for baicalein(r=0.999 6)and 0.030 36-0.303 6 μg for wogonin(r=0.999 1);RSDs of precision,stability and reproduc-ibility tests were lower than 2%;recoveries were 97.64%-99.06%(RSD=0.57%,n=6),98.31%-100.64%(RSD=0.85%,n=6) and 97.53%-99.48%(RSD=0.76%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,stable and reproducible,and can be used for the contents determination of baicalin,baicalein and wogonin in Huatan pingchuan tablet.
