1.Related Anatomy Study and Transjugular Interventional Treatment of Iliofemoral Deep Venous Thrombosis
Journal of Interventional Radiology 1994;0(03):-
To study the related anatomy of iliofemoral deep venous thrombosis (DVT) through autopsy, CT and venography. Anotomic factors are very important in iliofemoral DVT. 4 cases iliofemoral DVT were treated with transjugular catheter-directed thromobolysis with urokinase or thrombolysis + PAT + stent. Technical and clinical success rates were 75% (3/4) There were no serous complications. Conclusion: This method is safe and effective.
2.The diagnosis and treatment of traumatic duodenal injury
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the prognostic factors and managements of the duodenal trauma.Meth- ods Clinical data of duodena trauma from January 1988 to September 2005 were collected and retrospectively anal- ysed. Results One case(4.76%)got preoperative diagnosis, and 20(95.2%)missed and 4(19.04%)died,compli- cations occurred in 6(28.5%),duodenal fistula and abdomina abscess were the major complications. Conclusion The rate of confirmed diagnosis is quite low,and early laparotomy,anti-infection and surgical nutrition are the key factor to reducing death rates and its complications.
5.Dendritic cell vaccines in glioma treatment
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(8):596-598
Dendritic cell ( DC)-based tumor vaccine is applied to the gliomas treatment. Target selection heightens the specificity of DC vaccine, while obtaining of highly immunogenic long-lived and more effective DC vaccines by genetic engineering to antiapoptotic protein gene transfer. With the accumulation of clinical experience, the clinical curative effect of DC vaccine has been materially improved.
6.Effect of dental implant surface roughness on guiding osteoblasts chemotaxis and osseointegration: Clinical application of Straumann implant system
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(17):3073-3077
BACKGROUND: As a new-type and effective restoration means of dentition defect and edentulous, implant denture is a restoration method most closely related to natural teeth, and is accepted by more and more patients.OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical effects of non-submerged dental implants with sandblasted and acid-etched surface preparation(Straumann implants system).METHODS: Patients who visited Oral Implantology Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College from June 2007 to June 2009 were selected as study subjects.Systemic and local contraindications were excluded.A total of 124patients who had 218 Straumann implants implanted were followed up for 3 to 24 months.According to various patients' conditions, conventional approach, immediately implanted,GBR technique and flapless operation were adopted respectively.Clinical effects were evaluated with the Albrektsson's criteria.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: There was no implant loosen, shedding or X-ray transmission in 218 implants. Both the survival rate and successful rate of implants were 100%.High degree of satisfaction from patients was achieved.Straumann implants system could be considered as a manageable and satisfactory non-submerged implant system.
7.One case of pleomorphic adenoma originates from inferior nasal turbinate.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(20):1622-1622
Pleomorphic adenoma (PA) is the most common benign tumor of the salivary glands. Originating from the nasal cavity is very rare. This paper reports one case of pleomorphic adenoma of the inferior nasal turbinate to analyze the clinic characteristic of this disease. Although these tumors are rarely seen in everyday practice, one should consider this possibility as an uncommon aetiology when confronted with an intranasal mass.

8.A summary of service for persons with dyslexia in libraries of USA
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(3):43-47
Described in this paper are the definition of dyslexia, service for persons with dyslexia in domestic and foreign libraries, and the practices in relation with the service for persons with dyslexia in libraries of USA, such as law support, service provided by US Congress Library, and Bookshare service, in an attempt to provide reference for such service in domestic libraries.
9.Clinical application of MRD in acute myelogenous leukemia bywt1 quantitative combined with FCM
Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2017;52(3):392-396
Objective To discuss the clinical application of minimal residual disease in acute myelogenous leukemia(AML) by wt1 mRNA quantitative combined with multi-parameter flow cytometry (FCM).Methods Real time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) method was established for detecting wt1 gene expression level in 35 AML patients. The indexes were detected by different subtypes; And 9 cases of ease and 4 cases of recurrence in patients was followed-up and detected the wt1 level. The multiparameter flow cytometry was used to analyze the minimal residual disease in AML.Results The expression of wt1 gene was significantly higher than that of the control group.Significant difference was found(P<0.05).In the newly diagnosed AMLs, wt1 was the highest in M2 and the lowest in M6.Follow-up of 4 AML patients showed that wt1 gene expression level was markedly decreased after CR, but obviously increased after relapse. The proportion of abnormal myeloid cells in different phases significantly changed by FCM.There was no difference of minimal residual disease in AML by qRT-PCR and multiparameter flow cytometry. The ROC curve was used to analyze the recurrent cases to get the threshold value(3.33%).Conclusion The quantitative analysis of wt1 combined with multi-parameter flow cytometry can be used to monitor minimal residual disease in leukemia patients, assess the treatment efficacy and prognosis, and predict the risk of recurrence.
10.Application of total spondelyctomy in the treatment of spinal tumor
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(39):-
To date, three techniques of total spondelyctomy were used for spinal tumor, including piecemeal technique, eggshell technique and total en bloc spondelyctomy, and each has specific features and indications. Due to limitations of technique, piecemeal technique and eggshell technique are gradually replaced by total en bloc spondelyctomy in treatment of spinal tumor. Moreover, with technical development, application of total en bloc spondelyctomy in treatment of spinal tumor becomes more rigorous and standard. However, it is controversial about its indications and surgical approach. Postoperative spinal stability reconstruction is achieved through various methods according to different conditions.
