Non-invasive transcutaneous monitoring(TCM) of oxygen and carbon dioxide,with continuous,non-invasive characteristics,is in common use and significant in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU),which can directly reflect critically ill newborns'changes of respiratory and circulatory function.This review describes how to use TCM appropriately,compares the advantages and disadvantages of TCM with other monitoring devices,introduces its application in neonatal transport and NICU.
2.Warm needling moxibustion plus PKP for vertebral compression fracture due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis: a randomized controlled trial

Objective: To explore the efficacy and mechanism of warm needling moxibustion plus percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Methods: A total of 70 OVCF patients were randomized into a control group and an observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given PKP treatment, and the observation group was treated with warm needling moxibustion on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The visual analog scale (VAS) and Oswestry disability index (ODI) were scored and the Cobb angle of fractured vertebrae was measured before and after treatment. The re-fracture rate of the adjacent vertebrae was recorded at 1-year follow-up. The serum levels of transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1 and omentin-1 were measured before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the VAS and ODI scores in both groups decreased (all P<0.05), and all the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (both P<0.05). After treatment, the Cobb angle of fractured vertebrae in both groups decreased (both P<0.05), and the Cobb angle in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group (P<0.05). At 1-year follow-up, the re-fracture rate of the adjacent vertebrae in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TGF-β1 and omentin-1 in both groups increased significantly (all P<0.05), and the serum levels of TGF-β1 and omentin-1 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (both P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of warm needling moxibustion plus PKP can relieve pain, improve dysfunction, promote healing of the injured vertebrae, and reduce the re-fracture rate of the adjacent vertebrae in patients with OVCF due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis, which may be related to the increase of serum TGF-β 1 and omentin-1 levels.
3.Ifosfamide and other 3 drugs chemotherapy for 24 cases with recurrent intermediate—high grade non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

Purpose:To study the salvage treatment of recurrent intermediate—high grade non Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL). Methods:24 cases of recurrent intermediate—high NHL were divided into two groups: 10 cases with poor prognostic factors in group one(G1), 14 cases without poor prognostic factors in group two(G2).All cases were treated with ifosfamide(IFO), mitoxantrone(Mx), pingyangmycine(PYM), prednisone(Pred) (IMPP). IFO 1.5 g/m 2 iv on days 1 to 4, and mesna iv at hours;0, 4, 8 Mx 8 mg/m 2 on day 1; PYM 5mg/m 2 im on days 8 and 15; and Pred 100mg/d po on days 1 to 5. Every 4 weeks as one cycle. Assessment was given after 2 cycles. Results:The total CR rate was 58.3%(14/24), RR 79.2%(19/24). 6.Application of da Vinci robotic surgical system in the radical resection of colorectal cancer

The da Vinci robotic surgical system assisted colorectal radical resection has been widely applied in many countries and regions.The advantages of the da Vinci robotic surgical system include stable and distinct stereoscopic vision,short learning curve,convenient operation and feasibility of remote manipulation,while its disadvantages are expensive cost,lack of tremor and prolonged operation time.The advantage of da Vinci robotic surgical system is not distinct when compared with traditional laparoscope in radical resection of colorectal cancer.With the accumulation of clinical data and the update of the system,the prospect of da Vinci robotic surgical system assisted colorectal radical resection is promising.

8.Therapeutic effect observation on subsection partial posterior internal sphincterotomy in treatment of chronic anal fissure

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of subsection partial posterior internal sphincterotomy and posterior in-ternal sphincterotomy for chronic anal fissure .Methods 64 cases with stage Ⅱ ,Ⅲ anal fissure were randomly divided into treat-ment group and control group ,treatment group of 31 cases of subsection partial posterior internal sphincterotomy ,33 patients in the control group after posterior internal sphincterotomy ,two groups of cases after 24 hours of operation ,complications ,curative effect of postoperative recurrence comparative analysis of rate ,healing time ,postoperative complications in 3 months .Results In the treatment group ,the cure rate was 90 .32% ,in the control group ,the cure rate was 90 .9% ,compared with no significant difference between the two groups ;the two groups had no recurrence in two cases ;24 hours after operation complications ,healing time ,post-operative complications in 3 months ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion subsection partial posterior internal sphincterotomy in treatment of chronic anal fissure with faster postoperative recovery and fewer complications .
9.Expression and significance of CD146 mRNA in renal clear cell carcinoma

Objective To explore renal clear cell carcinoma ( CCRCC) expression and significance of CD146 mR-NA in tumor tissue of patients with. Methods ELISA method for quantitative detection was used for CD146 protein and real-time PCR technique for the detection of CCRCC in 102 ( CCRCC) expression in tumor tissue of patients with CD146 mRNA, and 51 cases of renal patients with non tumor tissues as control. Results Found metastasis in patients with CCRCC, the CD146 protein concentration was statistically significant compared with the control group (F=52.1, P<0.01),the average expression of CD146 mRNA value (0.043 8±0.002 4) was significantly high-er than that of in situ CCRCC patients (0.038 2±0.001 1, P= 0.018) and control group (0.034 4±0.001 0, P=0.001 ) . Conclusion Pathological grading and lymph node up regulation of CD146 mRNA expression in renal cell carcinoma and metastasis, is expected to become a new index, evaluation of malignant degree of CCRCC me-tastasis and prognosis, and provide a reliable basis for the intervention of clinical treatment.
10.The experimental study of effect of electric vagal stimulation on the gene expression of injured myocardium from ischemia/reperfusion rat model

Objectives To investigate the effect of electric vagal stimulation on the gene expression of injured myocardium from ischemia/reperfusion rat model and explore the involved molecular mechanism.Methods Twenty Sprague Dawley male rats were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups evenly:ischemia/reperfusion group (I/R group),and vagus nerve stimulation group (STM group).The left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) was ligated and subjected to 30 min of myocardial ischemia followed by 2 h of reperfusion.In addition,10 min before reperfusion,left cervical vagus nerve of STM group was subjected to electronic stimulation at 5 V,2 ms and 1 Hz for 20 min.After 120 min of reperfusion,every group was randomly divided into two parts.One part that myocardium was collected from left ventricle was applied to determine the area of myocardial infarction.The RNA isolated from another part of the ischemic myocardium collected from left ventricle was hybridized to get gene expression profiles and the quality of hybridized RNA from both I/R and STM group was assessed and analyzed.GeneSpring software was applied to screen out the genes,which show significant difference between groups I/R and STM.Real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was applied to analyze the expression of important genes.Results (1)The area of myocardial infarction of STM (25.5 ± 3.9) % was significant reduced relative to L/R group (45.5 ± 4.8) % (P < 0.05).(2)The expression levels of 186 genes were changed significantly,and analyzed by Gene ontology (GO) software,there were 3 kinds of genes were affected.The upregulated genes were reported to show protective effect on myocardium.The downregulated gene was relative to inflammation.(3)The RT-PCR result confirmed the genechip assay.Conclusions Electric vagal stimulation can reduce myocardial I/R injury in rats.Significant change of the gene expression was detected between groups I/R and STM.The results suggest that activation of cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway be involved in the mechanism.
