Objective To survey the semen quality of healthy adult men in the Liaoning area.Methods We included 400 male volunteers of different ages who underwent a premarital examination and reproductive health checkup in 2015 for semen sample collection.The inclusion criteria were as follows:men who underwent unified semen analysis,those who answered the questionnaire for analysis of overall semen quality,and those who were aged 18-25,26-30,and 31-40 years.Results Among the 400 male volunteers,the consistent standard rate only reached 40.5％ according to the World Health Organization-specified reference values for testicular volume,semen volume,semen concentration,total energy,forward movement,livability,normal appearance,pH,liquefaction time,DNA fragmentation index,and high DNA staining index.The differences between the three groups were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The results of the 18-to 25-year age group were better than those of the other groups.Conclusion Healthy adults' semen quality in the Liaoning area has declined in recent years;therefore,male reproductive health education should be seriously considered.

Objective To analyze the clinical data of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma and discuss the related risk factors.Methods The clinical data obtained from 109 cases of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.Results The most common ages of onset were 50-69 years.The course of canceration was usually 6-12 months,and most lesions occurred on the labia majora.The sizes of tumour were around 2-4 cm,and more than 90 ％ of lesions were well-differentiated squamous cell carcinomas.According to 2009 FIGO new staging of vulva cancer,more patients were reclassified as stage Ⅰ B,while patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ became less.99 out of 109 patients also had nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva.The lesions mostly affected the labia majora and the labia minora,and 60 ％ of them were pathologically diagnosed as lichen sclerosus.Patients with nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva usually developed into vulvar carcinoma within 10-15 years.Conclusion The incidence of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma is closely related with vulvar nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of the vulva.As the chronic nonneoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva increase the risk of vulvar cancer,periodic follow-up will help its early detection.

[Objective] To observe the effects of pine pollen on the changes of p16INK4a and p21WAF1 in 2BS cells.[Method]The 2BS cells were cultured from 28 population doubling(PD)and divided equally into the young control group,old control group,middle-dose pine pollen group(120mg/dl)and high-dose pine pollen group(240mg/dl)randomly.Regulate the phases of cell cycle by flow cytometry,and then the expression of p16INK4a,p21WAF1 mRNA were determined by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.[Result]The amount of cells in G1 phase was depressed in middle-dose pine pollen group(72.73%?1.76%)and high-dose pine pollen group(64.15%?0.87%)than in old control group(81.33%?3.43%)noticeablely(P

?AlM:To analyze the related risk factors of retinopathy in pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome ( PlHS) .
?METHODS:Two hundred and sixty-two cases with the PlHS retinal lesions were selected, and the correlation between PlHS stage, age, body mass, albuminuria, mean arterial blood pressure, hematocrit value and retinopathy in PlHS were observed.
?RESULTS: Retinal stage increased with the increase of the grade of PlHS (χ2regression=52. 13, P<0. 05);there was no statistical significance between age and retinopathy (χ2regression=6. 52, P>0. 05);the greater body mass was, the higher the degree of retinopathy was (χ2regression=22. 97, P<0. 05 ); albuminuria was associated with retinopathy (χ2regression = 40. 16, P<0. 05 ); the degree of retinopathy increased with the increase of mean arterial blood pressure (χ2regression = 44. 38, P < 0. 05 ); the degree of retinopathy increased with the increase of hematocrit value (χ2regression=52. 73, P<0. 05).
?CONCLUSlON: PlHS stage, body mass, albuminuria, mean arterial blood pressure, hematocrit value are the related risk factors of retinopathy in PlHS.

Objective To explore the effects of Qiuxieling associate with Licorzinc therapy on infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods Infants with rotavirus enteritis were divided into 4 groups (symptomatic and supportive treatment group,Licorzinc group,Qiuxieling group,and Qiuxieling combined with Licorzinc group).The curative effect was analyzed.Results The total ef-fective rates of symptomatic and supportive treatment group,Licorzinc group,Qiuxieling group,and Qiuxieling combined with Licorzinc group were 77.5%,82.5%,85.0% and 92.5%.The average disease courses of symptomatic and supportive treatment group,Licorzinc group,Qiuxieling group,and Qiuxieling combined with Licorzinc group were (6.44 ± 0.79 ),(5.82 ± 0.55 ), (5.66±0.50)and (4.78 ±0.50)days.The curative effects were significantly higher in Qiuxieling combined with Licorzinc group compared to symptomatic and supportive treatment group,Licorzinc group and Qiuxieling group (P <0.05).Conclusion Qiuxiel-ing and Licorzinc were significantly effective in the treatment of infantile rotavirus diarrhea,and can short the disease course.

Objective To analyze the color Doppler ultrasonography of trauma-caused deep venous free-floating thrombus(FFT)of lower limbs,discuss the relations between sonography and the prognosis. Methods Clinical data and color Doppler ultrasound examination results of 130 cases with trauma-caused deep venous FFT of lower limbs were retrospectively analysed.Univariate analysis was conducted to identify the statistically significant factors of patients' prognosis,non-conditional logistic regression analysis was performed to analyse the independent prognostic factors of FFT.Results The non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the position of FFT,thrombosis edge definition,floating degree and the volume of detouring blood around the thrombus were independent factors of patients'prognosis(P <0.05). The FFT prognosis of iliofemoral vein was more likely to be fixed than the FFT prognosis of popliteal vein. The FFT prognosis with blurring edges was more likely to be fixed.The more obvious the floating degree of FFT,the higher chance that the FFT prognosis is recanalized.More detouring blood flow around FFT indicated more possibilities that the prognosis could be recanalized.Conclusions The color Doppler ultrasound is able to evaluate the relations between the deep venous free-floating thrombus of lower limbs and prognosis of the patients,which is beneficial for early detection and early treatment,as well as reducing mortality and disability resulted from deep venous thrombus during the orthopaedic perioperative period.

Objective To observe the effect of interleukin-1β(IL-1β) on expression of Matrix Metalloproteinases 13 (MMP-13) in rat chondrocytes and its regulation of miR-27b. Methods Chondrocytes were extracted from 7 Wistar male rats. Expression of MMP-13 were examined by Western blot at 0 h, 24 h, 48 h after IL-1βstimulation. Differential miRNAs expression profiles were examined by miRNAs microarray. The most obviously down-regulated miRNAs were confirmed by quantitative Real-time PCR. Targeted regulation relationship between miR-27b and MMP-13 was set up by Luciferase re?porter gene experiments. Results Expression of MMP-13 in rat chondrocytes was increased at a timely dependent manner upon IL-1βstimulation(P<0.05);Microarray revealed 36 miRNAs whose expression changed, among which 6(miR-27b, miR-31, miR-26a, miR-26b, miR-23, miR-204)were especially obvious. Real-time PCR confirmed that miR-27b was the one whose expression level were most down-regulated. Transient co-transfection of miR-27b mimics with luciferase expres?sion plasmids resulted in significant repression of luciferase activity in rat chondrocytes (P < 0.05). Conclusion IL-1βstimulation result in down-regulation of miR-27b and up-regulation of MMP-13 expression. MiR-27b and MMP-13 show targeted regulation relationship.
