Objective To quantitatively describe the texture features of myocardial image in the acute myocardiac infarction (AMI) using image texture analysis. Methods Anterior descending branch of left coronary artery was ligated to set up AMI model in 11 dogs. Image texture was analyzed using grey tone co-occurrence matrix method, and 4 kinds of texture parameters including angular second moment(ASM), contrast(CON), entropy(ENT), and inverse difference moment(IDM) in normal myocardium and infarct myocardium were observed. Results A significant difference in 4 kinds of texture parameters was found between pre- and post-infarct myocardium (P

Complete video-assisted thoracic surgery (cVATS) for lung cancer has the advantages of significantly minimal trauma, markedly light postoperative pain and rapid post-operative recovery, which has been increasingly applied in clinic. Its main operation methods consist of lobectomy, segmentectomy, pneumonectomy and sleeve lobectomy.cVATS for lung cancer can achieve the same radical tumor resection and lymph node dissection as the open thoracotomy, which contributes to a satisfactory long-term outcome.

Objective To compare the traditional anterior transposition and anterior subcutaneous with blood supply of the ulnar nerve for the treatment of cubital tunnel syndrome. Methods Eighty cases with cubital tunnel syndrome were enrolled in the retrospective study from January 2009 to March 2013,40 cases (control group) were treated by traditional anterior transposition while the others (observation group) were treated by anterior subcutaneous with blood supply.According to the evaluation criteria of ulnar nerve, evaluated the function of patients and compared the scores of two groups and the improved rate of different level patients. Results The scores of two groups before surgery were (3.6 ± 0.4),(3.7 ± 0.5) scores, after surgery were (7.5 ± 0.9),(7.4 ± 0.6) scores respectively, there was significant difference between two groups before and after surgery (P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between two groups (P >0.05).The improved rate of observation group was 87.5% (35/40),which was higher than that of control group [85.0% (34/40)],but without statistical difference (P > 0.05).In two groups the patients with middle scores showed no statistical significance in improved rate [90.0% (27/30) vs.96.4% (27/28)] (P > 0.05).Two treatments showed a significant difference for the low scores patients 8/10 vs.7/12 (P <0.05).Conclusion Anterior subcutaneous with blood supply of the ulnar nerve is better than traditional anterior transposition for the gross cubital tunnel syndrome patients.

AIM To study the effect of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis on serum IL-1? and TNF-? level of rheumatoid arthritis rats, as well as its mechanism. METHODS An experimental type Ⅱ collagen-induced arthritic rats was established. The inhibitory effects on paw edema were observed, and serum IL-1? and TNF-? levels were determined in experimental rats. RESULTS Compared with models, Gardenia jasminoides Ellis inhibited paw edema on rats significantly, and the levels of serum IL-1? and TNF-? showed markedly decrease by Gardenia jasminoides Ellis at high dose to medium dose( P

Objective To measure the parameters of anterior bow of the femoral medullary cavity by means of 3D spiral CT reconstruction and to provide the anatomical basis for the design of the femoral component prosthesis. Methods 105 healthy Chinese left femurs were scanned in standard neutral position by 3D spiral CT.Parameters of the anterior bow of the femoral medullary were measured by medical imagine software. Results The parameter values of the male femur were statistically bigger than those of the female, including the length of the femoral medullary and the distance from the point of maximum curvature to plane above lesser trochanter (P<0.001).No significant differences between male and female in the position index of the point of maximum curvature were observed (P>0.05).The relative curvature of the female femoral anterior arch was statistically bigger than that of the male (P<0.001).The femoral curvature subtense and the length of the femoral medullary showed no significant correlation (r=0.106,P=0.281).Conclusion There are certain anatomic differences in the anterior bow of the femoral medullary between male and female.Appropriate length of femoral component should be considered in total hip replacement operation. And it is necessary to design the femoral components fitting the features of the femurs according gender difference.

Objective To summarize the nursing care measures about patients with Epstein-Barr virus related post-transplantation lymphoproliferative disorder (EBV-PTLD) after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods The nursing care measures about five patients with EBV-PTLD after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from October 2014 to May 2015 were summarized and analyzed. Results After carefully treating and nursing care, three patients were discharged. One patient with exacerbations, respiratory, epilepsy, liver failure, and disseminated intravascular coagulation was automatically discharged and then died. And the other patient died of other diseases. Conclusions Epstein-Barr virus infection is a complication after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The key points to prevention and treatment of EBV infection included monitoring regularly, diagnosing and early intervention, which was proved to be effective, timely and active.

Objective To investigate the inhibition of lymphoid enhancer factor-1 (LEF-1) expression in human malignant melanoma cell line A375 by RNA interference method. Methods Sense and antisense oligonucleotides with hairpin structures, targeted specifically at LEF-1 mRNA, were designed, synthesized, then linked to the expression vector psilencer3.1-H1 neo after annealing. After identification, the re-combinant psilencer3.1-H1/LEF-1 siRNA was used to transfect the cultured A375 cells by a liposome-medi-ated method. The cells expressing the recombinant RNA was detected by G418 screening. The mRNA and protein levels were detected by RT-PCR, Western blotting and immunocytochemistry, respectively. Results The expression vector psilencer3.1-H1/LEF-1 siRNA was successfully constructed, and its stable expression in cell clones was achieved. The mRNA and protein levels of LEF-1 were both down-regulated in the trans-fected cells. Conclusion The recombinant of psilencer3.1-HI/LEF-1 siRNA can inhibit the mRNA and protein expression of LEF-1 in A375 cells.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of the concentration of cefoperazone sodium in cefoperazone sodium / sulbactam sodium in bile by HPLC.METHODS:The bile specimen was collected from the gallbladder of patients during laparoscopic cholecystectomy and the concentration of cefoperazone sodium was determined by HPLC.The separation of cefoperazone sodium was performed on YWG C18 with column temperature at 35℃.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(25.5∶74.5∶0.45) with flow rate at 1.0mL?min-1 and UV detection wavelength at 254nm.RESULTS:The linear range of ceforazone sodium in human bile was 1.25~62.5?g?mL-1(r=0.999 1),and its average recovery was 95.14%(RSD=3.42%).CONCLUSION:The above method is simple and reliable, and it can provide bases for clinical rational use of drugs.
