AIM: To investigate correlation between the expression of survivin and caspase-3 proteins in juvenile laryngeal papilloma. METHODS: The expression of survivin and caspase-3 proteins were detected with immunohistochemial method in 43 cases of juvenile laryngeal papilloma, 25 vocal nodules and 25 normal laryngeal mucosa. RESULTS: The positive rates of survivin protein in juvenile laryngeal papilloma were 57.14% and higher than that in voeal nodules (P<0.01)and the normal laryngeal moeusa (P<0.01). And the Caspase-3 protein positive rate was 26.19% in juvenile laryngeal papilloma and lower than that in voeal nodules and the normal laryngeal mucosa (P<0.01).There was a significant negative correlation between the expression of survivin and caspase-3 in juvenile laryngeal papilloma. CONCLUSION: The abnormal expression of survivin and caspase-3 may play important role in the pathogenesis of juvenile laryngeal papilloma.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2011;10(4):312-314
Hepatic vein hemorrhage and air embolism are easily caused during the resection of the tumor involving the second hepatic hilum.Hepatic vein occlusion has been proven to decrease this risk, while classic selective hepatic vein occlusion with tourniquet is technique demanding. We modified the classic method by using Satinsky clamp in hepatic vein dissection and occlusion.Based on the clinical data of 220 patients who received hepatic vein occlusion with tourniquet and 330 patients with Satinsky clamp,we proved that hepatic vein occlusion with Satinsky clamp is simpler, safer and with high success rate.

The Journal of Practical Medicine 2014;(13):2151-2153
Objective To evaluate the effect of irbesartan and nifedipine controlled-release tablets on morning blood pressure surge in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Ninety patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into irbesartan group ( group A, n = 45) and nifedipine group (group B, n =45). Irbesartan tablets 150 mg/d and nifedipine controlled-release tablets 30 mg/d were respectively given in group A and group B for 4 weeks. The levels of diastolic blood pressure (DBP), systolic blood pressure (SBP), mean arterial pressure ( MAP ) and morning blood pressure surge ( MBPS ) before and after treatment were measured by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. Results The DBP, SBP, MAP and MBPS levels of two groups after treatment for 4 weeks were all decreased (P < 0.01). All the indexes of group B decreased more significant compared to group A (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion To control blood pressure and prevent morning blood pressure surge, nifedipine controlled-release tablets are better than irbesartan.

A mild rapid method for the determination of Pb in grain was established by diluted acid extraction and direct sampling detection with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer(GF-AAS). Some factors, such as the grain size, nitric acid concentration, extraction time, solid, liquid proportion, and the instrument conditions were optimized. The results indicated that, at room temperature, the extraction rate of Pb in grain by diluted nitric acid was between 92. 14% and 94. 75%, and the average recoveries of Pb in grain extract reached 91. 65%-94. 58%, the precision of method was less than 5%, and the method detection limits and quantification limits were 0. 64 μg/L and 2. 14 μg/L, respectively, meanwhile, the extraction time was shorten to no more than 30 min. Compared with the results pretreated by microwave digestion and determined by GF-AAS, the detection values obtained by diluted acid extraction had no significance difference (p<0. 1).

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(07):-
AIM:To look for a suitable signal peptide which may effectively conduct hepatopoietin(HPO)secretion, various recombinant eukaryotic expression vectors were constructed.METHODS:Different exogenous signal sequences were spliced with HPO cDNA by PCR,and the spliced genes were cloned into eukaryotic expression plasmids. The different recombinants were respectively tansfected into COS-7 cells by Lipofectamine 2000 method and the secretion of HPO was analyzed by Western blotting.RESULTS:Western blotting analysis indicated that the signal peptides from interleukin-1 receptor antagonist(IL-1ra)and an artifical signal peptide did not secret HPO directly and effectively, but the signal peptide from murine Ig kappa secreted HPO directly with great efficiency. The molecular weight of the secreted HPO was 30 kD,which means that the secreted HPO existed in homodimer.CONCLUSION:Secreted recombinant expression plasmid is successful constructed. The result may pave the way for the gene therapy of hepatic fibrosis.
