Whether the sentinel lymph node (SLN) metastasis has important clinical significance for the therapy and prognosis of tumor. Sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) has became the most accurate clinical method to confirm the status of sentinel lymph node. And the key of the success of SLNB is the localization of SLN. The methods used to locate SLN mainly are blue dye tracer method, radionuclide tracer technique, blue dye tracer method combined with radionuclide tracer technique, indirect lymphography, NIR imaging, and photoacoustic imaging. This article demonstrates the principle, application method and contrast agents of the indirect lymphography and the application in head and neck tumor.

Objective To study the function, effect and mechanism of prevention of pressure sore formation with stimulation of the dorsal ramus of spinal nerve root by transcutaneous pulse using plateshape surface electrode. Methods According to the odd number and even number of admission date, 81 patients were divided into the control group (41 cases) and the observation group (40 cases). The control group received standard pressure sore prevention nursing according to Basic Nursing, the observation group received stimulation of the dorsal ramus of spinal nerve root by transcutaneous pulse using plate-shape surface electrode based upon routine nursing. Results 1 case caught grade Ⅰ pressure sere,1 case with grade Ⅱ pressure sere, and the incidence rate was 4.88% in the observation group, while in the control group, 5 cases caught grade Ⅰ pressure sore,4 cases with grade Ⅱ pressure sore, and the incidence rate was 22.50%. Conclusions Combination of routine prevention method with stimulation of the dorsal ramus of spinal nerve root by transcutancous pulse to prevent pressure sore formation can reduce the incidence rate of pressure sore in high risk population. This technique is easy, painless, noninvasive, and is a novel method for early prevention of pressure sore.

AlM: To explore clinical efficacy of hyperosmotic glucose after cataract surgery.METHODS: Eighty eyes ( 80 cases ) with ll level and above grades corneal edema after small incision cataract operation were enrolled. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group used TobraDex eye drops and other conventional treatment and the treatment group received hyperosmotic glucose(500g/L) with the bases of the control group. The regression of corneal edema was observed by slit lamp microscope. SPSS 17. 0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.RESULTS: The level of corneal edema at the first day after surgery, age, sexuality and nuclear hardness in the treated group were compared with those in the control group, the differences were without significances ( P>0. 05). Disappearance time of corneal edema was 4. 95 ± 3. 62d of the treatment group, and was 6. 80±3. 33d of the control group, the treatment group was better than control group (t=8. 55, P=0. 00).CONCLUSlON: Hyperosmotic glucose has exact and obvious efficacy for early corneal edema after cataract surgery.

Biliometric analysis, citation analysis and visualization technology were used to investigate the number and year-dis-tribution, country and region, distribution of research institutions and core authors of the literatures in clinical pharmacy research fields. Results:During 2002 to 2013, the number of literatures of clinical pharmacy was increased year by year. The literatures were published mainly in 62 countries and regions, especially in the United States of America. The major research institutions were college of pharmacy in university. Conclusion: Over the past decade, the research on clinical pharmacy is increased rapidly. The software HistCite can reveal the development track of clinical pharmacy research fields quickly and visually.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2009;8(5):360-363
Objective To investigate the effects of somatostatin on the apoptosis of colorectal cancer cells. Methods The expression of somatostatin mRNA in colorectal cancer tissues from 79 patients who had been admired to Yijishan Hospital from January 2004 to October 2006 was detected by nested RT-PCR. The apoptotic index of colorectal cancer cells was detected by TUNEL, and the protein expressions of somatostatin, Fas, FasL, caspase-3 and caspase-8 in colorectal cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. All data were analyzed by chi-square test, q test and Spearman rank correlation coefficient. Results There was a positive correlation between the mRNA and protein expression of somatostatin (r = 0.98, P < 0.05). The mRNA and protein expression of somatostatin in poorly and moderately differentiated colorectal cancers were significantly lower than that in well differentiated colorectal cancers (χ~2 = 10.78, 11.24, 5.27, 5.24, P < 0.05). The positive expression rates of mRNA and protein of somatostatin in papillary adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in mucinous adenocarcinoma and signet ring cell carcinoma and undifferentiated carcinoma (χ~2= 6.56, 6.99, 5.44, 7.39, P < 0.05). The mRNA and protein expression of somatostatin in colorectal cancer in Dukes A and B were significantly higher than that in Dukes C and D (χ~2 =5.17, 4.06, P <0.05). The apoptotic index in high or moderate somatostatin expression group was significantly higher than that in low somatostain expression group (q = 5.66, 4.21, P < 0.05), and the positive expression rates of Fas, caspase-8 and caspase-3 in high or moderate somatostatin expression group were significantly higher than those in low somatostafin expression group (χ~2= 5.48, 5.62, 6.89, 4.32, 4.19, 3.91, P <0.05). Conclusion Somatostatin plays an important role in the regulation of cell apoptosis in colorectal cancer, and the mechanism may be related to the aberrant expression of Fas/FasL.

OBJECTIVETo explore the clinical effects of minor bone anchors and palmaris longus tendon graft in treating chronic mallet fingers deformity.
METHODSFrom January 2008 to June 2013, 26 patients with chronic mallet fingers deformity were treated with minor bone anchors and palmaris longus tendon graft. There were 18 males and 8 females, aged from 18 to 52 years old with an average of (32.0±1.3) years. Among them, 8 cases caused by machine injury, 6 cases by fall injury, 6 cases by sprain from fight, 4 cases by tendon spontaneous rupture, 2 cases by knife trauma. There was no tendon attachment of extensor tendon check in 16 cases, and with 0.3 to 0.5 cm tendon attachment in 10 cases. All patients had the flexion deformity and the disability of dorsiflexion activity. During operation, the distal interphalangeal joint was fixed in 10° to 20° dorsiflexion by a Kirshner wire, the minor bone anchor was used to reconstruct the extensor tendon insertion, the palmaris longus tendon slice was transplanted the decayed area of extensor tendon insertion. Four weeks postoperatively, the Kirshner wire was removed and the plaster external fixation was used, and the patient began function exercises. Postoperative complications were observed and fingers functions were assessed according to Dargan standard.
RESULTSThe patients were followed up from 6 to 14 months with an average of (5.0±0.3) months. Wound superficial infection occurred in 2 cases, the skin pressure ulcer in 2 cases, joint activities disability in 1 case; these symptoms got improvement after symptomatic treatment. Traumatic arthritis occurred in 2 cases, 1 case was improved after treatment, and 1 case had chronic pain for a long time. No internal fixation loosening or breakage and tendon rupture were found. According to Dargan standard to evaluate the finger function, 17 cases got excellent results, 8 good, and 1 poor.
CONCLUSIONIt is an effective way to treat the chronic mallet finger deformity using minor bone anchors and palmaris longus tendon graft, and the method has advantages of reliable fixation, easy operation, satisfactory effect and less complication.
