1.Arthroscopic core decompression with autologous bone marrow induction material combined with titanium rod in the repair of stage II femoral head necrosis
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(28):4460-4464
BACKGROUND:Although core decompression can contribute to the reconstruction of necrotic bone, its single use appears to have some deficiencies and cannot completely realize the reconstruction of the femoral head.
OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of arthroscopic core decompression with autologous bone marrow induction material combined with titanium rod in the repair of stage II femoral head necrosis
METHODS:A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 79 cases of stage II femoral head necrosis admitted at the South Branch of Tongchuan People’s Hospital from February 2011 to February 2013. According to the therapeutic methods, these cases were divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (39 cases), and were given conventional core decompression and arthroscopic core decompression with autologous bone marrow induction material combined with titanium rod. Patients were fol owed up for 24 months, and the range of hip flexion and Harris scores on hip function and adverse events were observed and compared between two groups.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al the 79 patients successful y completed the 24-month fol ow-up. By the last fol ow-up, the range of hip flexion and Harris score were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05). There was no failure case due to surgical material rejection. To sum up, arthroscopic core decompression with autologous bone marrow induction material combined with titanium rod is safe and effective for repair of stage II femoral head necrosis.
2.The Role of Selectins in Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury of Brain
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(11):-
Selectins are a family of adhesion molecules, including P-,L-,E-selectins.The three adhesion molecules all participate in the inflammatory processes of ischemia-reperfusion injury of brain.P-selectin is expressed on activated platelets as well as on endothelial cells.E-selectin is only expressed on endothelial cells.P-and E-selectin mediate the adhesion of the leukocytes, platelets and endothelial cells.L-selectin is mainly expressed on leukocytes and mediates leukocytes rolling contact with microvascular endothelial cells.
3.ADVANCES ON ALGICIDAL SUBSTANCES PRODUCED BY ALGICIDAL BACTERIA
Yong ZHANG ; Yu XI ; Gang WU ;
Microbiology 1992;0(01):-
In recent years, more and more researchers have realized the possibility that algicidal bacteria could be a useful tool in reducing the impact of harmful algae blooms. In this review, the ecological roles of algicidal substances was briefly discussed, then special emphasis placed on the categories and extract methods of algicidal substances which have been reported. Some ideas for the further studies on algicidal substances were also proposed.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;26(3):204-206
The viscoelastic properties of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells were measured by means of micropipette aspiration technique. Further, the authors studied the changes in viscoelastic coefficients by treating with colchicine and cytochalasin D. The results showed that the elastic coefficients of HCC cells were obviously higher than the corresponding value of hepatocytes. By treating with colchicine, the effects on viscoelastic properties of HCC cells were obviously different in ways and extents from those on viscoelastic properties of hepatocytes.,but the viscoelastic properties of hepatocytes by treated with cytochalasin D had the same trend of decreasing as those of HCC cells. These results represent the change in cytoskeleton structure and function among hepatocytes and HCC cells, this change might affect tumor cells invasion and metastasis.

China Oncology 1998;0(04):-
Purpose: To investigate the plasma levels of chemokine IL-8, GM-CSF, RANTES and MCP-1 in patients with breast carcinoma and in healthy controls and to explore its clinical, pathologic and diagnostic significance. Methods: Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA) kits were used in 93 breast cancer patients and 20 health controls, and clinical significance was analysed. Results: The plasma levels of IL-8, RANTES and MCP-1 were significantly higher in the patients than in

It is a common phenomenon that medical research is out of line with clinical work at present. In fact, there is intrinsic interrelation between clinical work and research. Thinking and exploration at clinics are part of the research, and any research based on chnical work not only has great value, but also receives strong support from the state. However, to translate clinical research into clinical practice is difficult, which requires evidence-based methodology, a knowledgable team with persistence andtechnologies, et al.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2000;16(12):708-711
Objective:To summarize the CT signs and characteristics of bone-tumor.Methods:The CT and plain film signs of 71 cases of malignant bone-tumor and 19 cases of benign bone-tumor were analyzed. Results:The basic signs of bone-tumor were bone destruction, tumor bone formation, periosteal reaction, and soft tissue mass. Both benign and malignant bone-tumor had its characters of CT signs.Enhanced CT scans were advantageous in showing the tumor neighboring vessels. Conclusion:Our understanding is expanded and deepened for the signs of bone-tumor by CT scanning. This method provides much more accurate and comprehensive imaging informations than plain film.
