AFP from fetal serum and serum of patients with primary hepatic cancer were purified by affinity chromatography. Then, the lentil lectin-reactive and nonreactive variants of these purified glycoproteins were prepared by affinity chromatography with immobilized lectin. Glycopeptides and oligosaccharides were prepared from variants by protease treatment and hydrazinolysis, respectively, and subjected to carbohydrate and amino acid analysis. A small difference in the carbohydrate compositions of each variant was observed. Analysis of chemical compositions of AFP variants is useful for the differential diagnosis between benign liver diseases and primary hepatic cancer.

Objective To explore conduct disorder tendency and it's influence factors on secondary school students. Methods 669 students of grade 1 in Dezhou Vocational and Technical College were investigated by Conduct Disorder Tendency Questionnaire, Revised Version of MBI-SS and SRHMS Version1.0. Results The secondary vocational school students' scores on violation tendency, addiction tendency and aggression tendency were 11.51±4.08,5.90±2.68 and 6.68±2.63,and were significant different from vocational college students or high school students(addiction tendency:F(2, 1578)=7.48,P =0.001;aggression tendency:F(2, 1579)=24.40,P <0.001). There existed great capable difference of conduct disorder according to genders ( t(643)>3.85,P <0.001).Conduct disorder tendency of secondary vocational students' was positive correlated with their learning burnout (Pearson correlation coefficient was between 0.16 and 0.52 for each pair), but negative correlated with mental health(Pearson correlation coefficient was between -0.13 and -0.27 for each pair). The linear regression showed that some dimensions of learning burnout and self-rated mental health predicted students' conduct disorder tendency. Conclusion Conduct disorder tendency of secondary vocational students is affected by their learning burnout and mental health.

Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(1):36-38
CXCR4, a receptor for stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF-1, also know as CXCL12) and a member of the chemokine receptor family, has been shown to play an important role in the proliferation, migration, invasion and metastasis of breast cancer cells. CXCR4 expression is an early event in breast cancer development and may serve as a biomarker for early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer. Expression of CXCR4 has been demonstrated to correlate with metastasis and poor prognosis in breast cancer. Inhibition of CXCR4 expression may be a potential target of breast cancer treatment.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the pharmacological actions of the Formulae of Qinwenbaiduyin and Huanglianjiedutang in antibacterial experiment in vitro. METHODS Test tube method and plating method were employed in antibacterial experiment while test was conducted in antiviral experiment with extract of the Formula by water and then observing the pathological changes in the lungs after medication. RESULTS The minimal inhibirory concentration (MIC) effect of Qinwenbaiduyin was 15.6 mg/ml, the minimal bacteriocidal concentration (MBC) was 31.2mg/ml to Staphylococcus aureus; minimal inhibirory concentration (MIC) effect was 7.6mg/ml, MBC was 15.6mg/ml to Escherichia coli. The MIC effect of Qinwenbaiduyin was 15.6 mg/ml, the MBC was 31.2mg/ml to S. aureus and E. coli. CONCLUSIONS The Formulae of Qinwenbaiduyin and Huanglianjiedutang have antibacterial effect on S. aureus and E. coli in experiment.

Objective To investigate the relationship between monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) gene -2518G/A polymorphism and cerebral infarction(CI) of Han population in Chinese Hunan district. Methods The -2518G/A polymorphism in MCP-1 gene was detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis (PCR-RFLP) and DNA sequencing in 162 patients with CI (CI group) and 150 normal controls (NC group). The serum level of MCP-1 in the two groups was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results In CI group, genotypic frequency of GG was 39.5%, GA was 37.0%, and AA was 23.5%. The allele frequency of G was 58.0% and A was 42.0%. In NC group, genotypic frequency of GG was 27.3%, GA was 39.3%, and AA was 33.4%. The allele frequency of G was 47.0% and A was 53.0%. The frequencies of MCP-1 -2518GG genetype and G allele in CI group were significantly higher than those in CI group (all P

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(02):-
Objective To determine the contents of fructose, glucose, sucrose and total saccharide in honeysuckle extracts which were produced by three classical methods, to provide scientific data for producing and controlling of those patent medicines containing honeysuckle extract. Methods Three classical extract methods were used for producing honeysuckle extracts. HPLC-ELSD method was used for determining the contents of fructose, glucose, sucrose, and a spectrophotometric determination method was used for determining the contents of total saccharide. Results The contents of fructose in three honeysuckle extracts were 5.44%, 3.47%, 4.74%, glucose were 4.35%, 2.73%, 4.21%, glucose were 17.41%, 8.47%, 14.47%, and total saccharide were 50.63%, 41.12%, 35.90%, respectively. Conclusion About 36%~51% of total components of honeysuckle extracts were determined except chlorogenic acids, and 19%~27% of components in the extracts were fructose, glucose, sucrose.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1994;0(02):-
Percutaneous sacroplasty is a technique, derived from percutaneous vertebroplasty, with minimal invasion and better safety for refractory sacroiliac pain. The procedure is involved with bone cement injected into the diseased sacral body under fluoroscopic or computed tomography guidance and in turn for stabilizing and strengthening the vertebral body with outcome of decrease or even complete relief of pain. The author introduces and comprehends the definition, preoperative imaging examinations, indications, contraindications, techniques and complications of the procedure.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(10):-
Aim To study the protective effect of total flavones of rhododendra pharmacological preconditioning(TFR-PP)on myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury and its mechanisms involved in myocardial inflammation in rats. Methods In model group the isolated perfused rat hearts set up by Langendorff system were subjected to 30 min ischemia followed by 40 min reperfusion. The hearts in TFR-PP groups were subjected to three cycles of 5 min perfusion with and without TFR before 30 min ischemia followed by 40 min reperfusion. In all groups the activities of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine phosphokinase (CK), and myeloperoxidase (MPO) in myocardium, the expressions of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-?B), tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-?), and intercellular adhersion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) were measured, and the myocardial pathomorphological changes were examined. Results TFR-PP(25、50、100 mg?L-1) could inhibit markedly the reductions of LDH and SOD activities in myocardium induced by ischemia and reperfusion injury.100 mg?L-1 TFR-PP also significantly improved the pathomorphological changes of injury. TFR-PP (25、50、100 mg?L-1) could inhibit the expressions of NF-?B, TNF-? and ICAM-1 to varying degrees. Conclusion TFR-PP has marked protective effect on ischemia and reperfusion injury in isolated rat heart via inhibiting the inflammation of myocardium.
