Objective To explore the role of Th17/IL-17 in the pathogenesis of asthma in children.Methods Thirty asthma children (asthma group) and 20 healthy volunteers (control group) were selected as our subjects.Percentage of Th17 cell in peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) of asthma children was detected by flow cytometry,the level of IL-17 and IgE in plasma were examined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results Proportion of Th17 cells in PBMC of children in asthma group was (1.83 ± 1.01) ％,significantly higher than that in control group ((1.02 ± 0.49) ％ ; t =3.896 ; P ＜ 0.01).The IL-17 level in control group was (19.11 ± 3.23) ng/L,significant lower than that in asthma group ((34.23 ± 4.88) ng/L;t =6.261 ;P ＜ 0.01)).The Ig E level in asthma group was (399.4 ± 45.1) ng/L,significantly higher than in control group((58.2 ± 19.7) ng/L;t =7.244,P ＜0.01).The level of IL-17 in plasma had a postive relationship with the proportion of Th17 cells(r =0.882,P ＜0.01),but not relationship was seen with the level of IgE (r =0.375,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Th1 7 cell is associated with asthma development of children,and the reason may due to probably aggravating asthma condition through increasing inflammation secreting IL-17.

Objectives To analyse the economic and social benefit of improvement of latrines in countryside of Hunan province,China.Methods 6 counties were selected as observational points based on the character of geographical position and the types of non-hazard treatment of feces.The lab tests,questionnaire investigation,retrospective survey and mathematical models were used and the prevalance rate of intestinal infectious diseases and infectious rate of parasite were analyzed.Results All the three types of non-hazard treatment facilities fulfiled the requirement of The Hygeian Standard of the Fecal Decontamination.Compared with the villages without improvement of latrine,the infectious rates of parasite was lower by 61.32%,the prevalance rate of intestinal infectious diseases by 45.25%,and the incidence rates of infectious diarrhea by 42.62% in villages where the latrines improved.The improvement of latrine will save 28 379.1 yuan for one year and 2.45 yuan for one person in preventing intestinal infectious diseases and infectious diarrhea.Conclusion Three types of non-hazardous treatment of feces have obvious effectiveness on disease prevention,which will produce distinct economic and social benefit.

Objective To analyze the multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) angiographic features of hepatic hemangioma accompanied with peripheral arterial-portal shunt(APS),and to assess the MSCT diagnostic ability and clinical value for peripheral APS.Methods 12 cases of hepatic hemangioma accompanied by peripheral APS underwent triphase enhanced MSCT scan,the images were post-processed with maximum intensity projection(MIP),volume rendering(VR) and then analysed.Results During hepatic arterial phase,the peripheral APS and transient hepatic parenchymal enhancement(THPE) could be visualized on MIP and VR.APS were classified into four types according to the findings on VR and MIP.TypeⅠ: Branch of the portal veins early enhancement in peritumoral wedge-shaped enhanced area,more frequently appeared as parellel track sign;TypeⅡ: Showed early opacification of small portal branchs near tumors,APS more frequently found in peritumoral wedge-shaped enhanced area;Type Ⅲ:Included both typeⅠand typeⅡ signs;Type Ⅳ: Only showed peritumoral THPE.Conclusion MSCT angiography provides a new effective technique for demonstrating and understanding peripheral APS and THPE.

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the formula of piribedil hydrochloride orally disintegrating tablets and to investigate their related indexes.METHODS:Taking the contents of crospovidone(PVP XL)(disintegrating agent),amylum pregelatinisatum(loading agent) and Gum Acacia(glidant) as factors,the disintegrating time(td),the wet time(t) and the suspend stability(?A) as the evaluate indexes to carry on the orthogonal experimental to optimize the formula.The dissolution curve of the optimized formula was drawn.RESULTS:The optimized formula for the piribedil hydrochloride orally disintegrating tablets were as follows:the contents of crospovidone(PVP XL),amylum pregelatinisatum and Gum Acacia were 15%,20%,and 15% respectively.The prepared orally disintegrating tablets disintegrated completely within 30s and dissolved basically within 2min.CONCLUSION:The prepared preparation can meet the related standards specified of China Pharmacopeia.

OBJECTIVE: To determine Ginsenoside Rg1,Ginsenoside Re and Ginsenoside Rb1 in Yixin fumai granula by HPLC.METHODS: Samples were determined on a Diamond C18(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m).The mobile phase consisted of accetonitrile-water by gradient elution with flow rate at 1 mL?min-1,UV detection wavelength at 203 nm,column temperature at 25 ℃ and sample size at 10 ?L.RESULTS: The linear ranges of Ginsenoside Rg1,Ginsenoside Re and Ginsenoside Rb1 were 0.645～6.450 ?g(r=0.999 8),0.54～5.40 ?g(r=0.999 7) and 0.605～6.050 ?g(r=0.999 9),respectively;the average recoveries were 100.59%(RSD=2.03%),98.70%(RSD=1.46%)and 98.99%(RSD=1.19%),respectively.CONCLUSION: The method is sensitive,simple and accurate,and it can be used for the quality control of Yixin fumai granula.

Objective To study clinical value of a new therapy for tumor thrombus of portal vein.Methods Twenty patients received direct puncture to portal vein or tube insertion under ultrasonographic guide.Among them,16 patients received direct injection and 4 had tube insertion.It provided high concentration of anticancer drugs directly to the tumor thrombus.Results The thrombus disappeared only one case,the mass of tumor thrombus decreased in the portal vein trunk in 3 cases and obviously was controlled in 6 cases.The survival time in the group with treatment was longer than in that the control group.Conclusion This method is an effective,safe and easy procedure,it has active significance for advanced hepatic cancer.

Objective: To explore the heat injury level of vocal cord by different power of the Diomed 25 semi conductor laser so as to provide scientific evidence for clinical laser therapy of larynx diseases. Methods: Canine was used. The power of laser was set on 5, 10 and 20 W respectively, and the time of laser exposure was fixed on 2 s.When canine vocal cord was hit by laser in vivo , the depth and width of the tissue heat injury were measured. Results: When laser hit with 5, 10 and 20 W for 2 s exposure time, the corresponding depth of the tissue heat injury were 0.2 0.4,0.4 0.6,0.8 1.0 mm respectively, the corresponding width of the tissue heat injury were 1.0 1.7,1.7 2.0,2.0 2.6 mm respectively. Objective To investigate the functional activity and connectivity of the insular cortex at rest in persons with low back pain (LBP).Methods Twelve healthy subjects (male 6,female 6 ; age 24.8 ± 3.3 years) were given fMRI 3.0T scans at rest.Back muscle pain was then induced with an intramuscular injection of 3％ hypertonic saline solution and a second scan was performed.The pain-free and in-pain fMRI data were compared using paired t-tests to highlight any changes in the functional connectivity of the anterior and posterior insular cortex on both sides.Pain severity was quantified using a visual analogue scale (VAS).Results Ratings of LBP severity peaked at 6.02 ± 1.96 on the VAS.The functional connectivity of the inferior insular cortex with the frontal cortex,the thalamus and the parahippocampal gyrus was enhanced when the subjects were in pain,but connectivity with the posterior cingulate cortex,the precuneus,the temporal cortex,the paracentral lobule and the cerebellar tonsil was reduced.The inferior parietal lobule exhibited significantly enhanced connectivity with the anterior insular cortex,but reduced connectivity with the posterior insular cortex.In addition,the medial cingulate cortex displayed decreased functional connectivity with the anterior insular cortex,but increased functional connectivity with the posterior insular cortex when the subjects were in pain.Conclusion This study has revealed impeded functional connectivity of the insular cortex when experiencing LBP at rest.This may possibly be related to pain's disruption of cognition and emotion.

Objective To explore the safe technique of caudate lobectomy for liver cancer in candafe lobe(LCCL).Methods The clinical data of 11 cases of primary liver cancer in caudate lobe who received hepatectomy successfully were retrospectively analyzed. four procedures were used in the operations:(1)selection of appropriate skin incision, so as to obtain excellent exposure of operative field;(2)adequate mobilization of the liver to allow the liver to be displaced upwards to the left or to the right;(3)preparatory placement of tapes for total hepatic vascular isolation,so that this procedure can be used when necessary;(4)selection of the ideal route for hepatectomy based on the condition of the tumor and, if necessary, the combined removal of multiple lobes. Among the 11 cases, simple occlusion of vessels of porta hepatis was used for candate lobectomy in 6 cases, while, in the other cases, the vessels were intermittently occluded several times or total hepatic vlascular isolation was used for the caudate lobectomy. combined partial right hepatectomy was done in 2 cases, combined left lateral lobectomy in 3 cases and caudate lobectomy alone in 6 cases.Results Operation was smooth and successful in all of the 11 cases, and there was no mortality. Conclusions Caudate lobectomy for LCCL can be safely performed when the above procedures are used.

Objective To investigate the clinical features of patients with superinfection of HEV and HBV related acute on chro-nic liver failure(ACLF) .Methods Clinical data of 35 patients diagnosed with superinfection of HEV and HBV related ACLF and 37 patients diagnosed with HBV related ACLF were collected for this retrospective study .The liver and kidney function ,HBV DNA level ,blood platelet count(BPC) ,coagulation function ,model for end-stage liver disease(MELD)score and mortality at 24 weeks were analyzed .Furthermore ,comparison of the clinical data between the survival patients and died patients in superinfection group was made .Unconditioned binary response logistic regression model was used to determine the corresponding risk factors .Results The level of total bilirubin(TBIL) ,MELD score ,incidence rate of hepatic encephalopathy and mortality at 24 weeks were signifi-cantly higher and prothrombin activity(PTA)was significantly lower in superinfection patients(P<0 .05) .The level of serum creat-inine(Cr) ,MELD score and incidence rate of hepatic encephalopathy were significantly higher and PTA was significantly lower in died patients than that of superinfection group(P< 0 .05) .Logistic regression analysis identified TBIL(P= 0 .024 ,OR= 1 .006) , BPC(P=0 .019 ,OR=0 .983) ,PTA(P=0 .001 ,OR=0 .795) ,MELD score(P=0 .005 ,OR=1 .497)and hepatic encephalopathy(P=0 .001 ,OR=4 .147)as prognostic factors for patients with superinfection of HEV and HBV related ACLF .Conclusion The clini-cal features of patients with superinfection of HEV and HBV related ACLF were more serious .The higher level of TBIL ,MELD score and hepatic encephalopathy and the lower level of BPC and PTA ,the worse prognosis .
