Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinases 9 (MMP 9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases 1(TIMP 1) mRNA in the endometrium during mid luteal phase in women with unexplained infertility and its steroidal regulation Methods In situ hybridization method was utilized to detect the location of MMP 9 and TIMP 1 mRNA. Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic high ligation of inguinal hernia sac in children with veress needle and semi-rigid biopsy forceps.Methods:121 cases of indirect hernia of groin admitted in Rugao People's Hospital from June 2018 to November 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the operation methods, 121 cases were divided into laparoscopic group ( n=76, laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac with pneumoperitoneum needle and semi rigid biopsy forceps) and traditional operation group ( n=45, high ligation of traditional inguinal incision hernia sac). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, incision length, postoperative self activity time and postoperative hospital stay were compared between the two groups; the patients were followed up for 3-21 months, and the proportion of postoperative complications and recurrence cases were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in operative time between the two groups ( P=0.335), but the amount of bleeding [(3.8±0.7)ml vs (7.3±1.7)ml, P<0.05], the length of incision [(0.6±0.1)cm vs (1.8±1.2)cm, P<0.05], the time of recovery of self activity [(9.2±2.6)h vs (16.2±4.2)h, P<0.05] and the time of hospitalization [(1.3±0.6)d vs (3.4±1.3)d, P<0.05] in the laparoscopic group were all better than those in the traditional operation group; the proportion of complications and recurrence in the laparoscopic group during the follow-up period was less than that in the traditional operation group (χ 2=5.243, P=0.022). Conclusions:Laparoscopic high ligation of indirect hernia sac in children with veress needle and semi-rigid biopsy forceps has the advantages of small trauma, fast recovery and less postoperative complications, and the equipment is easy to obtain, which is convenient to carry out and promote in basic hospitals.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Guizhi Fuling Decoction combined with mifepristone on uterine fibroids and the changes of serum sex hormone levels in patients after treatment.MethodsForty-two patients were randomly divided into three groups: control group (42 cases) and control group (41 cases).The rats were treated with Guizhi Fuling Decoction plus mifepristone combination for three months.The control group was given only monotherapy with normal mifepristone tablets.The time of treatment was consistent with that of the study group.The levels of serum sex hormones were measured quantitatively before and after treatment.By comparing the therapeutic effect of the patients in different experimental groups and the levels of hormone Differences in evaluation between groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of 92.9% in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (73.8%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01).After treatment, the study group and the control group Uterine / tumor volume was significantly reduced, the difference was significantly different (P<0.01), compared between the two groups after treatment of uterine / tumor volume, the study group than the control group, the volume was significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Serum levels of sex hormones: Serum levels of E2 and P were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05).Before and after treatment, the levels of serum E2 and P were lower in the two groups than before treatment (P<0.05).ConclusionJiawei Guizhi Fuling Decoction combined with mifepristone has a better effect on the treatment of uterine fibroids with mifepristone monotherapy, which significantly reduces the level of serum sex hormones and promotes the reduction of uterine / tumor volume after administration.It is worthy of promotion the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine conservative treatment of uterine fibroids means.

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of electrocardiogram in risk stratification of patients with non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods: According to the change of electrocardiogram, 260 patients with non-ST segment elevation ACS were divided into four groups: ECG-undiagnosed group (n=22), T-wave inversion group (ST-segment depression group), ST-segment depression group (n=118) and normal electrocardiogram group(n=80). All patients were treated with conventional 18-lead electrocardiogram and troponin I(TnI)detection in the four groups. The incidence of cardiovascular events during and after hospitalization was observed. Results: The complex cardiovascular events and recurrent angina attacks in ST segment depression group increased significantly than that in normal ECG group. The difference was statistically significant (x2=5.723,x2=15.680;P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that TnI positive factors predict the independent value of composite cardiovascular events higher.Conclusion:The patients with ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome can effectively carry out risk stratification by ECG ST-segment changes and TnI levels, and predict the cardiovascular events. It has higher clinical application value and independent predictive value of TnI positive.
