Substantial evidence supports the relationship between chronic inflammation and cancer development. Numerous studies suggest that chronic inflammatory disease, such as periodontitis, contributes to head and neck squamous cell carcinoma development. Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is the most common malignant tumor in the oral and maxillofacial regions. Porphyromonas gingivalis, one of the most important pathogens in association with periodontal disease, might have a potential correlation with OSCC. Along with the development of molecular biological techniques, the association between Porphyromonas gingivalis and OSCC has been greatly emphasized in recent years. This review summarizes the association between these variables and the potential mechanisms involved in such relationship.

2.Analysis on status and determinants of outpatient service utilization of rural floating population in Beijing at different residence time
Journal of Peking University(Health Sciences) 2017;49(3):476-482
Objective: To study the status and identify the determinants of outpatient service utilization of rural floating population in Beijing who have different accumulated residence time. Methods: The survey data of rural floating population health and health care services in Beijing in 2014 were used, and the migrant population aged 18 years and above were taken as the research object.Whether to use outpatient service within two weeks was taken as dependent variable, gender, age, education level, self-assessment score of socioeconomic status, accumulated residence time in Beijing, health insurance, average household income, suffering from high blood pressure or diabetes as independent variables.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results: The average age of the research object was 36.7 years, with mostly secondary education. The average accumulated residence time in Beijing was 8.4 years. The two-week prevalence rate was 10.3%, the two-week visiting rate calculated by person-time was 6.0%.The Logistic regression model suggested that, socioeconomic status, accumulated residence time and suffering from high blood pressure or diabetes were statistically significant determinants of outpatient service utilization. Conclusion: The research object is a younger and less educated population, their health status is better and outpatient service utilization is lower. It is found that people who have longer accumulated residence time in Beijing have lower outpatient service utilization. This is because people with longer residence time have lower age-adjusted two-week prevalence rate. This is also because people with longer residence time have larger proportion of taking continuous measures under doctor's advice. It does not mean people with longer residence time have lower utilization of medical service. The residence time variable plays the role of proxy variable. It can solve the problem of variables' endoge-neity.At the same time, it can reflect the influence to outpatient services utilization of some determinants, which are not included in the model but varies with residence time.

China Medical Equipment 2016;13(9):49-51,52
Objective: To investigate the detection ability of two reagents by automated coagulation analyzer ACL-TOP using immune turbidimetric method, and to determine the merits and demerits of them. Methods:Two reagents were compared in the study. We selected 532 cases of hospitalized patients in Anzhen Hospital, 388 cases of which were unstable angina, 60 cases were pulmonary thromboembolism, 70 cases were coronary atherosclerosis, 14 cases were abdominal aneurysm, and the rest were the patients with high blood pressure and coronary heart disease. The plasmas of all the patients were extracted, and D-dimer was detected on ACL-TOP by D-Dimer (referred to as reagent A) and D-DHS (referred to as reagent B). Results:The results of D-dimer increased in different degrees, and there are 88 cases of false positive cases. The case whose FDP and individual D-dimer of D-dimer simultaneous detection was elevating and clinical symptoms were disappeared was detected by the VIDAS instrument platform verification. There were significant differences between A and B. The detection result of reagent A was [1594.15±2286.18], and reagent B was [912.97±1814.06]. There were significant differences between them (t=3.654, P<0.05). In addition, the consistency of the two reagents was poor (r=0.419, P<0.05). Conclusion:Comparing two reagents to detect D-dimer quantitatively by automated coagulation analyzer ACL-TOP, D-DHS owns greater ability to exclude false-positive results, so does the ability of anti-interference with jaundice, hemolysis and chylemia.

10.Effects of Combined Telmisartan and Ramlpril on Heart Function and Renin-angiotensin-aldosterone System and Ventricle Remodeling in Patients with Chronic Congestive Heart Failure
Journal of Medical Research 2009;38(8):36-39
Objective To study the effects of combined telmisartan and ramiprll on heart function and renin - angiotensin - aldoste-tone system and ventricle remodeling and brain natriuretie peptide in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods 100 patientswith chronic heart failure were randomly divided into three groups: telmisartan group (A group, treated with telmisartan 80mg once daily, n =33), ramipril group (B group treated with ramipril 5mg once daily, n =33) and telmisartan plus ramipril group (treated with telmis-artan 40mg plus ramipril 2.5mg once daily, n = 34). Left ventricular end - diastolic dimensions (LVEDD) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were assessed, and plasma renin activity (Ren) , angiotensinIl (Angll), aldosterone (Aid) and brain natriuretic pep-tide (BNP) were measured before and after therphy. Results After 6 months of treatment, LVEDD and LVEF were improved in all groups(P < 0.01). All changs were significant in C group than those in A group or B group(P < 0.01). The concentration of Ren were in-creased in all groups(P <0.01). The concentration of Angll was increased in A group and decreased in B group(P <0.01)while there was no difference at pre or post treatment in C group (P > 0.01). The concentration of Ald and BNP was decreased in all groups (P < 0.01). Ald and BNP were decreased more significantly in C group than those in A group or B group. Conclusion Combination of low dose of telmisartan and ramipril therapy has more benificial clinical features than telmisartan or ramipril alone in patients with CHF.
