2.Expression in breast cancer and its clinical significance
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(10):1317-1318
Objective To explore NF-κB(P65)expression in breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expression of NF-κB(P65)and its relationship with related elinicopathological factors were analyzed in eighty-seven IDC(invasive ductal cancinoma). Results NFκB(P65)expression was significantly correlated with lower tumor grading, maxilary lymph node metastasis, later TNM styng and HER-2 positive(all P<0.05),but not with tumor size, age of the patient and the state of ER、PR.Conclusion NF-κB(P65)should be risk factors of poor prognosis in IDC.
3.Clinical efficacy and safety of TAPP surgery in inguinal hernia repair for the elderly
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;22(4):489-491
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of TAPP surgery in inguinal hernia repair for the elderly by different mesh materials. Methods 24 elderly patients (32 cases) with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into the two groups. The control group was repaired by the braid mesh, while the other 16 cases in the observation group were repaired by the three dimension mesh. The operative indicators, the VAS pain score, the incidence rate of complications and recrudesce rate were compared between the two groups. Results The operative time, time length of staying and costs of the two groups were close,no statistical differences were found (all P > 0.05) ; VAS scores of postoperative 24h,48h,72h of the observation group were (0.97 ± 0.76) points,(0.62 ± 0.55) points,(0.49 ± 0.37) points respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group (t =6.331,6.031,5.882,all P <0.05).The incidence rate of complication in control group was 16.67% (2/12),no statistical difference was found between two groups (x2 =0.000,P > 0.05).No recurrence was found in two groups. Conclusion The three dimension mesh and the braid mesh in TAPP are safe and effective, the three dimension mesh has better performance in pain.
4.A case of acute myelocytic leukemia suffered throat pain as initial symptom.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(24):1996-1997
We report a case of a 47-year-old man who firstly complained of throat pain for half a month accompanied with fever. Specialized examination showed tonsils' hypertrophy and the laryngoscope found his right vocal cord was swelling and hyperemia. The routine blood test counted white blood cell as 31 x 10(9)/L, lymphocyte as 30. 84 x 10(9)/L while prolymphocyte could be seen with microscope. After that B-ultrasound scan gave spleen hypertrophy and multi-lymphatic-node enlargement. Peripheral blood flowcytometry and bone marrow biopsy finally diagnosed the man as actue myelocytic leukemia.

5.Expression of type Ⅱ collagen and ultramicroscopic study on patellar cartilage in osteoarthritis
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 2001;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the characteristics of histopathological changes of osteoarthritic cartilage. Methods The specimens of patellar articular cartilages from 31 knees of 29 patients with osteoarthritis and 2 knees of 2 young adults were studied under transmission electron microscope (TEM) and immunohistochemistry. The ultramicroscopic changes of patellar cartilage and the expression of type Ⅱ collagen in the extracellular matrix were analyzed. Results In Stage Ⅰ, the immunohistochemical staining of type Ⅱcollagen enhanced in all layers of articular cartilage, especially in the superficial layer, the staining was positive, particularly at the peripheral area of chondrocytes. TEM showed broken collagen fibrous networks, more lipid droplets, glycogen and vacuoles in cytoplasm, organelles swelling and increasing. In Stage Ⅱ, the immunohistochemical staining of type Ⅱcollagen increased in the superficial and middle layer of articular cartilage, especially in the chondrocytes around fissures; it was also positive in extracellular matrix, besides, there was irregular nucleus, chromatin concentration and organelles decreasing. In StageⅡ, severe disordered arrangement of collagen fibers, macrolipid droplets and a great number of vacuoles appearing in cytoplasm. In Stage Ⅲ the nuclear pycnosis, cells breaking into numerous fatty debris and forming a micro-scar or an empty lacuna. Index of staining of the immunohistochemical characteristics of type Ⅳ collagen from StageⅠ-Ⅳ were 48.43?11.96, 53.36?10.12, 8.01?3.89, 4.34?2.39 respectively, while in comparison with the normal cartilages, there were significant difference in all stages (P

0.05],the hospitalized day after operation and the rate of local hematoma in transradial approach group were markedly lower than those in transfemoral approach group [(3.06?(1.42)] days vs(4.97?3.07) days and 0 vs 7.48%,P
7.ECV304 cells can be used as a general model, tool or target in the re search of biomedicine and pharmacology
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
ECV304 was reported first in 1990 as a spont aneously-transformed and immortalized cell line derived from a Japanese HUVEC. S ubsequently, many studies validated that the ECV304 is a permanent endothelial cell line. It has been used widely as an endothelial cell model and an useful re search tool in biomedicine and pharmacology. However, several distinct differenc es exist between ECV304 and HUVEC. Some studies even pointed out that ECV304 is not of HUVEC origin. According to the research data including ours, this reporte dly endothelial-derived permanent human cell line ECV304 may be dedifferentiated towards an epithelial phenotype. It is therefore not an appropriate cell line t o study endothelial cell biology. But cultured ECV304 cells can still be used as a model, tool or target in the pathophysiological and pharmacological studies, depending on whether or not their functional expression or markers are suitable for the research work.

9.Application of Blood Oxygen Level Dependent Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Neuroplastia Responsible for Recovery of Language Function in Aphasia (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(8):713-716
Aphasia, as one of the common complications of cerebrovascular diseases, showed the rising trend year by year with the increasing of cerebrovascular diseases incidence, and communication difficulties and psychological barriers caused by aphasia had seriously affected the patients' quality of life. Blood oxygen level dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging (BOLD-fMRI) made the brain morphology and function combined perfectly, had became the most widely available functional neuroimaging modality to explore the neuroplastic mechanisms responsible for recovery of language. This review made a summary about the neuroplastic mechanisms responsible for recovery of language
10.Key elements to break through registration barriers on traditional Chinese medicine in EU.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(15):2972-2977
The EU is an international bridge of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and TCM in EU is of strategic importance. In this paper the progress on policies and regulations and approved products of herbal medical products in EU in 10 years were briefly reviewed, registration regulations were systematically, studied and some typical cases were analyzed. To provide reference for successful registration of TCM in EU and implementation of international strategy of TCM, five key elements (i. e. registration classification, approval procedure, approval authority, application product and application enterprise) to break through the registration barriers on TCM in EU were putted forwards correspondingly.
