Clinical Medicine of China 2008;24(z1):4-5
Objective To explore the risk factors of vascular dementia (VD) in stroke patients, expecial-ly, the relationship between VD and carotid artery atherosclerosis. Methods 64 patients with cerebrovascular dis-ease , who had a history of stroke , were divided into VD groups (n = 64) and control group (n = 60). The age, disease course, education and blood lipid and carotid artery stenosis were compared. Results The age of patients , course of disease ,educational levels, the serum levels of TC ,TG, LDL and internal diameter of carotid artery were different between the two groups (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The age of patients , course of disease , education, the serum levels of TC ,TG ,LDL and carotid artery atherosclerosis are related to vascular dementia in stroke patients.
2.Alteration of erythrocyte immune function in patients with chronic gastritis
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2009;30(7):649-650
Objective To investigate the change of immunologic function of red blood cell (RBC) in patients with chronic gastritis. Methods The immunologic function of RBC in 88 cases of chronic gastritis was dynamically detected with yeast rosette method. Results The results showed that RBC-C3b receptor rosette (RBC-C3b-RR) rate and RBC immune adherence enhance factor (RFER) rate were significantly lower (P<0.05) and RBC immune complex rosette (RBC-ICR) rate and RBC immune adherence inhibitor factor (RFIR) were significantly higher (P<0.05) in the patients with atrophic gastritis than those in control group. In the patients with superficial gastritis, the difference had no distinct significance (P>0.05). Conclusion The immunologic function of red blood cell (RBC)measurement plays an important role in differential diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of chronic gastritis.
3.mRNA Expression of c-myc Gene in the Hyperacute Rejection of Xe notransplantation
Chinese Circulation Journal 2001;16(1):67-69
Objective:To research expression and function of c-myc gene in hyperacute r ejection of xenotransplantation. Method:Through the model of hyperacute rejection of xenotransplantation wit h isolated rat heart perfused with human plasma,we detected c-myc mRNA expressi on and cell localization with in situ hybridization in hyperacute rejection. Result:c-myc mRNA increased expression in the endothelium cell of heart.Th e value of signal is 450.09±409.99.The value of signal of group of control is 1 74.40±51.50(p<0.05)。 Conclusion:From these study findings,it would appear that hyperacute rejecti on is associated with the elevation of c-myc mRNA expression.
5.Application of the 18F-FDG SPECT-CT combined with the images of CT in the diagnosis of lung cancer
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;22(3):385-387
Objective To investigate the clinical value of the 18F-FDG SPECT-CT combined with the image of CT in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods Retrospectively analysis images of 18F-FDG SPECT-CT and CT of 162 patients pulmonary tumor-like lesions from January 2013 to October 2013 were conducted. All the patients have been confirmed by the pathological mechanism or cytologic examination. Each patient has been firstly diagnosed by the 18F-FDG SPECT-CT along and then combined with the images of CT.The sensitive rate and the accurate rate of two methods were compared by x2 test. Results There were 40 benign lesions and 114 malignant ones in 162 patients. The sensitive rates of the two methods were 86.0% and 96.5% (x2 =6.63,P < 0.05).The accurate rates of the two ways were 79% and 96.3% (x2 =7.76,P < 0.05).The differences were statistically significant. Conclusion 18F-FDG SPECT-CT combined with the images of CT can increase the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy. It has important clinical value.
6.Advance in Application of Fecal Markers for Evaluating Disease Activity in Inflammatory Bowel Disease
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2015;(4):248-251
Inflammatory bowel disease( IBD)is a group of chronic nonspecific intestinal diseases characterized by a clinical relapsing-remitting behavior. The evaluation of disease activity is concerned by clinicians all the time. With the evolving in recognition of the pathogenesis of IBD,many novel biomarkers are emerging in recent years. This article reviewed advances in the accepted and ongoing research fecal markers of IBD.
7.Clinical application of the nasolabial fold wrapped perforator flap in repairing pinna nasi defect
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2014;20(5):321-323
Objective To explore the feasibility of nasolabial fold wrapped perforator flap in repairing pinna defects to produce the relative perfect appearance. Methods We treated 10 cases of pinna nasi defects by the nasolabial fold wrapped perforator flap.We examined the blood vessel distribution and exit of the blood vessel before surgery, and designed the nasolabial fold wrapped perforator flap according to the pinna defects. The flap with reasonable thickness was able to repair the both sides of defect after being cut properly.Meanwhile, the flap could be folded to form a local flap covered or lined with skin, and rotately transfered to repair nasal alar defect. Results All the flaps survived with incisions of donor sites healed primarily.Following up for 4 to 24 months showed that the color, texture and thickness of the flaps were similar to those of recipient sites. The scar in donor site was concealed and not obvious. Those cases who kept neurocutaneous branch had good sense.Satisfactory appearance was received without secondary repair. Conclusions The nasolabial fold wrapped perforator flap has abundant blood circulation and easily survives. It can also afford ample tissues to repair major area of pinna nasi defects,The blood vessel peduncle is too long to be survived easily. And the donor has not clear scar.Second reconstruction can be avoided in this procedure. The nasolabial fold wrapped perforator flap is one of the best choices to repair pinna defects.
8.Research advance in neurotoxicity of quantum dots
Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology 2014;(5):794-800
As quantum dots( QDs),an advanced porduct of nanotechnology, have been widely used in bio-medicine due to their unique photoelectric properties. QD safety evaluation has become a hot area of research. So far, some researchers have expressed concern about the neurotoxic potential of QDs because the central nervous system was confirmed to be one of the target organs. Several studies found that QDs could enter the central nervous system by crossing the blood brain barrier and following neural pathways and produce some neurotoxic effects, such as damaging the structure and function of neural cells and impairing synaptic plasticity. The potential toxicity mechanisms could include oxidative stress, inflammation and change of ion channels.

10.Expression of hemeoxygenase-1 and change of superoxide dismutase activity in perihematoma after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats
Journal of Clinical Neurology 1988;0(02):-
Objective To study the expression of hemeoxygenase-1 (HO-1) and change of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in perihematoma after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Methods The rats were randomly divided into sham operating group and intracerebral hemorrhage group.Rat ICH models were induced using stereotactic infusion autologous blood 50 ?l into the caudate nucleus. At the due time, the rats were killed and brain tissues were removed for detection of HO-1 and measurement of SOD by immunohistochemical and xanthine hydrocarbonylation methods. Results Following ICH, few HO-1 positive cells were observed in brain tissue perihemota at 6 h, peaked at 48 h ( P0.05), then decreased gradually and reached the minimum at 72 h ( P0.05). The change of SOD in brain tissue perihematoma was negatively correlated with the expression of HO-1 (r=-0.878, P
