1.Research status of superparamagnetic iron oxide MR contrast agent: Marking features, safety and limitation

BACKGROUND: Superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) contrast agent has been extensively explore in tracing imaging following stem cell transplantation, arabinogalactan cell membrane receptor targeted imaging, as well as liposome-coated SPIO. OBJECTIVE: To summarize the research state of liposome-coated SPIO. METHODS: A computer-based online search of CNKI and Science Direct (1998-01/2009-09) was performed to search the articles about liposome-coated SPIO with key words "SPIO, superparamagnetic iron oxide, liposome, MR contrast agent" in Chinese and English. Articles related to MR contrast agent, and published in recently or authorial journals of the same field were included. A total of 48 articles were collected, and 24 articles and 1 composition related to liposome-coated SPIO were reviewed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The incessant innovation in MR contrast agents can greatly improve the diagnosis of MRI. Due to the good performances, diagnostic value of SPIO in many diseases has surpassed previous MR contrast agents. Liposome-coated SPIO has the merits of low toxic side effect, and well targeting in specific tissues, thereby extensively being used in experimental studies and clinical application. With the development of functional imaging and molecular imaging, the use of liposome-coated SPIO must be more extensive.
2.Effect and mechanism of heme oxygenase-1 and its reaction products of heme degradation on liver diseases

Heme oxygenases (HO) are rate-limiting enzymes which degrade heme into carbon monoxide,biliverdin and free iron. HO-1 is the inducible form of HO. Induction and over-expression of HO-1 or inhibition of HO-1 degradation have been shown to interfere with replication of hepatitis B and C viruses,acute and chronic liver inflammation,and progression to fibrosis. HO-1 as well as its reaction products of heme degradation has been linked to cytoprotection by its anti-inflammatory,antioxidative and anti-apoptotic effects,displayed a broad range of protective effects against hepatic damage,and showed beneficial effects on ischemia-reperfusion injury,acute/chronic graft rejection and graft survival rate in liver transplantation. However,HO-1 has been found to be over-expressed in tumor cells. Inhibition of HO-1 expression can promote tumor cell apoptosis,decrease growth of HCC and reduce angiogenesis, suggesting that HO-1 is a potential target in the treatment of hepatic cancer. To validate the target property of HO-1,this review analyzed the effects and mechanism of action of HO-1 and its products in viral hepatitis,liver injury,hepatic fibrosis,liver transplantation and hepatocellular carcinoma. Given HO-1′s marked anti-viral,anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective properties,the inhibitory effect of its down-modulation on hepatic cancer and the strategy to target HO-1 may promise new areas in both drug development and clinical therapy of liver diseases.
3.Clinical significance of combined detection of RF,anti-CCP antibody,GPI and anti-RA3 3 antibody in rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To investigate the diagnostic significance of combined detection of rheumatoid factor (RF),anti-cyclic cit-rullinated antibody (anti-CCP antibody),glucose-6-phosphatase (GPI)and anti-RA33 antibody in rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Meth-ods One hundred and twenty-six patients with RA,60 patients with other autoimmune diseases and 60 healthy subjects undergoing physical examination were selected as the research subjects.The singled detection of RF,anti-CCP antibody,GPI and anti-RA33 an-tibody,and their combined detection were used to analyze their roles in RA diagnosis.Results Compared with the healthy control group,the four indexes in the RA group were increased,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),the RF level in the autoimmune diseases group was increased compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the the autoimmune diseases group,the four indexes in the RA group were increased,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of RF to RA were 77.77% and 63.33%;the sensitivity and specificity of anti-CCP antibody to RA were 69.04% and 95.00%;the sensitivity and specificity of GPI antibody to RA were 25.40% and 100.00%;the sensitivity and specificity of anti-RA33 antibody were 27.77% and 99.16%,respectively.The specificity of combined 2 indica-tors was increased from 63.33% to 85.00%,which of combined 3 indicators was increased to 93.33% and which of combined 4 in-dicators even reached to 100.00%.Conclusion The combination of RF,anti-CCP antibody,GPI and anti-RA33 antibody indicators greatly increases with the sensitivity and specificity for diagnosing RA and has clinical significance.
4.Comparison of umbilical single hole laparoscopic and traditional three holes laparoscopic surgery in ovarian cyst

Objective To compare the clinical effect of the umbilical single hole laparoscopic and traditional three holes laparoscopic surgery in ovarian cyst. Methods 90 patients with ovarian cyst surgery were selected, and ran-domly divided into observation group and control group with 45 patients in each group. The control group was given traditional three holes laparoscopic surgery, and the observation group received single hole laparoscopic surgery. Clinical effect, postoperative complications, ovarian function, aesthetic satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The differences of operative time, blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay between the two groups has no statistical difference ( > 0.05), the postoperative pain in 24 h, 72 h in the observa-tion group were significantly lower than that in control group, with significant difference ( < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups ( >0.05). The contents of FSH and LH in the two groups were significantly improved, and the content of E2 was significantly decreased af-ter postoperative 30 days, compared with the preoperative, and the difference were statistically significant ( <0.05). There was no significant difference in LH, FSH and E2 level in the two groups before operation ( >0.05), and there was no significant difference in the content of LH, FSH and E2 between the two groups ( > 0.05). The total satis-faction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Single hole laparoscopic surgery is adapted to the treatment of patients with ovari-an cyst on the basis of the same effect. Not only reduced the pain, but also improved the patients' satisfaction degree of the incision. It is worthy of clinical promotion.

AIM To determine whether the I Kr channel protein is altered and its response to dofetilide and verapamil in cardiac remodeling by L thy roxin. METHODS Saturation binding assays in guinea pig ventricular membrane preparation with 125 I dofetilide, a radioligand for the cardiac rapidly activating delayed outward rectifier channel (I Kr ) was conducted respectively in normal, hypertrophied, Verapamil or dofetilide intervened group. RESULTS Scatchard analysis revealed two binding sites with different affinities in normal guinea pig ventricle: a high affinity site [ K d=(1 27?0 11) nmol, B max =(34 67?3 23) nmol?g -1 ] and a low affinity site [ K d=(43 48?4 83) nmol, B max =(76 41?5 37) nmol?g -1 ] ( n =5), only the high affinity site was associated with the I Kr in guinea pig ventricle. The B max of high affinity site in the hypertrophied ventricle induced by L thyroxin was down regulated to (18 13?2 27) nmol?g -1 ( n =6). Verapamil was effective to up regulate the high affinity B max to (37 26?4 32) nmol?g -1 ( n =5) but dofetilide had hardly effect on it. CONCLUSION The I Kr channel protein in guinea pig ventricular membrane was down regulated in remodeling ventricle by chronic L thyroxin treatment and improved by verapamil.
7.Change of focal cerebral blood flow and role of intervention with Nimodipine after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats

Objective To explore the change of focal cerebral blood flow (rCBF) after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in rats and the role of intervention with Nimodipine.Methods 72 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: ICH group, Nimodipine treatment group and normal control group. The rat models of ICH were made by Nath modified method. The rats in Nimodipine group and in normal control group were received Nimodipine (1mg/kg) and same amount of normal saline intraperitoneally, retrospectively. 9.Clinical observation of low dose thyroxine combined with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with small dose thyroxine in the treatment of severe heart failure in the elderly. Methods 100 elderly patients with severe heart failure were selected as the research object (from January 2013 to December 2016). They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine treatment, including diuretic therapy, cardiac treatment, and anti heart failure treatment. The experimental group was treated with low-dose thyroxine combined with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide on this basis. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After the corresponding treatment, the number of invalid cases in the experimental group was 6 cases, 16 cases were effective, 28 cases were effective,and the total effective number was 44 cases. In the control group, the number of invalid cases was 15. The effective rate of the treatment group was 88.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 70%, which was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction, the level of four and three, and the level of serum thyroid stimulating hormone in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before treatment, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Small dose thyroxine combined with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide is effective in the treatment of severe heart failure in elderly patients, and can significantly improve the heart function of patients, and has the significance of further clinical promotion.

Objective Assaying HBV cccDNA in periphral blood lymphocyte and discuss its clinical significance.Methods Using lymphocyte isolating solution to isolate lymphocytes in the peripheral blood, and quantitative florescent realtime PCR was used to detect HBV cccDNA.Results 29 cases of 36 CAH patients was detected positive(80.56%),32 cases of 61 CPH patients was detected positive(52.46%) and 1 case of 59 ASC was detected positive(0.02%) respectively.All 47 healthy people specimen was found negative by the method.CAH group,CPH group and ASC & negative control group show significance statistically(P
