1.Current status and future about maintenance treatment of advanced colorectal cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2011;23(8):567-569
Through PubMed, CNKI and other databases to retrieve original documents about the maintenance treatment of advanced colorectal cancer, collect and analyzed research theory and progress in the maintenance treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. The clinical efficacy of maintenance therapy are evaluated and the patient's disease-free survival and quality of life are observed. The Result shows that the maintenance treatment can improve disease-free survival of advanced colorectal cancer patients, and the toxicity of maintenance treatment can still be tolerated. So the maintenance treatment of advanced colorectal cancer has better clinical efficacy, it is worth to study in the future.

Objective To explore the natural forgetters' episode memory and personality characteristics. Methods Situational Self-Awareness Scale(SSAS),Russell Loneliness Scale and Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory(ZTPI)are used upon 127 natural forgetters and subjects of control group.in which 90 subjects participate tions, natural forgetters performance worse than subjects of control group(t=1.76 one-tail,P<0.05),but subjects getters score lower in the SSAS and the future subscale of ZTPI(t1=1.73,P<0.05 one-tail;t 2=2.70,P<0.05),and tend to endorse in the present fatalistic subscale of ZTPI(t=2.19,P<0.05),but don't feel more lonely. Conclusion Natural forgetters episodic memory is selectively micro-injured under the enactment conditions, which is different from the aging impairment mode of selective source memory, and they have some special personality characteristics.

Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2016;51(1):86-89
Objective To investigate the interrelationship between Golgi phosphoprotein 3 ( GOLPH3 ) expression with vasculoar endothelial growth factor( VEGF) expression in the progression of human gastric cancer by detecting the expression level of GOLPH3 and VEGF. Methods Immunohistochemistry ( IHC) was used to detect the ex-pression of GOLPH3 and VEGF in 55 cases of gastric cancerous and carcinoma-adjacent tissues. Pearson correlation analysis was used to discuss the association between GOLPH3 expression with VEGF expression. Results The im-munohistochemical detection showed that the positive expression rates of GOLPH3 and VEGF were 67. 27%, 58. 18% respectively, which were significantly higher than the positive expression rates in carcinoma-adjacent tis-sues ( P<0. 05 ) . A statistical analysis revealed that the positive expression rate of GOLPH3 and VEGF in the gas-tric cancer tissues were strongly correlated with depth of invasion ( P<0. 05 ) , distant metastasis ( P<0. 01 ) and TNM stages (P<0. 01), whereas it did not significantly correlate with age or gender or size of tumor. Compared with the negative for the GOLPH3 expression, the VEGF expression in gastric cancer tissues positive for the GOL-PH3 expression was significantly higher. The protein level of GOLPH3 expression was positively correlated with VEGF expression (r=0. 508,P<0. 01). Conclusion GOLPH3 overexpression may regulate gastric angiogenesis by upregulating the expression of VEGF, which affects the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.

Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2015;42(5):646-649
Objective To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 7-ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin-10-palmitic acid ester(SN38-PA)and its active metabolite 7-ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin(SN38)in rat plasma. Methods The inter standard was 10-hydroxycamptothecin. The protein in plasma was precipitated with methanol after acidification with formic acid. SN38-PA and SN38 were separated on Agilent C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) with gradient elution by using the mobile phase of methanol-0.2% formic acid solution. The flow rate was 1 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 372 nm. The column temperature was maintained at 30℃. Results The linear ranges for SN38-PA and SN38 were 0.25-62.5(r=0.9998) and 0.05-12.5 μg/ml (r=0.9997) respectively. The limits of quantification were 0.18 and 0.04 μg/ml, respectively. The average relative recovery of SN38-PA and SN38 were 95.89% and 97.03%. The average absolutely recovery of SN38-PA and SN38 were 99.54% and 99.84%. The RSD for intra-day and inter-day were both less than 3%. Conclusion The method is fast, convenient, accurate and sensitive, so it can be used for determination of SN38-PA and SN38 in vivo.
6.Research and Design of Self-service Teaching Mode of Microbiological Experiments
Microbiology 1992;0(02):-
In order to improve the traditional teaching method of the experiments,a kind of teaching mode “self-service teaching mode of biochemical experiments” with the character of original and modern thought is created. In turn the virtual instruments and experiments-monitoring system are designed by utilizing the computer technology.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2006;4(3):180-182
Objective: To make a comparative observation on treating menopausal syndrome with auricular points sticking-pressure and acupuncture. Methods:The 86 cases were randomized into the group of auricular points sticking-pressure and acupuncture group, and then the comparative observation was made according to the modified Kupperman index. Results: The statistical analysis on the comparative observation showed there is no significant difference between the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Conclusion: Auricular points sticking-pressure and acupuncture are both effective for menopausal syndrome, and the auricular points sticking-pressure is worthy to spread with its easy operation.
