A 21-year-old male visited our clinic with an erythematous plaque studded with papulovesicules on the right thigh and calf which had been noticed at 3 months after birth. Moving the limb caused intermittent pain. He was diagnosed with lymphangioma circumscriptum which involved muscle layers after checking the skin biopsy and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Partial removal of mass resulted in relieving pain on motion.

Barraquer-Simons syndrome is a rare acquired lipodystrophy characterized by gradually symmetric subcutaneous fat loss in a craniocaudal distribution, often associated with hypocomplementemia and nephropathies. Facial cosmetic treatment in this disorder has not been fully described in the literature. We present a patient with Barraquer-Simons syndrome with emphasis on early cosmetic intervention with autologous fat grafting and its long-term efficacy. At the follow-up 37 months after the last fat grafting, preservation of the grafted fat was noted while lipodystrophy progressed in the trunk regions. Autologous fat grafting is suggested for the correction of facial dysmorphism in this type of lipodystrophy.

Bowenoid papulosis (BP) is largely a disease of young, sexually active adults, which presents with pink or flesh colored macular or papular lesions in the anogenital area. It has been established that various human papilloma virus (HPV) types are the causative agents of BP and of these, HPV-16, the oncogenic one, is the most common. The course of BP is variable, ranging from spontaneous regression to persistent of lesions to a transformation into squamous cell carcinoma. We report a case of Bowenoid papulosis in a 29-year-old, sexually active female whose anogenital area was covered with innumerable papular lesions extended to the lower extremities.
