Nephroblastoma is the most common tumor of childhood and accounts for 20.4% of all neoplasms in pediatric patients but, nephroblastoma in adult is very rare. A total of 167 cases have been reported in the World Medical Literature. A case of nephroblastoma in adult was presented with a brief review of the literature.
