Objective To assess the diagnostic value of spiral CT colonography(SCTC)with orally administered Mannitol as negative contrast in colorectal tumor. Methods 27 volunteers and 68 patients suspected of various kinds of colorectal diseases were examined.About 1500 ml isosmotic Mannitol as oral negative contrast agent was administered and then 20mg of Raceanisodamine hydrochloride was injected intramuscularly, three phase enhanced spiral CT scanning was performed 5 to 10 minutes later.imaging data were post-processed with multiplanar reformation(MPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP).All normal colorectal were correctly subarea and were measured intestinal wall thickness and maximum outer diameters, the CT values of bowel wall in different phases were measured either, the bowel with tumor as control, and the results were statistically calculated.SCTC was classifield into three Grades according to the effect of intestinal preparation.CT data of 61 cases colorectal tumors identified by pathology were retrospective analysed. Results SCTC was successfully done in all objects, the SCTC grading included Grade 1 in 52 cases,Grade 2 in 39 cases and Grade 3 in 4 cases. The total rate of satisfaction towards examinantion was 95.8%.The lesions in 60/61 cases were demonstrated clearly by SCTC,among them, there were carcinoma in 30,lyphoma in 8,abscess in 8,polyps in 8,metastases in 4 and carcinoid in 3.One case with polyp(less than 5 mm)was missed. The sensitivity and specificity of SCTC in diagnosing colorectal lesions were 98.36% and 78.9% respectively.27 cases with colorectal carcinoma were correctly staged in Duke and the accuracy was 90%.Conclusion SCTC is a simple, rapid, noninvasive and effective method for evaluating colorectal tumor.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of modified PPH combined with partial internal anal sphincterotomy in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids. Methods Patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids were divided into two groups by a completely randomized controlled method.54 patients in the experimental group were treated with modified PPH combined with partial internal anal sphincterotomy, while 51 patients in the control group were treated with conventional PPH.The postoperative indicators, perioperative and long-term complication rates of the two groups were compared, and the clinical efficacy and safety were observed. Results The operation time in the experimental group was(48.35±4.37)minutes,which was higher than that in the control group(36.42 ±6.21)minutes(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative anastomotic stenosis in the experimental group was 1.9%,lower than 15.6% in the control group(P<0.05).Anal pain, urinary retention, first defecation time,long-term anal distention, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The hospitalization time in the experimental group(4.8±0.62)days was not significantly different from that in the control group(5.1±0.54)days(P>0.05).The amount of intraoperative bleeding and anastomotic bleeding in the experimental group[(17.28±2.22)ml,3.7%]were not significantly different from those in the control group[(16.75± 2.13)ml,3.9%](P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional PPH,the modified PPH combined with partial internal anal sphincterotomy slightly increases the operation time, but does not increase the risk of anastomotic bleeding, the incidence of rectal fistula, the amount of surgical bleeding, and the length of hospital stay.It can significantly improve postoperative anal pain, urinary retention,long-term distention symptoms, shorten the time of first defecation, ease the difficulty of defecation, and significantly reduce postoperative anastomotic stenosis,The long-term efficacy and safety are good.

Objective:
To explore experience of wound treatment of extremely severe mass burn patients involved in August 2nd Kunshan factory aluminum dust explosion accident.
Methods:
On August 2nd, 2014, 98 extremely severe burn mass patients involved in August 2nd Kunshan factory aluminum dust explosion accident were admitted to 20 hospitals in China. The patients with complete medical record were enrolled in the study and divided into microskin graft group with 56 patients and Meek skin graft group with 42 patients. Split-thickness skin in area of residual skin were resected to repair wounds of patients in microskin graft group and Meek skin graft group by microskin grafting and Meek miniature skin grafting, respectively. The residual wound size on 28 days post injury and wound infection after skin grafting of patients in the two groups, and position of donor site of all patients were retrospectively analyzed. Data were processed with

OBJECTIVETo investigate the epidemiological characteristics of lymphoma in Jiangsu province.
METHODSA total of 5 147 consecutive lymphoma samples collected from 18 hospitals in Jiangsu province from January 2007 to December 2013 and diagnosed according to the WHO classification were enrolled in this study. Basic epidemiological information including age, gender and lymphoma subtypes was analyzed.
RESULTSThe median age of all lymphoma cases was 59(2-96) years, and gender ratio (M/F) was 1.6:1. The subtypes distribution analysis revealed that Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) accounted for 5.19% (n=241), whereas non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) accounted for 94.81% (n=4 400). Further analysis displayed B-NHL formed 75.44% (n=3 501) of all cases and T/NK-NHL 16.51% (n=766), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and NK/T-cell lymphoma were the major subtypes of B-NHL and T/NK-NHL (53.50%, 1 873/3 501 and 31.85%, 244/766), respectively.
CONCLUSIONUnique epidemiological characteristics of lymphoma in Jiangsu province was different from other regions in China and western country, which can provide strong theoretical basis for public health, clinical and basic research.
