Objective To provide rationales for preventing and treating dyslipidemia by understanding the current status of lipids and related metabolic factors.Methods A total of 2 590 permanent residents aged ≥ 18 years were selected by random cluster sampling from three urbanized communities of Sijiqing Street.And the rate of abnormal lipid metabolism was calculated for different ages and genders.Spearman's correlation analyses were conducted for the levels of total cholesterol (TC),total triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C),body mass index (BMI),waist circumference (WC),systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP),fasting plasma glucose (FPG),glycated hemoglobin (HbA 1 c) and uric acid (UA) levels.Both x2 test and logisic regression were employed to examine the correlations between dyslipidemia and overweight/obesity,hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia.Results ① The total rate of abnormal lipid metabolism was 60.0％ (1 554/2 590) with a standardized rate of 57.2％.High TC rate was 42.9％ (1 111/2 590) with a standardized rate of 40.5％.And the edge incremental rate was 31.7％ (822/ 2 590),the standardized rate 30.5％,the incremental rate 11.2％ (289/2 590) and the standardized rate 10.0％.High TG rate was 33.0％ (855/2 590) with a standardized rate of 30.7％.And the edge incremental rate was 15.3％ (397/2 590),the standardized rate 14.3％,the incremental rate 17.7％ (458/2 590) and the standardized rate 16.4％.High LDL-C rate was 30.4％ (787/2 590) with a standardized rate of 28.4％.And the edge incremental rate was 22.9％ (594/2 590),the standardized rate 21.7％,the incremental rate 7.5％ (193/2 590) and the standardized rate 6.7％.Low HDL-C rate was 12.6％ (327/2 590) with a standardized rate of 12.8％.The rates of high TC,high TG,high LDL-C,low HDL-C and abnormal lipid metabolism among gender showed no statistically significant difference (P ＞ 0.05);② For both males & females,high TC rate,high TG rate,high LDL-C rate and total rate of abnormal lipid metabolism increased with age (P ＜ 0.01) while low HDL-C rate did not change with age (P ＞ 0.05);③Spearman's correlation analysis showed that the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were positively correlated with BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,FBG,HbA1C and UA (all P ＜0.01) while the level of HDL-C had negative correlations with BMI,WC,SBP,DBP,FBG,HbA1 c,and UA (all P ＜ 0.05);④The total rate of abnormal lipid metabolism and various types of abnormal lipid metabolism increased with a rising level of BMI in the upward trend (trend test P ＜ 0.01),various types of abnormal lipid metabolism rate between different groups (elevated & non-elevated) of blood pressure,glucose and uric acid also were statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05);⑤ Non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that,after adjusting for age and gender,overweight or obesity and hypertension were risk factors of high TC and high LDL-C;overweight or obesity,hyperuricemia was a risk factor for low HDL-C;overweight or obesity,hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia were risk factors for high TG and total abnormal blood lipid.Conclusions Urbanized community groups have a high rate of dyslipidemia.And abnormal lipid metabolism is affected by overweight or obesity,hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia.The target population should be regularly monitored and comprehensively controlled.

Objective:To explore the influence on inflammation cytokines for anti-IL-1βand TNF-αIgY intranasal treatment in guinea pigs with allergic rhinitis.Methods:The allergic rhinitis model in guinea pigs was established using ovalbumin(OVA).Hartley guinea pigs were randomly divided into the control group(group C,n=17),the allergic rhinitis model group(group M,n=27),the 0.1%anti-IL-1βand TNF-αIgY treatment group(group Z1,n=21)and the fluticasone propionate treatment group(group Z2,n=21). At 2 h,4 h and 8 h after the last treatment,blood was got by heart puncture,as well as nose was lavaged using 0.9% saline and the nasal lavage fluid( NLF) was collected.The level of cytokines was examined using ELISA kits.Results: In the peripheral blood, the levels of IL-1β,IL-5,IL-9,IL-13,IL-18,IL-33 and TGF-β1 from 2 h to 8 h;TNF-αand OVA-specific IgE from 2 h to 4 h;and IL-22 from 4 h to 8 h were significantly decreased in the 0.1%anti-IL-1βand TNF-αIgY treatment group compared with the allergic rhinitis model group(P<0.05).In the NLF,the levels of IL-1β,IL-5,IL-9,IL-13,IL-22,IL-33,TNF-α,TGF-β1 and OVA-specific IgE from 2 h to 8 h;and IL-18 at 2 h were significantly decreased in the 0.1% anti-IL-1βand TNF-αIgY treatment group compared with the allergic rhinitis model group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion: Anti-IL-1βand TNF-αIgY intranasal treatment can significantly reduce inflammation cytokine levels in allergic rhinitis guinea pigs.

Objective:To observe the effect of low-expression or over-expression of NUP88 gene on the proliferation and invasion ability of breast cancer cell line BT-20.Methods: NUP88 recombinant adenovirus expression vector and NUP88 RNAi adenovirus vector were transfected into breast cancer BT-20 cells to obtain BT-20 cells over-expressing NUP88 and BT-20 cells lower-expressing NUP88 and then detected the expression of NUP88 mRNA and NUP88 protein.After that,the apoptosis of BT-20 cells was detected by flow cytometry and the invasion and metastasis of BT-20 cells were detected by Transwell invasion assay.The expression of apoptosis protein and invasion and metastasis proteins were detected by Western blot.Results: BT-20 cell with the over expression levels of NUP88 mRNA and NUP88 protein and BT-20 cell with the low expression levels of NUP88 mRNA and NUP88 protein were structured.The over-expression of NUP88 gene led to proliferation rate and the number of invasive cells were significantly higher than BT-20 cells,apoptosis cells were significantly lower than BT-20 cells(P<0.05).However,the low-expression of NUP88 gene led to proliferation rate and the number of invasive cells were significantly lower than BT-20 cells,apoptosis cells was significantly higher than BT-20 cells(P<0.05).The over-expression of NUP88 gene led to Bcl-2 and β-catenin level were significantly higher than that of BT-20 cells,and Bax and E-cadherin level were significantly lower than that of BT-20 cells(P<0.05).However,the low-expression of NUP88 gene led to Bcl-2 and β-catenin level were significantly lower than that of BT-20 cells,and Bax and E-cadherin level were significantly higher than that of BT-20 cells(P<0.05).Conclusion: NUP88 gene regulates the proliferation and invasion and migration ability of breast cancer cells by regulating the expression of Bax,Bcl-2,E-cadherin and β-catenin.It has an important significance in the target treatment of breast cancer.

Objective: The metaanalysis aims to estimate the prevalence of suicide plan among college students in mainland China, and to provide more clues and reference for control and prevention of suicide. Methods: The relevant studies were systematically searched via electronic databases (PubMed，Embase，CNKI，Wan Fang Data，VIP). We only selected original articles that either reported on Chinese retrieval words of "college students" "undergraduate" "university" "college" "colleges and universities" "suicide plans" "detection rate" "prevalence" "report rate", and the English retrieval words of "undergraduate" "college" "university" "suicide" "suicidality" "suicide plans" "suicidal plans suicide intending" "prevalence" "report rate" "detection rate" "China" "Chinese". And Stata 12.0 software was used to make a metaanalysis of the data. Results: A total of 18 eligible studies, with 47 071 college students, were finally included. The maximum and minimum reported prevalence of suicidal plan among college students in China mainland was 4.4%(95%CI: 3.4%-5.4%).Subgroup analyses showed that the pooled estimate of suicidal plan of boys(5.4%) was higher than girls’(4.2%); The prevalence among college students from earth, middle and west areas were 5.1%，2.7%，4.5%, respectively; The prevalence among college students in 2010 and after (4.4%)was higher than that before 2010(4.3%), The prevalence among college students of life time suicide plan (4.9%)was higher than that during the past 12 months(4.0%), but there was no statistical significance in the subgroup(P>0.05) . Sensitivity analysis suggested that the results of metaanalysis were relatively stable, while funnel plot analysis suggested that publication bias might exist. Conclusion Prevalence of suicidal plans among college students in mainland China is respectively low, and there was no statistical significance in gender, region, the period of time and simple size.

Objective To investigate the effect of heat stress on the expression of Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) and peripheral blood T regulatory cells (Treg) in splenic cells of rats.Methods Senventy-two SD rats were divided into 20 ℃ control group and 37 ℃ group.Each group was divided into non stimulation,bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation and concanavin A (Con-A) stimulation subgroup.Each subgroup had 1,12,48 h and 168 h observation points,and flow cytometry was used to determine the level of TLR4 and Treg.Results The TLR4+ immunocompetent cells in the spleen was decreased from 1 h to 168 h in every subgroup of the 37 ℃ group compared to the 20 ℃ control group (P＜0.05).The level of CD4+CD25+ Treg in the peripheral blood in rats from 1 to 48 h was significantly decreased (P＜0.05) and slightly increased at 168 h in LPS stimulation subgroup in the 37 ℃ group compared to the 20 ℃ control group.The level of CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ Treg in the peripheral blood in rats at 12 h were significantly increased in non-stimulation and concanavalin A (Con-A) stimulation subgroups in the 37 ℃group,and were significantly decreased at 168 h in every subgroup of the 37 ℃ group compared with 20 ℃ control group (P＜0.05).The level of CD8+CD25+ Treg in the peripheral blood in rats was significantly increased at 1 h and 168 h in the 37 ℃ hot and humid group in the every subgroup whencompared with the 20 ℃ control group (P＜0.05).The level of CD8+ CD25+Foxp3+ Treg in the peripheral blood in rats was significantly decreased at 1 h and 48 h in the every subgroup,and was significantly increased at 12 h and 168 h in the non-stimulation and LPS stimulation subgroups in the 37 ℃ group compared to the 20 ℃ control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion High temperature and damp heat can destroy the innate immunity and alter the functional state of adaptive immunity in rats.

Objective To investigate and analyze the application of narcotic drugs in the our hospital from 2011 to 2013, in order to provide references for rational use of narcotic drugs in clinical practice. Methods The application da-ta of narcotic drugs in our hospital from 2011 to 2013 were collected and analyzed from the hospital information sys-tem, adverse reactions of narcotic drugs were collected from clinical pharmacy support. Results The consumption sum of narcotic drugs increased year by year. Pethidine injection and tablet consumption were the largest, morphine agents consumption were relatively stable, fentanyl and remifentanil consumption also increased year by year, narcotic drugs had different adverse reactions. Conclusion With the implementation of“three-step ladder for cancer pain” and estab-lishment of“good pain management ward”, the utilization of narcotic drugs in our hospital will be more reasonable.

Objective:To investigate and compare the therapeutic effect of Foley catheter balloon dilation and the traditional open reduction in the treatment of intussusception in children.Methods:A total of 68 children with intussusception treated by Foley catheter balloon dilatation by laparoscopic surgery or traditional open reduction in Department of Pediatric Surgery, the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University from August 2015 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them, there were 32 cases in the Foley catheter group and 36 cases in the traditional laparotomy group.Foley catheter group were treated with laparoscopic Foley catheter balloon dilatation, while the traditional open group were treated with traditional open surgery which was performed with finger dilatation.The results of surgical treatment, postoperative recovery, short-term complications, patient satisfaction and long-term complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Among the indexes of surgical treatment effect, the operation time[(0.4±1.1) h], intraoperative bleeding volume[(10.2±3.4) mL], incision size[(0.5±0.4) cm] and incidence of the rupture of intestine[6.3%(2/32 cases)] in the Foley catheter group were significantly lower than those in the traditional open group[(1.3±2.9) h, (40.5±2.1) mL, (5.1±0.7) cm, 30.6%(11/36 cases)], and the differences were statistically significant (all P< 0.05). Among the indexes of postoperative recovery and short-term complications, recovery time of gastrointestinal function[(1.2±3.1) d], length of hospital stay[(6.7±1.8) d], incidence of incision infection[9.4%(3/32 cases)]and incidence of incisional hernia(0) in the Foley catheter group were significantly lower than those in the traditional open group[(3.3±6.4) d, (7.3±0.9) d, 36.1%(13/36 cases), 16.7%(6/36 cases)], and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Among the indexes of family satisfaction and long-term complications, the score of family satisfaction in the Foley catheter group [(8.7±1.2) scores]was significantly higher than that in the traditional open group[(6.6±3.1) scores], and the incidence of adhesive intestinal obst-ructionin the Foley catheter group (0)was significantly lower than that in the traditional open group[0 vs.19.4%(7/36例)], and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusions:Compared with traditional open reduction in the treatment of intussusception in children, Foley catheter balloon dilation has the advantages of short operation time, safe operation, low incidence of intestinal injury, less bleeding, and so on, and also has the advantages of small incision, fast recovery, short hospitalization time, high satisfaction of parents.In addition, the Foley catheter balloon dilation has a lower incidence of incisional infection, incisional hernia, postoperative intestinal adhesion and other complications.

Objective: To investigate the effects of exogenous interleukin (IL)-35 on the balance of helper T cell 17 (Th17) and regulatory T cell (Treg) in peripheral blood of patients with oral lichen planus (OLP). Methods: Totally 12 peripheral blood samples of OLP patients (OLP group, one male and 11 female, 26-68 years old; four cases of reticular OLP and eight cases of erosive OLP) were collected from patients of Department of Oral Mucosal Specialist of the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from October to December 2016. During the same period, thirteen normal peripheral blood samples were collected from the Physical Examination Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University (normal control group, one male and 12 female, 20-68 years old). The peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were extracted in sterile condition and CD4+ T cells were sorted by flow cytometry (FCM). Quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) technique was used to detect the mRNA expression levels of retinoid-related orphan nuclear γt (RORγt) and forkhead box3 (Foxp3). The CD4+ T cells were divided into experimental group and control group. The CD4+ T cells of experimental group were cultured in vitro by adding rhIL-35, and the CD4+ T cells of control group were cultured with the same volume of phosphate buffered saline (PBS). After the completion of the culture, the cells were collected. The expression levels of the same factors were detected by qPCR. Results: The expression [M(Q₂₅, Q₇₅)] of Foxp3 [0.15 (0.09, 0.30)] and RORγt mRNA [1.04 (0.45, 2.15)] in the CD4+ T cells of OLP were significantly higher than those in normal control group [0.04 (0.02, 0.06), 0.10 (0.05, 0.11)] (Z=-4.134, P<0.01; Z=-3.699, P<0.01). The ratio of ROR γt/Foxp3 mRNA in OLP group [6.22(3.67, 15.34)] was higher than that in normal control group [2.50 (1.24, 5.23)] (Z=-2.665, P=0.007). In the CD4+ T cells of OLP patients, the expression of Foxp3 mRNA in the experiment group [0.40 (0.21, 1.22)] was higher than that in the control group [0.15 (0.11, 0.26)](Z=-2.510, P=0.012), and the expression of ROR γt mRNA between two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05). The ROR γt/Foxp3 mRNA ratio [3.44 (1.55, 8.16)] of the experiment group was lower than that in the control group [6.22 (4.43, 12.21)] (Z=-2.746, P=0.006). Conclusions There was a Th17/Treg imbalance with predominated by Th17 cells in the peripheral blood of patients with OLP. Exogenous rhIL-35 had an immunomodulatory effect on the balance of Th17/Treg.

Objective: To understand the dyslipidemia rate and trend of blood lipid level in an urban community in Hangzhou. Methods: A total of 1 485 urban community residents aged 24 years or older who had participated in health checkup over 6 years, from 2011-2016, were selected by random cluster sampling. Fasting blood Triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels were measured in all subjects. A χ² test was used to analyze the dyslipidemia rate trend, and an ANOVA of repeated measurement was conducted to observe the blood lipid level changes. Results: From 2011 to 2016, the total abnormal rates of blood lipids in 1 485 residents were 33.2% (493/1 485), 30.5% (453/1 485), 30.4% (452/1 485), 26.5% (394/1 485), 26.3% (391/1 485), and 25.1% (373/1 485), respectively, which showed a declining trend year-by-year (χ²=36.051, P<0.01). Among these results, however, the high TG rate did not significantly differ from year-to-year (χ²=10.081, P>0.05). The TG, TC, LDL-C, and HDL-C levels statistically differed over the 6 years (F=4.876, 33.033, 170.254, 58.442, respectively, all P<0.01). LDL-C was the highest in 2011 [(3.02±0.29) mmol/L] and the lowest in 2016 [(2.72±0.71) mmol/L], while HDL-C was the highest in 2016 (1.44±0.33 mmol/L) and the lowest in 2011 [(1.35±0.30) mmol/L]. Time-sex group interaction effect analysis: TC and HDL-C levels showed different trends over time between men and women (F=2.556, 4.982, respectively, all P<0.05), and the TC level in the male group was significantly lower than in the female group, since 2012. Interaction effect of time age group: TC and LDL-C levels showed different trends between age groups over time, and the declining trend of TC and LDL-C in the elderly group was more significant than in the young or middle age group (F=10.328, 3.085, respectively, all P<0.01). Conclusions The community population showed an overall improvement in blood lipid levels; however, there was no significant improvement in high TG levels. It is necessary to continue monitoring blood lipid levels in the community, especially to strengthen the prevention and control of high TG levels.
