Toxoplasma gondii infection during pregnancy can result in abortion, premature delivery, fetal death, deformity, and impact the physical and intellectual development of the newborns. This is an investigation on the consequences of pregnancy in Toxoplasma gondii-infected women, the development of their babies, and the effect of pyrimethamine treatment during 1990-1996 in Baoding City.

Objective To understand characteristics and research status of literatures related to surgical site infec-tion(SSI)in China. Methods Literatures about SSI published between January 2000 and March 2016 were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP database,Vanfang Database, and China Biology Medi-cine(CBM)database. Bibliometric method was adopted to analyze external and internal characteristics of literatures. Results A total of 1036 articles in Chinese were included,40(3.86% ),189(18.24% ),and 807(77.90% )were published in 2000-2005,2006-2010,and the first quarter of 2011-2016 respectively. Articles were mainly pub-lishedinChineseJournalofNosocomiology(n= 226,21.81% ),ChineseJournalofInfectionControl(n= 53, 5.12% ),andChineseJournalofDisinfection(n= 27,2.61% ). The research fields included risk factors(n= 277, 26.74% ),infection rates (n= 261,25.19% ),antimicrobial application (n= 208,20.08% ),and pathogens (n=153,14.77% );the infection rates were higher in general surgery and neurosurgery, the main pathogens were Esch-erichiacoli,Staphylococcusaureus,and Pseudomonasaeruginosa, risk factors mainly included the types of incision, duration of surgery, diabetes, age, and body mass index. Conclusion In recent years, articles about SSI research in-creases significantly, research in etiology and epidemiology has gained substantial achievement, but in the interven-tion and economics is still weak, suggesting that SSI research in economics, risk management, and behavioral aspects should be strengthened.

OBJECTIVE:To study the inhibitory effects of recombinant adenovirus Ad-GFP-C197, which prepared by adenovirus vector system-loading human telomerase reverse transcriptase(hTERT)C fragment(C197),on the proliferation of 3 kinds of tumor cells in vitro. METHODS:Ad-GFP-C197 was amplified and purified with HEK293 cells. Human gastric cancer cells SGC7901,human breast cancer cells MCF7 and human colorectal cancer cells CaCO2 were infected by Ad-GFP-C197 respectively. Using blank adenovirus carrier (Ad-GFP) as reference, the protein expression of C197 in 3 kinds of tumor cells infected by Ad-GFP-C197 was detected by Western blot assay. The inhibitory effects of Ad-GFP-C197 on 3 kinds of tumor cells were detected by MTT assay. The cell proliferation curve was drawn and the proliferation inhibition rate was calculated. RESULTS:The protein expression of C197 was not detected in 3 kinds of tumor cells infected by Ad-GFP,while significant protein expression of C197 was found in above cells infected by Ad-GFP-C197. The proliferation curves of the 3 kinds of tumor cells infected by Ad-GFP-C197 were significantly inhibited with the time extended, and the proliferation inhibitory rate reached 37.31%-41.42%. CONCLUSIONS:Ad-GFP-C197 shows significant inhibitory effects on the proliferation of SGC7901,MCF7 and CaCO2 cells, which is rapid to make up for the slow effect of other telomerase inhibitors.

Journal of China Pharmaceutical University 2020;51(4):467-473
2,6-dimethylbenzenamine was determined as a genotoxic impurity in lidocaine hydrochloride injection, and 2-chloro-N-(2,6- dimethylphenyl) acetamide was determined as potential genotoxic impurity. An LC-MS/MS method was established to research the profiling of genotoxic impurities in active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), homemade preparation and reference preparation on column Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(4.6 mm250 mm,5 μm). The results show that in the homemade preparation the 2,6-dimethylbenzenamine and the 2-chloro-N-(2,6-dimethylphenyl) acetamide may be degraded under oxidation condition and alkaline condition in addition to the introduction from API preparation process. This study provides guidance for genotoxic risk assessment and prescription process optimization of lidocaine hydrochloride.

Objective:To survey the influencing factors for depression based on path model analysis in late pregnant women, and to explore the interrelationships for depression. Methods:This cross-sectional study was conducted from January 2018 to March 2019.Antenatal women who came for a routine check-up at the antenatal clinic were invited to participate in the study.Collecting general information of pregnant women(including biological, psychological, social and other factors). The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) was used to evaluate the incidence of depression during pregnancy. The differences between depression group and non-depression group were compared by SPSS 24.0, and the path analysis model was conducted by AMOS 21.0 to explore the influencing factors and interrelations of depression during pregnancy. Results:A total of 1 059 pregnant women completed questionnaire. The incidence of depression depression in third trimester women was 11.1%(118/1 059). The path model fitting well with the sample data(GFI=0.912, AGFI=0.901, RFI=0.920, CFI=0.931, RMSEA=0.033). Anxiety, psychological preparation for the current pregnancy, and level of education had both direct and indirect effects on depression in third trimester women(the total effects of the three factors were 0.381, -0.140 and -0.156, respectively). Sleep quality and family member with whom the pregnant women living during pregnancy had only direct effects (the effects were 0.136 and 0.107, respectively). Residence, monthly income of family and social support had only an indirect influence on depression(the effects were 0.175, 0.103, and 0.102, respectively). Conclusion:Path model analysis suggests that the residence, monthly income of family, family member with whom the pregnant women living during pregnancy and educational level are not easy to change. It is suggested the incidence of depression is reduced by intervening the pregnancy anxiety, social support, sleep quality and the psychological preparation for pregnancy.
