Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of motor endplates in musculuslevatorani of dif-ferent gestational ages. Methods 20~24 weeks female fetuses were categorized as Group A, and 24~28 weeks female fetuses as group B. Karnovsky-Roots iron cyanide copper staining ( hematoxylin) was used to study the aver-age weight, the morphology, distribution and changes in number of motor end plate. Results The motor endplates morphology and distribution of consistent oval of 20 ~28 weeks female fetuses showed a curve distribution in the musculuslevatorani fibers foreign 1/3 . The weight and numbers of motor endplates in Group A were less than those of group B. Conclusion 20 ~28 weeks female fetuses' musculuslevatorani are visible on the motor end plates, and no significant difference is found in morphology and distribution of the curve along the muscle fibers. The num-ber of motor endplates increases with the increase of anal muscle weight mentioned.

Objective To compare the imaging of 99 Tcm‐MNLS and 99 Tcm‐HL91 for the hypoxic assessment in the tumor af‐ter radiotherapy .Methods Twenty four Kunming mice models bearing H22 liver cancer xenografts which tumor were treated ra‐diotherapy for 25 Gy were divided into 99 Tcm‐MNLS instant group ,99 Tcm‐MNLS 48 h group ,99 Tcm‐HL91 instant group ,99 Tcm‐HL91 48 h group and injected the matching 99 Tcm‐MNLS or 99 Tcm‐HL91 to image .The technique of ROI was adopted to calculated the T/NT on the image .Immunohistochemical stain methods were used to evaluate the level of HIF‐1αabout tumors after imaging . Two sample t test was performed .Results The T/NT and the HIF‐1α level about instant (3 .36 ± 0 .20 ,88 .55% ± 0 .83% )were higher than and 48 h (2 .25 ± 0 .43 ,22 .75% ± 3 .35% )in 99 Tcm‐MNLS group(P<0 .05) ,then in 99 Tcm‐HL91 group the T/NT and the HIF‐1αlevel about instant (3 .23 ± 0 .90 ,90 .55% ± 2 .61% )were higher than 48 h (2 .79 ± 0 .85 ,25 .88% ± 3 .76% )(P<0 .05) .The difference of T/NT ,HIF‐1αlevel about instant in 99 Tcm‐MNLS group and 99 Tcm‐HL91 group were no significant(P>0 .05)and the same to the T/NT ,HIF‐1αlevel about 48h in 99 Tcm‐MNLS group and 99 Tcm‐HL91 group(P>0 .05) .Conclusion 99 Tcm‐MNLS hypoxia imaging could provide the change of hypoxia comparable to 99 Tcm‐HL91 ,and the two radiopharmaceutical could both show high accuracy rate in evaluating the hypoxia in the tumor .

Objective To investigate the radiosensitization effect of the simultaneous silence of bcl-2 and XIAP on human head and neck cancer cell line in vitro.Methods Four groups of UMSCC12 cells were transfected with siRNA-bcl-2,siRNA-XIAP,siRNA-bcl-2 plus siRNA XIAP,and siRNA control,respectively.The silence efficiency was tested by Western blot assay. Apoptosis was evaluated with the activities of caspase-3 and caspase-9,and radiosensitization effect was evaluated with clonogenic assay.Results Bcl-2 and XIAP protein expressions were effectively eliminated in the cells simultaneously transfected with siRNA-bcl-2 and siRNA-XIAP.Transfection of cells with bcl-2 siRNA increased radiationinduced apoptosis ( t =5.32,6.27 ; P ＜ 0.05 ),but transfection with XIAP siRNA did not impact cell apoptosis.Since the simultaneous transfection of the above two siRNAs,the activities of caspase-3 and caspase-9 were increased by 1.36 and 1.34 times ( t =11.47,6.22 ; P ＜ 0.05 ) in nonirradiated cells and increased by 1.72 and 1.98 times ( t =12.02,20.14; P ＜ 0.05 ) in irradiated cells,respectively.The colonic assay showed that the SERs were 1.06,1.15 and 1.41 for the cells transfected with XIAP siRNA,bcl-2 siRNA and both siRNAs,respectively.Conclusions Compared to single silence of XIAP or bcl-2,simultaneous silence of XIAP and bcl-2 offers a potential approach to improving the radiosensitivity of the head and neck cancer cells,and apoptosis might contribute to the enhancement of radiosensitization.

We built rats model of endometriosis applying autologus endometrial transplants to compare the graft vol-ume of the modeling rats before and after dosing,serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)levels in rats,and the expressions of vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF)in ectopic endometrium.To compare with the control group,the graft volume of DingKunDan group was reduced and the serum TNF-αlevel declined ,and also the ex-pression of VEGF in ectopic endometrium was reduced.Their differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). DingKunDan can inhibit the growth of ectopic endometrium in endometrosis model rats.The mechanism may be re-lated to the decrease of the serum TNF-αlevel and the VEGF expression.

Purpose To investigate the expression of estrogen receptor ( ER) and progesterone receptor ( PR) in endometrial tissue in patients with intrauterine adhesion ( IUA) and their clinical significance. Methods Two experimental methods, immunohistochemical MaxVision two step method and real-time fluorescencequantitative PCR ( qRT-PCR) , were used for detection of ER and PR in endome-trial tissue both in group IUA ( study group) and non IUA group ( control group) . Results MaxVision immunohistochemical method showed that ER protein expression in the study group (3. 52 ± 0. 71) was significantly higher than that (2. 75 ± 1. 00) in the control group (P=0. 01), ER mRNA expression by qRT-PCR was also significantly higher in the study group (1. 59 ± 0. 26) than that (1. 00 ± 0. 19) in the control group (P=0. 00). The immunohistochemical detection of showed that PR protein expression in the study group (3.26 ±0.70) had no significant different from that (3.58 ±0.28) in the control group (P=0.12), qRT-PCR also showed that ER mRNA in the study group (1.15 ±0.21) had no significantly different from that (1.00 ±0.31) in the control group (P=0. 21 ) . Immunohistochemical expression of ER and PR proteins showed a significant difference between the endometrial glands and en-dometrial stroma (χ2 =5. 797, P=0. 016,χ2 =4. 857, P=0. 027). Conclusion The expression of ER in endometrial tissue in the study group is higher than that in the control group, but the expression of PR has no different between the two groups, ER and PR pro-teins expression are higher in endometrial glands than that in endometrial stroma. These provide a theoretical reference for clinical use of estrogen and progesterone to IUA patients.

Objective To compare the effect of silica-extraction method and Silico membrane based method in DNA purification from bones and teeth.Methods DNA samples were purified respectively with the silica-extraction method and MinElute PCR Purification kit from 6 bones and 8 teeth,then tested STR types by GlobalFiler? kits. And evaluated the two methods with the success rate and the peak height. Results Both of the two purification methods can successfully obtain the STR markers of the 14 samples. And there was no statistical difference between the two methods in the average peak height from bones and teeth. Conclusion The Silico membrane based method which have more advantages in operation is an efficient method to purify DNA from bones and teeth, and there is no significant difference compared with the silica-extraction method. But the cost is higher. It can be selectively used in forensic practice.

To clarify the meaning, role and significance of the new idea of the modern basic theory of traditional chinese medicine, We clarified its origin and evolution starting from the basic concept of idea in this paper, re-vealed the basic connotation and relationship of ideas, scientific ideas, Chinese medicine ideas, and the new ideas of the modern basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and tried to give proper definitions; summarized three roles of scientific ideas. According to this basis, we demonstrated the new idea is the scientific ideas with core spirit run-ning through rational questioning, scientific testing, research and conclusion being accepted three-point line cen-tral interlocking; and have three roles changing the theory of traditional chinese medicine, guiding the innovative research on chinese medicine and elevating the scholars' thoughts. We proposed yin and yang to refer to the hypothesis of body's physiology and pathology and prevention and treatment effects, given an empirical analysis a feasible way of medicine and philosophy separation and yin and yang turning to medicine; displayed the guidance of new idea and to show the scientific connotation and scientific value of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of monitoring the tumor's hypoxic changes by 99Tcm-2-(2-methyl-5-nitro-1H-imidazol-1-yl) ethyl eihydrogen phosphate (MNLS) imaging after radiotherapy.Methods (1) H22 cells were cultured and mice model with liver cancer xenografte was made.The mice were imaged at 0.5,1,2,3,4,6 and 8 h (six mice in each group) after injected with 7.4 MBq 99TcmMNLS when the tumor size reach about 1 cm.Then the mice were sacrificed.The T/NT and ％ID/g of each time point was calculated.(2) The liver cancer bearing mice of radiotherapy group (25 Gy) and control group were imaged at 0,24,48 h,and then the technique of ROI was adopted to calculate the T/NT at each time point in the two groups.Immunohistochemical stain method was used to evaluate the expression level of HIF-1α in liver cancer.(3) One-way analysis of variance,the least significant difference t test,two-sample t test and Spearman correlation analysis were performed.Results (1) The uptake of 99TcmMNLS in the liver cancer bearing mice was significant at 2 h after injection and the ％ID/g was the highest.99Tcm-MNLS was excreted mainly through kidneys.(2) The T/NT and HIF-1α expression level in radiotherapy group at 24 h (2.65±0.27,(50.62±3.78)％) were lower than those at the instant (3.35±0.19,(85.32±0.94)％,t=5.640,6.701,both P＜0.05),but higher than those at 48 h (2.23±0.52,(21.69±0.75)％,t=7.674,4.911,both P＜0.05).The T/NT and HIF-1α expression in the radiotherapy group were significantly higher than those in the control group at the instant (2.74 ± 0.29,(28.26 ± 1.70) ％,t =4.235,3.473,both P＜0.05) but lower at 48 h (3.15±0.88,(67.64±3.55) ％,t =7.902,3.258,both P＜0.05).However,no significant difference was observed at 24 h between radiotherapy group and the control group (2.98±0.16,(58.45±0.98) ％,t =0.525,2.043,both P＞0.05).The change of T/NT closely correlated with the expression of HIF-1α in both the radiotherapy group and control group(r,=0.793,0.756,both P＜0.05).Conclusion 99Tcm-MNLS hypoxia imaging has potential to monitor changes of hypoxia in tumor after radiotherapy.

Objective To analyze of the relationship between level of anxiety and depression before surgery and anus exhausting time for patients after gynecological abdominal surgery.Methods A descriptive study was conducted with a survey of 100 cases of patients with gynecological abdominal surgery where the level of anxiety and depression before surgery and post-anus exhausting time were analyzed to explore the correlation between them.Results In the 88 valid questionnaires,the incidences of stress and anxiety before surgery were respectively 38.64％(34/84) and 19.32％(17/88) and the average anus exhausting time after surgery was (44.55 ± 13.90) hours;the anus exhausting time of anxious patients was significantly longer than that of non-anxious patients [(48.35±12.84) hours vs.(42.50±14.13) hours,t=-2.12,P＜0.05] and bivariate Logistic regression analysis suggested that preoperative level of anxiety had a significant effect on anus exhausting time after surgery.Conclusions Stress,anxiety and other negative emotions can affect anus exhausting time after surgery and level of anxiety could be used as one predictor of the delay of anus exhausting time after surgery.

Objective To investigate the expression of kai1 and nm23 mRNA in esophageal carcinoma, and to explore the clinicopathological significance of kail and nm23 mRNA in the progression of esophageal carcinoma. Methods To detect mRNA expression of kai1 and nm23 in 46 cases of esophageal carcinoma and 34 cases normal esophageal tissues closely adjacent to carcinoma by in situ hybridization.Results The incidence of kai1 (91.3 %＞64.7 %, χ2 =8.65, P =0.003) and nm23 (43.5 %＞5.9 %, χ2=13.86,P ＜0.001) in esophageal carcinoma was significantly higher than in normal esophageal tissues . The expression of nm23 was correlated with the pathological stages (r =-0.379, P =0.009) and lymph node metastasis (χ2 =6.47, P =0.011). The expression of mRNA had positive correlation between kai1and nm23 in esophageal carcinoma (r =0.298, P =0.007). Conclusion The expression of nm23 may play an important role in the occurrence, development and clinicopathological features of esophageal carcinoma. Combined detection of kai1 and nm23 may be helpful in further directing the clinical therapy of esophageal carcinoma.
