Objective:
To provide data support for AIDS prevention and control by investigating HIV testing among technician school students in Guangzhou.
Methods:
A total of 1 112 students were investigated with a questionnaire about AIDS knowledge, attitude, sexual behavior and HIV testing through a stratified cluster random sampling method in October 2018. A Logistic regression analysis was conducted for influencing factors of students’ HIV testing.
Results:
The HIV testing rate of technician school student was 10.3%. The HIV testing rate (12.1%-24.3%) of male, under 18 years of age, with monthly living expenses over 3 000 yuan and with poor family atmosphere was higher than that of the corresponding group (6.6%-8.4%), the difference were statistically significant (χ2=12.07,7.25,10.73,9.77, P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that <18 years of age, willingness to participate in relevant AIDS prevention activities, homosexuality, “support for multiple sexual partners” and having sexual behavior were associated with more HIV testing(P<0.05).
Conclusion
The incidence of sexual behavior of students in technician school is high while the rate of HIV testing is low, especially for male and male homosexuals. The health and education departments should strengthen students’ AIDS counseling and testing services and raise students’ awareness of AIDS risk in order to improve the coverage of students’ HIV testing.

Objective To explore the feasibility and efficacy of endoscopic balloon dilation in treatment of esophageal stenosis caused by operation of congenital esophageal atresia. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on data of 218 children with type Ⅲ esophageal atresia, who underwent surgery in Zhengzhou Children' s Hospital from January 2009 to December 2017. The occurrence of postoperative complications and efficacy of endoscopic balloon dilation in treatment of esophageal stenosis was analyzed. Results Among the 218 patients with congenital esophageal atresia, 92 were type Ⅲa and 126 were type Ⅲb. Postoperative anastomotic leakage occurred in 46 cases (21. 1%), including 29 (31. 5%) of type Ⅲa and 17 (13. 5%) of type Ⅲb. Postoperative anastomotic stenosis occurred in 53 cases (24. 3%), including 29 ( 31. 5%) of type Ⅲa and 24 ( 19. 0%) of typeⅢb. The incidence of anastomotic leakage and anastomotic stenosis in different types was significantly different (χ2=10. 383, P=0. 001; χ2=4. 497, P=0. 034). The 53 cases of anastomotic stenosis underwent 123 times of endoscopic balloon dilation, with mean time of 3. 5±1. 6, and were finally clinically recovery. No esophagus perforation occurred. Among them, 29 cases of type Ⅲa underwent 73 times with mean of 4. 0±1. 8, and 24 cases of type Ⅲb underwent 50 times with mean of 2. 5±0. 7. The difference between the two types was statistically significant (t=-4. 053, P=0. 027). Conclusion Children with type Ⅲa esophageal atresia has a higher incidence of anastomotic stenosis and leakage, and more times of esophageal dilation. Endoscopic balloon dilation is safe and effective in treatment of esophageal stenosis after surgery for patients with congenital esophageal atresia.

Objective To investigate the influence of health education with nursing program in the hepatocellular carcinoma patients undergoing first transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE).Methods A total of 100 patients diagnosed with liver cancer and underwent first TACE were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group , with 50 cases in each group .The patients in the control group received routine nursing and were given the necessary explanations and comfort , and the patients in the experimental group received targeted health education with nursing program on the basis of routine nursing .The health knowledge understanding level was observed in the two groups .Self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS) and self-rating depression scale ( SDS ) were used to evaluate the psychological status of patients .Results Before the implementation of health education , fourteen patients understood about health knowledge and 36 patients understood less in the experimental group , while 16 patients and 34 patients in the control group , respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 =0.190, P>0.05).After the implementation of health education , totals of 44 patients understood about health knowledge and six patients understood less in the experimental group , while 31 patients and 19 patients in the control group , respectively , and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =9.013, P<0.05).Before the implementation of health education , there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups on the score of SAS and SDS (P>0.05).After the implementation of health education , the score of SAS and SDS was respectively (45.40 ±9.62) and (38.80 ± 8.01) in the experimental group, and (50.36 ±10.64) and (43.08 ±10.81) in the control group, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (t=-2.445, -2.250, respectively; P<0.05). Conclusions The application of health education with nursing program can improve the health knowledge of patients, relieve patients anxiety and depression , as well as improve their negative emotion .

To investigate psychological characteristics in different clinical subgroups of insomniacs, and to provide the basis for the accurate simplification of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia.
Methods: A total of 212 insomniacs from November 2014 to June 2017 in Clinical Psychology Department or Sleep Department of 2 general hospitals in Hunan Province were included in convenient and classified into sleep onset insomnia (SOI), difficulty maintaining insomnia (DMI), early morning awakening insomnia (EMAI), and combined insomnia (CI) subgroups. Ford Insomnia Response to Stress Test (FIRST), Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ), Dysfunctional Beliefs and Attitudes about Sleep Scale 16 version (DBAS-16), Sleep-Related Behavior Questionnaire (SRBQ), Pre-sleep Arousal Scale (PSAS), Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale (CES-D), Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) were used to investigate the psychological characteristics.
Results: SOI and CI insomniacs had a higher frequency in use of sleep-related behavior than those with DMI; CI had a higher frequency in use of sleep-related behavior than those with EMAI (all P<0.05). Both SOI and CI insomniacs had a higher level of pre-sleep cognitive arousal than DMI and EMAI (all P<0.05). CI insomniacs noticed more consequences of insomnia and had more worries on insomnia than DMI, and CI insomniacs had more expectations of sleep than SOI (all P<0.05).
Conclusion: Insomniacs with different clinical subgroups have different features of psychological characteristics. Both the insomnia subgroups and the psychological characteristics should be taken into account when we simplify cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) precisely.
