Objective To analyse the problems and reasons in the management of Shuangjiantiao cadres in TCM col eges, put forward scientific management countermeasures and suggestion. [Method] Through documentary study, individual interview and questionnaire, understand the current situation and problems of Shuangjiantiao cadres in TCM col eges. [Result] The problems in management of the said cadres are: not very reasonable post distribution, not very scientific post evaluation, not very fair post treatment and not enough post efficacies. The analysis shows the main reasons are: single subject and specialty, smal schooling scale, not enough recognition to thought and lagging team construction. [Conclusion] To improve the scientific level to the said cadres management, we shal strengthen plan and design, optimize configuration mode, insist on person fitting to post, improve competence, perfect stimulating system, improve post efficacy, pay attention to education and training and improve team qualification.

Objective To analyze the quality of Cortex Moudan which grew for four years from main planting parts in Anhui province.Methods According to Pharmacopoeias of People Republic of China(2005 edition),the water content,the total ash content,ash content of acid infusibility,the content of the thing soak out and paeonol content were measured to investigate the quality of Cortex Moudan.Results Paeonol content of Cortex Moudan collected from main planting parts in Anhui province was from 0.98% to 1.77%.Conclusion The quality of Cortex Moudan from Nanling is the best of all.

From the perspective of portable monitoring devices,we use an analog front-end AFE4490 design a module of Non-invasive blood oxygen measurement, used to collect human pulse wave signal and peak (valley) value detection and then use the principles of non-invasive oximetry calculated oxygen saturation (SPO2). This design of noninvasive oximetry module has the characteristics of small size, low power consumption, and the results of test show that the measurement of oxygen saturation are correct.

Objective To analyze antimicrobial resistance of clinically isolated Burkholderia cepacia (B.cepacia),and provide evidence for clinical rational antimicrobial use.Methods B.cepacia isolated from clinical specimens between January 2013 and December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively,antimicrobial susceptibility results were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 98 isolates of B.cepacia between January 2013 and December 2014 were isolated,the main specimen was sputum(n =86,87.76 ％),the main department distribution was intensive care unit(n =46,46.94％),resistance rate of B.cepacia to ticarcillin / clavulanic acid was highest(73.47％),resistance rates to piperacillin / tazobactam and cefoperazone / sulbactam were both 16.33％,resistance rate to minocycline was the lowest(5.10％).Conclusion Infection caused by B.cepacia is high,prevention and control of healthcare-associated infection should be strengthened,early etiological examination should be performed,antimicrobial treatment should be combined with antimicrobial susceptibility results.

Objective To investigate the expression of doublecortin-like kinase 1 (DCLK1) in colorectal cancer and colorectal adenomas,and it's role in the development and progression of colorectal carcinoma,and explore the relationship of the DCLK1 expression and prognosis in colorectal cancer patients with diabetes medical history.Methods Expression of DCLK1 in 70 cases of colorectal cancers,70 cases of para-carcinoma tissues,and 35 cases of tubulovillous adenomas were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results (1) The DCLK1 high expression rate in colorectal cancers was 41.4％ (29/70),and 45.7％ (16/35) in tubular villous adenomas,both significantly higher than the para-carcinoma tissues (4.3％;3/70) (P ＜0.01).(2) DCLK1 high positive expression had statistical significance with pathological grading (P ＜ 0.01),infiltration depth (P ＜ 0.05),lymph node metastasis (P＜ 0.05),vascular invasion (P ＜0.05),and distant metastasis (P ＜0.01).(3) There was no obvious correlation between the Diabetes medical history,expression of DCLK1,and prognosis of patients.Conclusions DCLK1 has high positive expression in colorectal carcinomas,and may have certain significance for the early clinical diagnosis and prognostic judgment of colorectal cancers.The expression of DCLK1 and prognosis of colorectal cancers has no obvious correlation with diabetes medical history.

Objective To observe the effects of treadmill training on hindlimb motor recovery and noradrenaline (NA) fibers in rats with spinal cord contusion.MethodsSpinal cord contusions at the T10 level were induced in 3-month old female SD rats by dropping a 10 g rod from a height of 25 mm.The injured rats were then randomly divided into a control group and a treadmill training group ( n =15 in each group).Treadmill training began 1 week post-injury.No treatment was administered to the control group rats.Hindlimb motor function was evaluated weekly from the 1 st to the 9th week post-injury using Basso Beattie Bresnahan (BBB) scores and average combined scores (ACOs).The expression of dopamine beta hydroxylase (DBH) in the spinal cord caudal to the injured area was detected by immunohistochemical staining.ResultsThe treadmill training group exhibited significantly greater improvement in BBB scores from the 3rd week to the 7th week and in ACOs from the 2nd to the 9th week post-injury compared with the control group.The number of DBH positive fibers in the injured spinal cords and the number of DBH positive neurons in the injured frontal horns were also significantly higher in the training group.ConclusionsTreadmill training can promote the recovery of hindlimb motor function in rats after spinal cord contusion,perhaps by increasing the number of DBH positive fibers and DBH positive neurons.

Objective To analysis complications and its associated risk factors of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in treatment of uterine leiomyoma for selecting rationale indicated patients and reducing complications. Methods Medical documents of 171 patients with 231 leiomyomas in total treated by HIFU were studied retrospectively. Common complications were categorized and analyzed, the relationship between risk factors and complications were studied. Results Common complications in treatment of uterine leiomyomas by HIFU were 71.9% (123/171) of abdominal pain, 17.5% (30/171) of vaginal bloody discharge, 8.2% (14/171) of sacroiliac or buttock pain, 7. 6% (13/171) of skin blister,4. 7% (8/171) of leg pain, 2. 9% (5/171) of hematuria and 1.8% (3/171) of febrile. By logistic regression analysis, the factor correlated with abdominal pain included diameter of uterine leiomyomas,sonication time and average power (P < 0. 05). The factor correlated with sacroiliac or buttock pain was uterine leiomyomas located in posteriors of uterine wall(P <0. 05); the factors correlated with vaginal bloody discharge were sonication time and type of uterine leiomyomas (submucous > intramural > subserous, P <0. 05); the factors correlated with skin blister was sonication time (P < 0. 05). There were no statistical relationship between multiple factors and leg pain, hematuria, febrile (P > 0. 05). Conclusion The modality of high-power and short-term treatment might reduce complications of HIFU ablation.

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of ultrasound ablation in treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods Ninety-nine patients with 117 leiomyomas in total treated by Haifu JC focused ultrasound tumor therapeutic system were enrolled in prospective and non-randomized clinical trial in First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and Academy of Military Medical Sciences. Ultrasound ablation was performed guided by real-time ultrasonography under conscious sedation for single session. All patients were followed up at 6 months after treatment. On the day of treatment and after 1 month, patients were given by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) exam to evaluate the effect of fibroids ablation. At 3 and 6months after treatment, the ratio of ablated area and volume reduction of fibroids more than 50% were evaluated by MRI exam again. The symptoms improvements were evaluated by uterine fibroid symptom (UFS) and complications were analyzed by guideline of society of international radiation (SIR). Results The average ablated area ratio of the target fibroid was (76 ± 24)%. The average reduction in fibroid volume determined by MRI at 3 and 6 months after treatment was (45 ± 21)% and (59 ± 26)%. Which were significantly decreased than those before treatment (P < 0. 05). At 6 months after treatment, 84. 6% (99/117) of patients showed more than 50% volume reduction, the rate of improved symptom score was 92%(66/72). All patients could resume normal daily activities at 2 hours after treatment. The adverse reactions of SIR C - D included delayed hospitalization, repeat treatment and increased level of nursing. E - F included permanent sequelae and death. In this study, no adverse reactions of C - F were recorded. Common complications (SIR A- B, only observation or simple management without sequelae) were 35% (35/99).Four cases with adverse reactions B of SIR were found, including 2 cases with skin burning of degree Ⅱ and 2 cases with febrile, they were administered by symptomatic therapy and changing dressing The other adverse reaction A of SIR included sorness of buttock, vaginal discharge, dysuria and painful urination, they were only suggested by follow-up. Conclusion It was efficacy and safe that ultrasound ablation as a single strategy were used in treatment of uterine fibroids.

Objective: To understand the current maternal and their families' cognitive status and behavior on the placenta and discuss the measures to regulate placental disposal methods.Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 131 maternal and their families in Yancheng Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital,using self-developed questionnaire on the status of postpartum placental disposal.Results: A total of 93.1％of the ma-ternal signed a placenta disposal informed consent or maternal delivery informed consent with the hospital.72.5％of the maternal or their families expressed a better understanding and very understanding on the treatment of placen-ta,90.8％of the maternal and their families chose to dispose their placenta on their own,and 107 maternal or their families answered the specific self-treatment method,of which 92.5％of the maternal or their families chose to put the placenta buried in the soil because of custom.Conclusion: To find a scientific and rational way to deal with postpartum placenta from the perspective of ethics in clinical practice requires various efforts of governments,hospitals and maternal.

Objective:To analyze the results of the joint screening of newborn hearing and deafness genes in Dalian to provide a reference for the prevention and control of hereditary deafness.Methods:Eight hundred and forty-two neonates born in Dalian Women and Children′s Medical Group from January 1, 2022 to May 30, 2022 were screened retrospectively, using AABR (automatic brainstem evoked potential). And 20 mutation sites of common genetic deafness 4 genes , including GJB2, GJB3, SLC26A4 (PDS) and mitochondrial genes associated with drug-induced deafness (MT-RNRI)(12SrRNA), were detected by high-throughput sequencing.Results:Among the 842 newborns, 840 passed hearing screening (99.8%); 36 cases (4.3%) passed the hearing screening but not the hearing loss gene screening; 804 cases passed through the both screening (95.5%); 2 cases (0.24%) failed in the both screening. 38 cases of deafness gene mutations were detected, with a total carrying rate of 4.51% (38/842). Among them, the carrying rates of heterozygous mutations in GJB2, GJB3, SLC26A4 (PDS), MT-RNRI (12SrRNA) were 1.90%, 0.24%, 1.30%, and 0.95%, respectively. The carrying rates of GJB2/GJB3 composite heterozygous mutations were 0.12%.Conclusions:The combined screening of neonatal hearing and deafness genes can reduce the missed rate of hearing screening. The carrier rate of neonatal deafness gene in Dalian is 4.51%, with the highest GJB 2 carrier rate, followed by SLC26A4 (PDS) carrier rate.
