1.Evaluation of Resectability for Carcinoma of the Gallbladder with Dual-phase Multislice Spiral CT
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(08):-
Objective To evaluate the value of dual-phase MSCT with 3D reconstruction in the staging and resectability of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods Forty patients with suspected gallbladder carcinoma by clinical examination and routine sonography were prospectively studied with dual-phase MSCT. Of these patients, only 35 who underwent a laparotomy for extended cholecystectomy or a palliative surgery were included in the study. Three-dimensional volume rendering and multiplanar reformation was used for evaluation of the vascular invasion and anatomy. The staging and resectability of lesions determined by CT and the results were compared with operative findings. Results On the basis of the CT findings, 13 tumors were resectable and 22 were unresectable. On surgery, 17 tumors were found to be resectable and the remaining was unresectable. Overstaging by CT occurred in 4 patients due to overassessment of duodenal infiltration, pancreatic infiltration and colonal infiltration. CT had a sensitivity of 76.5, a specificity of 100, an accuracy of 88.6, a positive predictive value of 100 and negative predictive value of 81.8 in determining resectability of gallbladder carcinoma. For the diagnosis of hepatic and vascular invasion, and involvement of bile duct by the tumor, there was 100 correlation between CT and surgery. Vascular variations were found in six of 17 patients who underwent radical cholecystectomy. Conclusion Dual-phase MDCT with 3D reconstruction can predict resectability of gallbladder carcinoma and determine the vascular road map before surgery.
2.Research progress of cellular immunotherapy for hematological malignancies
Practical Oncology Journal 2016;30(1):61-65
In recent years, considerable progress has been made in the treatment of hematologic malig-nancies.However,most patients will eventually relapse and suffer from severe side effects caused by chemotherapy or radiation. Thus,as a well tolerated, safe, effective and innovative therapy, adoptive cellular immunotherapy e-merges at this very moment. This therapy can kill tumors or control recurrence by reinfusing the in vitro amplifi-cated or treated immune effective cells into the patients. It has been actively used in the treatment of various he-matological malignancies and achieved significant effects, which brings hope for more and more patients with re-lapsed or refractory hematological diseases.

The risk factors of coronary artery disease, angiographic and procedural features are the main risk factors of restenosis after coronary artery stent implantation. In different combinations, these risk factors have different effects on coronary restenosis. The risk factors that the results of trials were more consistent include coronary lesion length, lesion vessel diameter <3 mm, ostial disease, total stent length, and number of stent. The same results of trials as stated above indicated that drug-eluting stent (sirolimus-eluting stent and paclitaxel-eluting stent), compared with bare-metal stent, significantly decreased the risk of restenosis. Compared these two drug-eluting stent, sirolimus-eluting stent was superior to paclitaxel-eluting stent on lowering the risk of restenosis. About other risk factors, e.g. age, sex, smoking, hypertension, the results of trials had inconsistent.

Objective:To develop bifunctional anti-human lingual cancer/anti-VEGF antibody. Methods:Antigen of lingual cancer was prepared from Tca 8113 cells and that of VEGF from endothelial cells of umbilical cord vein. The hybridoma cells of anti-human ligual cancer/anti-VEGF were prepared by the technique of secondary hybridoma. The antibody was identified by ELISA. Results:The specific conjugation rate between bifunctional antibody and lingual cancer tissue was 85.29%, and that between the antibody and vascular endothelial cells was 82.35%.Conclusion:The bifunctional antibody of anti-human lingual cancer/anti-VEGF has good targeting potential.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of both domestically manufactured and imported recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) in the treatment of growth hormone deficiency(GHD) disease. Methods 67 patients with GHD were given domestically manufactured rhGH ,while imported rhGH were given to another 19 boys with GHD. The dose of rhGH in both groups was 0 1IU?Kg -1 ?d -1 . 19 boys with GHD received imported rhGH for 24 months in combination with administration of chorionic gonadotropin or Testoviron Depot in second year. Vital Capacity (VC) and Maximal Ventilation Volume(MVV) before and 6,12 months after rhGH treatment were measured in 10 cases. Results The increase in linear growth was significant in both groups. In 19 boys with GHD, HA was direct proportion to BA before and 6,12,18,24 months after treatment. In 10 boys with GHD, 12 months after rhGH treatment, VC and MVV significantly increased as compared with pre-treatment (P

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
nephrectomy in Wistar rats were used to replicate the animal model of focal and segmental glomerular sclerosis. Then a group of 5/6 nephrectomized rats were given Benzaipril for 20 weeks , in order to evaluate the effects of Benazipril on degradation of extracellular matrix. The results showed that Benzipril not only reduced renal pathological changes, but also significantly decreased the type Ⅳ collagen and MMP 9 deposition and down regulated the mRNA expressions of MMP 9 and TIMP 1 in the remnant kidneys of the 5/6 nephrectomized rats. It suggested that Benzipril might ameliorate glomerulosclerosis through the mechanism of modulating extracellular matrix degradation in the remnant kidney tissue.

Microbiology 1992;0(02):-
A total of 25 fast-growing rhizobium isolates from variety of legumiuous plants in Hainan Province, a tropical region of China, and 7 representative strains of genera Rhizobium, Sinorhizobium and Agrobacterium were characterized by numerical taxonomy. The results indicated that rhizobium isolates from Hainan were taxonomically heterogenous. At thesimilarity level of 70%, 13 strains from Hainan formed a distinct group which could use wider range of carbon and nitrogen sources, and were more resistent to antibiotics and chemicals than known rhizobium species. 2 strains could not fall into any group, and the others fell into different known species respectively. There were no correlations between hosts and the taxonomic positions of their symbionts. The rhizobium isolates from the same host genus or speceis could fall into different groups.
