1.Clinical Observation of Xianlinggubao Combined with Alendronate Sodium in the Treatment of Osteopo-rosis

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Xianlinggubao combined with alendronate sodium in the treatment of osteoporosis. METHODS:112 patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 56 cases in each group. Both group were given routine treatment as calcium carbonate,vitamin D and life style. Control group were given alendronate sodium 10 mg orally,qd;treatment group was additionally given Xianlinggubao capsule 1.5 g,bid, on the basis of control group. Both groups received 12 weeks of treatment. The levels of S-Ca,S-P,24 h urinary calcium(U-Ca), alkaline phosphatase(ALP),osteocalcin,IL-6,bone mineral density(BMD)of L2-4 lumbar spine and femoral neck were observed in 2 groups before and after treatment. Clinical efficacy and toxic reaction were compared. RESULTS:There was no statistical sig-nificance in the levels of S-P and S-Ca between 2 groups after treatment(P>0.05);the level of ALP、osteocalcin、BMD increased in treatment group after treatment,the level of U-Ca and IL-6 decreased compared to before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). Total effective rate of treatment group(92.86%)was sig-nificantly higher than that of control group (73.21%),with statistical significance (P<0.05). No obvious toxic side effects was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Xianlinggubao combined with alendronate sodium shows significant therapeutic efficacy for patients with osteoporosis with good safety.

In recent years,facing the increasingly prominent air pollution,many countries are attaching importance to public health issues related to human.Many studies show that there is a positive correlation between inhalable paniculate matter and the risk of cardiovascular disease.Therefore,the threat of inhalable particulate matter (PM) to human cardiovascular disease has become popular research topics.The paper summarizes recent progress in researches of the pathological mechanism and correlation on cardiovascular diseases,such as inflammation reaction,oxidative stress,autonomic dysfunction,cardiac cell membranes ion channels,coagulation system.
3.Research status and progress of rapid response system in hospital

Because of the widespread development and application of rapid response system (RRS) in medical institutions in developed countries, such as Europe, America and Australia, the clinical adverse events (cardiac arrest, accidental death, etc.) in hospital patients have been reduced and improved. Meanwhile, the hospitalization rate and mortality rate of intensive care unit in hospital patients have been reduced, thus shortening the hospitalization time and reducing the medical expenses. Nevertheless, RRS is still in the exploration stage in our country. Therefore, the article reviews the RRS model and application development.
4.Development and application of a mobile positive pressure clean chamber

During the epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019, due to the need to collect a large number of nucleic acid samples, the staff are under great pressure. For this reason, the medical staff of China-Japan Friendship Hospital developed a mobile positive pressure clean chamber and applied for a national utility model patent (application number: 202021173605.8). The equipment is composed of a cabin body, an operation hole equipped with rubber gloves, an interactive channel with two electric doors, an environmental control unitandanair-conditioner. When in use, the medical staff are located inside the cabin, and their hands are protruded by two operating holes to calculate and sample for the tested personnel. Then the samples are placed on the table outside the cabin waiting for inspection. The clean chamber can be used in hospitals, communities and other places, while achieving the goal of efficient sampling, and the risk of infection in the process is reduced by effectively blocking the contact between medical staff and the source of infection.
