1.Advances in application of lipid emulsion in acute poisioning

Lipid emulsion has been used not only as nutrition in clinic practice,but also recently as an adjuvant therapy of lipophilic drugs poisioning,which is most likely to cause cardiopulmonary arrest and brings difficulty to conventional treatments.More and more reports of whether studies in labs or clinic cases suggest that lipid emulsion can be adopted as one of therapies for lipophilic drugs poisioning.The article mainly sums up the development of lipid emulsion remedy against lipophilic drugs poisioning in the hope of providing reference for clinical application of lipid emulsion to detoxification.
3.Improving clinical practice education through management methods

Clinical practice is an important step in medical education. However,its effect is now becoming worse and worse because of the influence of employment difficulties,post-grad-uate entrance exam and medical environment. It is hard to resolve these problems by simply education method. These problems are very common in management and can be found in prejob training,employee loyalty and quality management,respectively. It is a new approach to improve clinical practice education by enhancing teachers'management ability.
4.Analysis of 962 ADR/ADE Cases of Mailuoning Injection

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the regularity and characteristics of ADR induced by Mailuoning injection,and to provide reference for rational use of drugs.METHODS:In retrospective study,ADR/ADE cases of Mailuoning injection reported in Henan province from 2004 to 2009 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Main clinical manifestations were lesion of skin and its appendents(24.95%),respiratory system injury(23.81%) and nervous system injury(15.38%).The clinical manifestations of serious ADR/ADE were allergic shock,dyspnea and choking etc.CONCLUSION:Clinical rational use of drugs should be improved to avoid serious ADR and guarantee the safety of drug use.
5.Expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 Proteins in the Decidua and Villi of Early Pregnancy

Objective To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1) proteins in the decidua and villi of the early pregnancy. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was applied to detect the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 proteins in the decidua and villi of 45 the early pregnant women and in the mid-secretory phase endometrium of 30 normal women. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the curative effect of metoprolol in treating chronic congestive heart failure (CCHF) and to discuss its administration technique.METHODS:A total of 72 patients with CCHF were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy for heart failure,while those in the treatment group were treated with additional metoprolol at an initial dose of 6.25mg bid but gradually increased to 100mg bid for 24 weeks apart from the conventional therapy.RESULTS:The total responsive rate(RR) in the treatment group(88.9%) was significantly higher than in the control group(63.9%)(P
7.Significance of combination detection of serum amylase and lipase in diagnoses of acute pancreatitis

Objective To evaluate the value of the combination detection of serum amylase (AMY) and lipase(LPS) in the diag‐nose of acute pancreatitis .Methods Serum AMY and LPS were detected in 51 patients with acute pancreatitis ,418 patients with a‐cute abdomen disease and 78 healthy control subjects .Results The sensitivity of serum AMY and LPS increase in 51 patients with acute pancreatitis was 86 .3 % and 92 .2 % respectively .The specificity of serum AMY and LPS increase ,and both AMY and LAS increase in 418 non‐pancreatitis patients with acute abdomen disease was 90 .4% ,91 .7% and 100% respectively .Conclusion The combination detection of serum AMY and LPS can increase the sensitivity and specificity for diagnosing acute pancreatitis and has an important significance for rapid diagnosis of acute pancreatitis .
8.Study on event related potentials P300 of children with attention deficit/hyperactive disorder

Objective To explore the characteristics of P300 of subjects with attention deficit/hyperactive disorder(ADHD).Methods 34 children with ADHD were selected as ADHD group and 32 healthy subjects were selected as the health control group.They were matched in age,gender,degree of education.The auditory Oddball paradigm was applied,the event-related long latency components (N2 and P3) from Cz and Pz were measured in each test.Results Compared with the health control group,at the Cz electrode,children with ADHD showed a significandy prolonged latency of target N2 [(277.2 ± 20.3) ms vs (259.0 ± 14.9) ms,t =3.70,P < 0.01] and decreased amplitude of target P3[(4.1 ± 1.6) μμV vs (5.7 ±2.0) μμV,t =3.57,P< 0.01].At the Pz electrode,the patient showed a significantly prolonged latency [(342.4 ± 26.3) ms vs (324.6 ± 15.5) ms,t =3.33,P < 0.01] and decreased amplitude of target P3 [(4.1 ± 1.9) μV vs (7.4 ± 2.2) μV,t =6.54,P < 0.01],decreased amplitude of non-target P2 [(3.0±1.l)μμV vs (3.7 ±1.3) μV,t =2.30,P<0.05].Conclusion This study provides direct evidence that ADHD subjects have abnormal indices of endogenous P300,which is suggested that P300 might be potentially objective indicator applied in evaluation of cognitive dysfunction in ADHD children.
9.The establishment of a distinct emergency rescue network system in Shenzhen

Objective To establish a distinct linked emergency rescue network system in Shenzhen. Methods The current status of emergency network system in Shenzhen was studied, and some related publications in the recent years were reviewed. Results The emergency network system in Shenzhen is characterized by the following aspects: there is an effective emergency dispatch system with high authorities; the network covers every corner of Shenzhen; series of laws have been issued to ensure the proper operation of network. Conclusion The medical rescue system has developed in depth. The combination of community-based, pre-hospital and hospital rescue is effective in the whole process of emergency rescue, and shortens the rescue distance. The community-based rescue is the basic part of the system that can use the medical resources efficiently.
10.Research on the process control method of active pharmaceutical ingredient in pituitrin

Objective A novel Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) pituitrin efficacy component content analysis method was explored, and the method is conformed to the requirements of the pharmaceutical production enterprise testing standard. Methods The reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was performed on a Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18(250mm×4.6mm, 5 μm) (P/N 993967-902/ 5063-6600) Column, the column temperature was 25℃, the wavelength of detector was set at 220 nm, flow rate was 1.2 mL/min, 50% Acetonitrile- 0.13mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution was used as mobile phase for gradient elution. 20 μL sample solution was injected in each perform. Results The content of oxytocin and vasopressin as pituitrin efficacy components were analyzed by this method with advantage of simple and easy operation, good reliability and high precision. Different biological extraction technology process A and B was used on pituitrin injection production, the content of medicinal ingredients in the product: oxytocin and vasopressin is slightly different, but concentration level is different, which process B concentration is higher than that of A. Conclusion In this study, an effective determination the levels of oxytocin and vasopressin in pituitrin API method was established for a pharmaceutical production enterprise, can provide API pituitrin purification process control. Relevant technical information can be provided in the above, which worked on the biological API pituitrin research and development.
