Type II innate lymphoid cells ( ILC2s) are widely distributed in the blood , intestines, trachea, lung, spleen, liver, animal fat and skin, and involved in the innate immune responses .ILC2s have attracted much atten-tion for its important roles in the conversion of white adipose to beige adipose .Studies have shown that ILC2s are essential for the proliferation and differentiation of adipocyte precursor cells , and they also play a vital role in anti-parasitic infection and allergic inflammation .This review discusses the discovery , differentiation , development , distribution and function of ILC2s, and their relationships with the browning of white adipose tissue for providing valuable references on understanding the pathogenesis , prevention and treatment of obesity and fat metabolism disorders .

Objective To summarize the experience of perioperative management of coronary artery bypass graft(CABG) in high-risk patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The clinical data of 164 patients underwent CABG from March 2004 to November 2005 were analyzed.Of 164 patients,151(92.05%) cases had severe coronary heart disease.Results Totally 144 artery-vessels and 353 venous-vessels were transplanted to patients.Combined operative procedures included 11 cases of ventricular aneurysm resect,5 cases of valve replacement,5 cases of valve repair,and 1 case of surgical repair of perforation of ventricular septum.Post-operative complications included 2 cases of low cardiac output,1 case of respiratory failure,1 case of renal failure,and 1 case of cerbral infarction.Two patients died and the operative mortality was 1.22%.Conclusion CABG procedure is safe in the treatment of high-risk patients with coronary heart disease.Proper preoperative and perioperative treatment can improve the curative effects significantly.

Objective: To compare the effectiveness of qualitative and quantitative fecal immunochemical tests (FIT) in identifying colorectal cancer, so as to provide insights into perfecting screening strategies for colorectal cancer. Methods: Participants in the Colorectal Cancer Screening Program for Key Populations in Zhejiang Province from May 2020 to December 2021 were recruited, and their demographic information, lifestyle and disease history were collected through a questionnaire survey. Qualitative or quantitative FIT along with a questionnaire-based risk assessment were employed as the initial screening tests. Individuals who were positive in any FIT or had high-risk assessment results were required to attend a subsequent colonoscopy examination. The positive rate, detection rate of colorectal cancer, positive predictive value and number of colonoscopies required were compared between qualitative and quantitative FITs, and stratified analyses by gender and age were conducted. Results: Totally 4 099 769 participants were included. The qualitative FIT group included 3 574 917 individuals, yielding a positive rate of 11.35%, a detection rate of 1.19%, a positive predictive value of 0.48% and 83.84 colonoscopies required to detect one cancer case. The quantitative FIT group involved 524 852 individuals, yielding a positive rate of 6.70%, a detection rate of 2.31%, a positive predictive value of 1.01% and 43.23 colonoscopies required to detect one cancer case. The quantitative FIT group showed significantly higher detection rate of colorectal cancer, higher positive predictive value and less number of colonoscopies required compared to the qualitative FIT group (all P<0.05). The same results were obtained after stratification by gender and age. Conclusion Compared to qualitative FIT, quantitative FIT improves the detection of colorectal cancer and reduces the workload of colonoscopy examinations, making it more suitable for colorectal cancer screening in large-scale populations.

Objective:To explore the subtypes of professional quality of life for Operating Room nurses from an "individual centered" perspective, so as to compare the differences in negative emotions and turnover intentions among different subtypes of nurses.Methods:This article was a cross-sectional survey study. Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 409 Operating Room nurses from three tertiary hospitals in Shandong Province were selected as the research objects in November 2021. The survey was conducted using General Information Questionnaire, Professional Quality of Life Scale, Depression Anxiety Stress Self-assessment Scale and single item of resignation intention. The latent profile analysis was used to explore the potential categories of professional quality of life for operating room nurses.Results:Finally, 350 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective recovery rate was 85.57% (350/409). 350 operating room nurses scored (50.35±9.82) in the dimension of compassionate satisfaction, (49.01±10.43) in the dimension of burnout, and (49.18±9.53) in the dimension of secondary trauma, all of which were at a moderate level. The professional quality of life of operating room nurses was divided into three potential categories, namely good type (25.14%, n=88), contradictory type (17.43%, n=61) and low satisfaction type (57.43%, n=201). The scores of depression dimension were (3.89±7.69), (14.39±11.13) and (13.18±9.50) in good, contradictory and low-satisfaction class nurses, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01). The scores of anxiety were (5.82±8.45), (16.92±10.87) and (14.45±9.29), respectively, and the difference was statistically significant ( P< 0.01). The scores of stress dimension were (5.64±8.27), (17.18±11.36) and (15.01±9.10), respectively, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.01). The scores of turnover intention were (1.45±0.52), (2.07±1.09), and (2.42±1.06), respectively, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01) . Conclusions:There are different characteristic groups of professional quality of life in operating room nurses, and the population distribution is closely related to negative emotion and turnover intention. Nursing managers should pay attention to the identification and intervention of contradictory and low-satisfaction operating room nurses and give accurate and classified policies.

Objective To develop a scale suitable for evaluating the scientific research ability of medical workers in Liaoning Province,analyze its reliability and validity to provide a scientific and objective measurement method for the evaluation of scientific research ability of medical workers in Liaoning Province.Methods A survey of 6 577 medical workers in 2 grade and up medical institutions of Liaoning province was carried out by completing a self-assessment scale form of research capacity,5 812 effective questionnaires were collected,335 out of which were used for exploratory factor analysis,5 477 were used for confirmatory factor analysis and reliability and validity analysis.Results The scale of Cronbach's a coefficient is 0.982,the retest reliability is 0.967,the cumulative contribution rate of the four factors extracted by exploratory factor analysis was 80.195％.The validation factor analysis showed that the model fit well (GFI=0.907,AGFI=0.881,CFI=0.962,RMESA=0.076,NFI=0.960,IFI=0.962).Conclusions The research capability scale for Liaoning medical workers has good reliability and validity,which can be used in the evaluation of the research capability of the medical workers in Liaoning province.

Objective To analyze the characteristics and trends of adverse drug reactions (ADR) induced by anti-infective drugs in Shanghai Prison General Hospital and provide a guideline of rational drug use and pharmacovigilance for detainees. Methods The anti-infective drug induced ADR cases reported to the national ADR monitoring center in our hospital from January 2011 to October 2018 were collected. The primary and secondary factors of types, organs and (or) systems affected by anti-infective drugs that lead to ADR were studied with Pareto diagram. Results 158 ADR cases caused by anti-infective drugs were collected. 143 cases (90.51%) were male in 20-59 years old. Pareto diagram analysis showed that ADRs mainly involved eight kinds of anti-infective drugs (antituberculosis drugs, cephalosporins, sulfonamides, antiviral drugs, penicillin, aminoglycosides, fluoroquinolones and nitroimidazoles). ADRs mainly involved in hepatobiliary and blood system. Both topical and systemic reactions were reported. Abnormal liver function, liver injury, rash and allergic reaction were the most common. Conclusion Pareto diagram method reflected the "critical minority and minor majority" analysis on detainees with ADRs caused by anti-infective drug. It was recommended to focus on anti-tuberculosis drugs and cephalosporin drugs to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of botulinum toxin A injection therapy with ultrasound-guided for benign masseter hypertrophy.Methods:Twenty cases (40 sides) of masseter hypertrophy were injected with botulinum toxin A, among which 10 cases were taken as experimental group and the other 10 cases as control group. The experimental group had preoperative ultrasound examination to measure the thickness of masseter, and use ultrasound-guided precise injection during the operation, and then ultrasound recheck to measure the postoperative masseter thickness; The other 10 cases of control group adopt traditional 3-point injection method.Results:The masseter thickness of the two groups at different period of times after treatment was decreased ( P<0.001), the most obviously decrease happened 4-12 weeks after injection. The mean reduction was 26.8% at 4 weeks and 28.4% at 12 weeks after injection. Masseter muscle thickness recovered by 22% at 24 weeks and by 20% at 36 weeks. The average follow-up was 6.0±2.4 months with no serious complications occurred. In the control group, there was a partial masseter bulge in one case. The satisfactory rate of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusions:Botulinum toxin A injection therapy with ultrasound-guided for benign masseter hypertrophy is an effective treatment, which is more accurate and effective than the traditional injection method.

Objective:To study the safety and efficacy of a treatment protocol using immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) and antiangiogenic targeted drugs (AATDs) in converting 41 patients with initially unresectable to resectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods:The data of 41 patients with initially unresectable HCC treated with immunotherapy combined with targeted therapy from December 2018 to April 2021 in Chinese PLA General Hospital were analysed. There were 34 males and 7 females, aged (51.8±10.7) years. The clinical characteristics, conversion to resectable HCC, adverse drug reactions, surgical data and postoperative complications were analysed. Patients were followed-up by outpatients clinics or telephone calls.Results:There were 5 patients with Chinese Liver Cancer Staging (CNLC)-Ⅰb, 4 with CNLC-Ⅱ, 28 with CNLC-Ⅲa and 4 with CNLC-Ⅲb before the treatment protocol. Among them, 28 patients had portal vein tumor thrombosis (PVTT) and 4 had retroperitoneal lymph node metastases. All patients had a mean tumor diameter of (9.16±4.43) cm before and (6.49±4.69) cm after the treatment protocol. The latter was based on the last assessment before hepatectomy. The efficacy of the treatment protocol in converting unresectable to resectable HCC was assessed by the modified Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors after 3-15 cycles (median dose cycles, 5) of protocal therapy: 15 patients achieved a complete response; 15 patients achieved a partial response; 6 patients had a stable disease, and 5 patients had a progressive disease. 21 patients (51.2%) experienced adverse reactions associated with drug treatment, which resolved with symptomatic treatment or brief discontinuation of the therapy. All patients underwent successful hepatectomy. Postoperative complications of grade Ⅱ or higher occurred in 9 patients (22.0%). The cumulative overall survival rates at 6 months, 1 year and 2 years from diagnosis were 100.0%, 92.6% and 64.7% respectively. The cumulative overall survival rates at 6 months, 1 year and 2 years after surgery were 95.1%, 74.7% and 60.8%, and the recurrence-free survival rates at 6 months, 1 year and 2 years after surgery were 87.8%, 56.7% and 48.6%, respectively.Conclusions:This study provided preliminary evidences that surgical resection after immunotherapy combined with targeted therapy in patients with initially unresectable HCC was safe and efficacious.

OBJECTIVE: To assess the value of chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA) for fetal duodenal obstruction (DO). METHODS: Fifty-one fetuses with DO identified by prenatal ultrasound were divided into DO only group and DO with other anomaly group. CMA was carried out on amniotic fluid or umbilical blood samples, and the outcome of pregnancy of all cases were followed up. RESULTS: Eight fetuses (15.7%) were found with genomic abnormalities, which included 3 chromosomal aneuploidies and 5 copy number variations (CNVs), including one 17q12 microduplication syndrome, one 13q21.33q31.1 microdeletion, one 13q21.32q22.3 deletion, one 13q21.2q31.1 deletion and one 1q43q44 duplication. EDNRB from 13q and HNF1B from 17q12 are candidate genes for fetal DO. No significant difference was found in the detection rate of pathogenic CNVs between the DO only and DO with other anomaly groups (9.5% vs.11.1%, P> 0.05). There were 39 live borns, 1 stillbirth, and 11 artificial abortions (8 with abnormal CMA results). CONCLUSION There is a correlation between fetal DO and abnormal copy number of the genome, for which prenatal diagnosis is necessary. CMA not only can detect microdeletions/microduplications, but also identify pathogenic genes, which can facilitate prenatal diagnosis, genetic counseling and prognosis for the fetus.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application value of whole exome sequencing technology in fetuses with congenital structural abnormalities. METHODS: The chromosomal abnormalities of 1147 families were analyzed. According to the follow-up results, the data of fetuses with new phenotypes in late pregnancy or after birth were reanalyzed. Subgroups were divided according to the organs involved and whether single malformation or not. The gene regulatory network map was drawn by using string database and Cytoscape software. Fisher exact probability method was used to compare the difference of the diagnostic rate of pathogenic genes among the groups. RESULTS: A total of 160 fetal cases received positive molecular diagnosed, involving 178 variant sites of 125 pathogenic genes, including 8 cases (4.9%, 8/163) by data reanalysis, and the overall positive diagnosis rate was 13.9%. Diagnostic rate was highest in the group of skeletal malformation (31.5%, 39/124) and lowest in that with thoracic malformation (0, 0/32). The gene clusters of fetal edema and intrauterine growth restriction were independent, and were not associated with the major structural malformations. The probability of each parent carrying the same recessive gene variant was 0.03 (39/1146) and 0.08 (4/53) with positive family history. CONCLUSION For fetuses with congenital structural abnormalities that are negative for conventional genetic tests, 13.9% of phenotypic associated pathogenic/likely pathogenic genetic variants can be detected by whole exome sequencing technology. Its application value for prenatal diagnosis varies in fetus with different organs involved. Reanalysis of sequencing data for cases with new phenotypes in late pregnancy or after birth can further improve the molecular diagnosis rate. Further investigations are needed to explore the related genetic mechanisms.
