Objective To detect the damage incidence rate of liver and myocardium in infantile rotavirus (RV) enteritis. And to provide the basis for prevention and cure of liver and myocardium damage in infantile RV enteritis. Methods The liver function and myocardial enzyme detection results of 395 patients with infantile RV enteritis were collected .These results were compared with those of 40 healthy kids from health examinations . Results The levels of alanine aminotransferase ( ALT ) , aspartate amino transferase ( AST ) , serum creatine kinase (CK) and serum creatine kinase isozyme(CK-MB) from infantile patients were (34.49 ±29.13)U/L,(52.44 ± 24.10)U/L,(141.75 ±132.22)U/L and (48.69 ±32.53)U/L,respectively,which were higher than those of the healthy control [(16.00 ±3.24)U/L,(29.90 ±3.76)U/L,(101.82 ±64.56)U/L and (22.32 ±8.98)U/L,t=4.008,5.901,3.982,5.64,all P<0.05].The abnormal occurrence rates of ALT ,AST,CK and CK-MB in infantile patients were 19.49%,73.16%,12.15%,73.16%,respectively,which were higher than those in healthy controls (2.50%,20.00%,0.00%,0.00%),the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =7.128,47.397,5.464, 300.239,all P<0.05).The incidence rates of liver and myocardium damage were 19.49%and 73.16%,respectively. Conclusion There are higher incidence rates of liver and myocardium damage in infantile RV enteritis .So for the infantile RV enteritis patients ,it is necessary to detect the liver function and myocardial enzyme level .The treatment for infantile RV enteritis should be included liver and myocardial protection except antivirus and correcting dehydration .

Objective To investigate the correlation between anxiety, depression and quality of life in patients undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer. Methods The psychological status of patients undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer in Nanjing General Hospital of Nanjing Military Command from November 2016 to March 2017 was investigated with the method of purposive sampling. Results The survey released a total of 300 questionnaires with effective recovery of 280, the effective recovery rate was 93.33%. The score of anxiety scale was (55.16 ± 3.92) points, the score of depression scale was (55.62 ± 8.45) points. Nearly 87%(244/280) patients showed anxiety symptom, and 48%(134/280) patients showed depression symptom. The score of quality of life was (62.55±12.09) points, and the anxiety and depression were negatively correlated with the quality of life (r=-0.581,-0.544). Multivariate regression analysis showed that factors affecting the fertility quality of life scores including anxiety, depression, age, educational level, family income, infertility years, type of infertility, previous receiving assisted reproductive history. Conclusions The patients with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer show different degrees of anxiety and depression, and is correlated with quality of life. Medical staff should pay more attention to the psychological status of patients, adopt targeted interventions to improve anxiety and depression status of patients, help patients to actively take effective coping style to improve the quality of life of patients, improve the clinical pregnancy rate.

Objective To investigate the epidemiologic and behavioral characteristics of HIV among community population in Liangshan prefecture. Methods We collected social demographic, behavioral and serological information by means of the monitoring questionnaire and serological tests.Data was analyzed by using the chi-square test and logistic regression. Results From April to June of 2010 to 2015,14 092 cases of community population were selected as the study objects, with 267 cases diagnosed as HIV positive patients. The HIV positive rates were 3.24%,3.07%,1.17%,1.38%,1.42% and 1.25%,respectively.We observed that when community population having the following characteristics as:living in Butuo country (OR=3.83),being males (OR=1.77),being Yi nationality (OR=4.40) being widowed (OR=28.57),with history of drug abuse (OR=3.71) or injecting drug use (PWID) (OR=4.92),or history of needle sharing among PWID (OR=8.53),were under higher risks for HIV infection. With histories as:having had secondary or above levels of schooling (OR=0.59),having protected sex with regular parmers (OR =0.21) and with non-regular partners (OR =0.46),they seemed to be somehow protected for getting HIV infection. Conclusion The positive HIV rates of HIV among community population in Dechang,Ningnan and Butuo varied from 0.10% to 8.77%while the HIV transmission among general population remained challenging.

Major natural disasters seriously threaten human life and health. After earthquakes and other catastrophes, survivors are often trapped in the confined spaces caused by the collapse of ground and buildings, with relative separation from the outside world, restricted access, complex environment, and oncoming or ongoing unsafety, leading to the rescue extremely difficult. In order to save lives and improve the outcome more efficiently in the confined spaces after natural disasters, it is very important to standardize and reasonably apply the trauma assessment and first aid workflow. This study focuses on trauma assessment and first aid. From the aspects of trauma assessment, vital signs stabilization, hemostasis and bandaging, post-trauma anti-infection, and the transportation of patients, a trauma first aid work process suitable for a small space of a major natural disaster is formed, It is helpful to realize the immediate and efficient treatment of trauma in the confined spaces after natural catastrophes, to reduce the rate of death and disability and improve the outcome of patients.
