Student leaders are the important work force which the college student management and education in the process to rely on.They are not only the bridge and link between schools,teachers and ordinary students,but also the reserve of schools and social management cadres.Grasping and analyzing their basic conditions,the growing demand and group identity is significant.In this paper,the group identity of the student leaders has been sorted out,and their needs and deficiencies are understood through research and discussion about their positioning in the self-awareness,growth and success.And by drawing on the experience of student affairs management in the United States such as ＂student services＂,＂student development ＂,＂student learning＂,we put forward some suggestions in team-building and personnel training of the current student leaders etc..

Objective To investigate the development of thyroid function before 20 weeks of pregnancy refer-ence range and prevalence of thyroid dysfunction.Methods 1 706 healthy routine check early single births over the same period of non-pregnant women and maternal health check were chosen for the study.Thyroid function were meas-ured,characteristics of thyroid function changes were analyzed.Results TSH median values minimum and maximum eight weeks of pregnancy,respectively,19 +6 weeks of gestation,respectively 0.90mU/L,2.74mU/L,FT4 median value minimum and maximum respectively nine weeks pregnant, pregnant 19 +6 week, respectively 11.34mpmol/L, 8.75pmol/L,TSH with the extension of time to pregnancy gradually increase, while FT4 decreased.Compared with non-pregnant women,pregnant 8 to 12 +6 weeks pregnant median TSH decreased 28.48%,FSH level in 34 cases of pregnant women during pregnancy was lower than the reference range,accounting for 5.54%.FT4 than non-pregnant women the median increased 7.98%,39 cases of pregnant women during pregnancy than non-FT4 reference range,ac-counting for 6.35%.In section 2.5% and 97.5% of euthyroid reference range, non-pregnant females, 8 to 12 +6 weeks of pregnancy,13 to 16+6 weeks of pregnancy,17 to 19 +6 weeks of gestation TSH reference range was 0.16-5.90mU/L, 0.03-3.66mU/L, 0.06-3.75mU/L, 0.32-4.32mU/L, FT4 respectively 6.70-14.04pmol/L, 7.99-18.67pmol/L,6.19-16.23pmol/L,6.43-13.50pmol/L.In 1 706 cases of pregnant women before 20 weeks of pregnancy,41 cases of thyroid dysfunction exists,the total prevalence of 2.40%,including one case of hyperthyroid-ism,1 case of hypothyroidism,subclinical hypothyroidism in 33 cases,6 cases of low FT4 hyperlipidemia,most common subclinical hypothyroidism.Thyroid peroxidase autoantibodies ( TPOAb ) positive rate was 18.70%.Conclusion Pregnancy 20 weeks pregnant TSH and FT4 before presenting specific changes,TSH at 8 to 12 +6 weeks of pregnancy decreased gradually,gradually increased,while the FT4 in 8 to 12 +6 weeks of pregnancy increased gradually,gradually reduce;thyroid dysfunction prevalence is higher,to subclinical hypothyroidism is most common in early pregnancy,so we recommend routine thyroid function tests.

With the acceleration of the aging process of the population, the number of patients suffering from dementia has increased year by year, which has become a prominent social public health problem and has brought a huge burden to the global economy. The effective intervention of controllable risk factors for dementia can reduce and delay the occurrence of dementia by 40%. Strengthening the intervention of the controllable risk factors of dementia, promoting the early diagnosis of dementia, improving the whole-process management of dementia treatment, and exploring new therapeutic targets are a huge systematic project that urgently needs the joint efforts of individuals and the public health system.

OBJECTIVE:To develop and improve the quality standard for Kanggu zengsheng tablet. METHODS:TLC was used for the qualitative identification of Drynaria fortunei,Epimedii Folium and Spatholobus suberectus;HPLC was used for the contents determination of icariin and acteoside:the column was Diamonsil C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid solution (gradient elution) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min;detection wavelength was 270 nm for icariin and 334 nm for acteoside, Cdumn temperature was 25 ℃,and the injection volume was 10 μL. RESULTS:The TLC spots of D. fortunei,Epimedii Folium and S. suberectus were clear and well separated,negative control without interference. The linear range was 0.0188-1.88 μg for ac-teoside(r=0.9999)and 0.107-2.14 μg for icariin(r=0.9999);RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2.0%;recoveries were 100.2%-105.0%(RSD=1.6%,n=9) and 96.2%-99.5%(RSD=1.4%,n=9). CONCLUSIONS:The improved standard can more effectively control the quality of Kanggu zengsheng tablet.

Objective:To screen the optimal formula and technology of demethoxycurcumin nano-structured lipid carriers. Meth-ods:The encapsulation efficiency as the main investigation index, the single factor exploration and orthogonal design were used to study the main factors affecting the quality of the nanoparticles. The optimal formula and technology were obtained. Results:The optimized parameters were as follows:the ratio of drug to lipid materials was 1 ∶40, the ratio of liquid lipid to total lipid materials was 10%, the amount of surfactants was 4% and the amount of lecithin was 2%. The prepared nanoparticles were spheric and regular. The size dis-tribution of the nanoparticles was narrow with the average particle size of 110nm and PDI of 0. 199. Conclusion:The optimized formula and technology of demethoxycurcumin nano-structured lipid carriers are stable and practicable,which provide reference for the further research of demethoxycurcumin.

OBJECTIVE:To systematically review the efficacy and safety of mizolastine combined with H2 recepter antagonists in the treatment of chronic urticaria,and provide evidence-based reference for the clinical treatment. METHODS:Retrieved from PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMBase,CBM,CJFD,etc.,randomized controlled trials (RCT) or QRCT about mizolastine com-bined with H2 recepter antagonists(test group)versus mizolastine alone(control group)in the treatment of chronic urticaria. After quality evaluation and data extract,Meta-analysis was conducted by using Stata 12.0 statistics software. RESULTS:A total of 12 RCT were included,involving 1 188 patients. Results of Meta-analysis showed the effective rate [RR=1.23,95%CI(1.16,1.31), P<0.001] in test group was significantly higher than control group,subgroup analysis showed the the efficacies of different combi-nation of mizolastine and other drugs were significantly better than control group;there was no significant difference in the inci-dence of adverse reactions between 2 group[RR=1.01,95%CI(0.71,1.44),P>0.05]. CONCLUSIONS:The effective rate of mizo-lastine combined with H2 recepter antagonists is significantly higher than mizolastine in the treatment of chronic urticaria,with bet-ter safety. Due to the limit of methodological quality and sample size,it remains to be further verified with more rigorously de-signed and long-term follow-up of large-scale RCT.

Objective To describe depression in liver transplant(LT)recipients and explore their coping styles.Methods One hundred transplant recipients were divided into three groups according to the time after LT:one to six months after the operation(group1),six months to one year(group2)and one to three years after the operation(group3).A self-rating depression scale(SDS)was used to measure their depression levels,and a Medical Coping Modes questionnaire(MCMQ)Was used to investigate their coping styles.The results were compared with those from a general population,and the relevance of depression symptoms and coping styles was analysed. Results The average SDS score of all the LT recipients was 41.03±7.14(42.90±7.18 for group 1.40.71±7.97 for group 2 and 39.69±6.00 for group 3).The average depression scores of the three groups were all significantly higher than in the normal population,but there was no statistically significant difference among the three groups.The depression scores were negatively correlated with the confrontation aspect of coping style,while positively correlated with avoidance and resignation.Conclusion LT recipients tend to be depressed,and the level of depression is strongly related with their coping styles.

Results showes that its anti-tumor effect exactly, anti-tumor mechanism may be associated with a variety of molecular mechanisms, which remains to be further in-depth study.

Type 2 diabetes is a metabolic disease with increasing prevalence,which causes great socioeconomic burden.Intestinal flora is the microbiota located in the human intestines,which are participating in human growth and development,physiological procedures,or even pathogenesis as a closely connected environmental factor.There have recently been rapid progresses in the research on the relationship between intestinal flora and type 2 diabetes in the field of endocrinology and metabolism.In this article,we reviewed the overall framework and research progress in the relationship between intestinal flora and type 2 diabetes,aiming to shed some light on the future research about this topic.

Objective To investigate the advantages and disadvantages of two different approaches (i.e.internal jugular vein and subclavian vein) when used for the implantation of central venus access ports (CVAP).Methods We retrospectively analyzed 620 patients who underwent the implantation of CVAP via the approach of internal jugular vein (n =222) or subclavian vein (n =398) and compared the success rate on first attempt as well as the incidences of peroperative and long-term complications.Results The implantation of CVAP was successfully performed in all the 620 patients,with the success rate on first attempt being 97.24％ (387/398) in the subclavian vein group and 89.19％ (198/222) in the internal jugular vein group (U =0.171,P ＜ 0.01).The incidences of perioperative/long-term complications were 0.90％ (2/222) /1.80％ (4/222) in the internal jugular vein group and 1.26％ (5/398) /2.01％ (8/398) in the subclavian vein group,showing no significant differences (all P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The implantation of CVAP via either the internal jugular vein approach or subclavian vein approach is safe and reliable.Few complications will occur if performed properly.
