Student leaders are the important work force which the college student management and education in the process to rely on.They are not only the bridge and link between schools,teachers and ordinary students,but also the reserve of schools and social management cadres.Grasping and analyzing their basic conditions,the growing demand and group identity is significant.In this paper,the group identity of the student leaders has been sorted out,and their needs and deficiencies are understood through research and discussion about their positioning in the self-awareness,growth and success.And by drawing on the experience of student affairs management in the United States such as ＂student services＂,＂student development ＂,＂student learning＂,we put forward some suggestions in team-building and personnel training of the current student leaders etc..

Crohn's disease (CD) complications include intestinal complications,parenteral complications,and systemic manifestations,of which intestinal complications are the most common.These complications result in serious damage to the quality of life,the risk of life-threatening may also appear.How to deal with these complications has become a major challenge for clinicians.CD requires a multidisciplinary treatment team,treatment complications versa.This review summarized the treatments of CDcommon complications.

Objective:To evaluate the safety of one-lung ventilation and artificial hydrothorax to aid HIFU treatment of liver carcinoma located in distal end of diaphragm and edge of liver and to observe the related indices in the treatment.Methods:Twelve patients with liver carcinoma received general anesthesia using double lumen endobronchial tube bi-chamber trachea cannula.Saline was injected into right thoracic cavity to turn artificial pleural fluid.During HIFU treatment,left lung had a ventilation with 100% FiO_2.Before cannula(value of Base);one lung was ventilated(DLV) for 15 mins,30 mins,60mins,120mins,then double lungs received ventilation again for 30mins(DLV'30).And blood gas was analyzed separately.Vital monitoring machine kept observing ECG,HR,MAP,S_pO_2,and PETCO2.One day and seven days after HIFU,X-ray was made to evaluate the outcome of hydrothorax.Results:All the patients were steady in blood gas and hemodynamic indices at the period of one-lung ventilation with artificial hydrothorax.The indices of PO_2 were higher during one-or two-lung ventilation than Base (P

Objective To observe the changes of serum adiponectin and free fatty acids in different glycometabolic states and to ex- plore their roles in the development and progression of diabetes. AIM:To develop a RP-HPLC method for simultaneously determining three major compounds in Qingre Mingmu Tea(Semen Cassiae,Flos crysanthemi,etc),namely emodin,chrysophanol and physcion with UV detection wavelength at 254 nm. METHODS: The column was Diamonsil C_(18)(250 mm?4.6 mm i.d,5 ?m).The separation was carried out with a gradient program.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. RESULTS: The standard curve was rectilinear in the range of 5.335213.4 ng(r=(0.999 8)) for emodin,9.075-363.0 ng(r=0.999 8) for chrysophanol,and 4.688-187.5 ng(r=1.000 0) for physcion,respectively.The recoveries of the markers listed above were 96.0%,106.5% and 98.1%,respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple,rapid and suitable for the determination of three compounds in Qingre(Mingmu) Tea.

Objective: To review the influence of various processing methods on the content of baicalin in radix Scutellariae and its preparations. Method: The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC. Results: The content of baicalin decreased evidently when the brocessing method was in appropriate. Conclusion: Improper processing method can decrease the content of baicalin, and frying and carbonizing destroyed baicalin seriously.

There are some problems in the establishment and development of the organ procurement organiza -tion ( OPO) , such as a hospital public welfare nature questioned;OPO mechanism is not perfect , the unified mod-el was not established;the staff structure as reasonable etc .Through the analysis and summarization of the above problems, suggestions for implementing appropriate compensation and maximum in the future practical use princi-ple, and ethics training to the staff , in order to promote the development of our body organ donation .

Objective To investigate the development of thyroid function before 20 weeks of pregnancy refer-ence range and prevalence of thyroid dysfunction.Methods 1 706 healthy routine check early single births over the same period of non-pregnant women and maternal health check were chosen for the study.Thyroid function were meas-ured,characteristics of thyroid function changes were analyzed.Results TSH median values minimum and maximum eight weeks of pregnancy,respectively,19 +6 weeks of gestation,respectively 0.90mU/L,2.74mU/L,FT4 median value minimum and maximum respectively nine weeks pregnant, pregnant 19 +6 week, respectively 11.34mpmol/L, 8.75pmol/L,TSH with the extension of time to pregnancy gradually increase, while FT4 decreased.Compared with non-pregnant women,pregnant 8 to 12 +6 weeks pregnant median TSH decreased 28.48%,FSH level in 34 cases of pregnant women during pregnancy was lower than the reference range,accounting for 5.54%.FT4 than non-pregnant women the median increased 7.98%,39 cases of pregnant women during pregnancy than non-FT4 reference range,ac-counting for 6.35%.In section 2.5% and 97.5% of euthyroid reference range, non-pregnant females, 8 to 12 +6 weeks of pregnancy,13 to 16+6 weeks of pregnancy,17 to 19 +6 weeks of gestation TSH reference range was 0.16-5.90mU/L, 0.03-3.66mU/L, 0.06-3.75mU/L, 0.32-4.32mU/L, FT4 respectively 6.70-14.04pmol/L, 7.99-18.67pmol/L,6.19-16.23pmol/L,6.43-13.50pmol/L.In 1 706 cases of pregnant women before 20 weeks of pregnancy,41 cases of thyroid dysfunction exists,the total prevalence of 2.40%,including one case of hyperthyroid-ism,1 case of hypothyroidism,subclinical hypothyroidism in 33 cases,6 cases of low FT4 hyperlipidemia,most common subclinical hypothyroidism.Thyroid peroxidase autoantibodies ( TPOAb ) positive rate was 18.70%.Conclusion Pregnancy 20 weeks pregnant TSH and FT4 before presenting specific changes,TSH at 8 to 12 +6 weeks of pregnancy decreased gradually,gradually increased,while the FT4 in 8 to 12 +6 weeks of pregnancy increased gradually,gradually reduce;thyroid dysfunction prevalence is higher,to subclinical hypothyroidism is most common in early pregnancy,so we recommend routine thyroid function tests.

This paper was aimed to discuss the mechanism of aristolchic acid toxicity, pathogenesis and possible causes of aristolchic acid nephropathy. Recent published studies both at home and abroad were summarized on the impact of aristolchic acid on the incidence and progression of aristolchic acid nephropathy. The results showed that traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) containing aristolchic acid was closely associated with the incidence of aristolchic acid nephropathy. It was concluded that the paper provided some suggestions on preventing aristolchic acid nephropathy.

Recently, the incidence of pediatric inflammatory bowel disease( IBD) is increasing. The diagnosis and treatment of IBD were focused by pediatric clinicians. The clinical features and treatment of pediatric IBD are dif-ferent,because of the growth and development. Growth deficiency and delayed puberty are unique symptoms. Children with IBD were treated with exclusive enteral nutrition as the first line treatment. The better treatment was formulated in accordance with the clinical features and nutritional therapy of pediatric IBD.
