Phthalate esters are commonly used as plasticizers in many products. They have become widely spread in the environment.Several animal studies have showed that phthalate esters possess endocrine disrupting effects.Phthalate esters have been found in body fluid such as urine, blood and semen. As the base of internal exposure assessment, metabolism of phthalate esters was reviewed in the paper. The main metabolism pathways for phthalate esters and their metabolites in urine were summarized and the levels of metabolites of phthalate esters in different people were compared.

Objective To explore the application and clinical effect of blood bridge venous flap in finger wound with proper palmar digital artery defect. Methods From February,2007 to September,2016,11 cases of fin-ger wound with artery defect were repaired with forearm vein free flap by the way of bridging blood vessels. The time from injury to surgery was 1.5 to 6 hours(average 2.5 hours).Vascular defect length was 1.4 to 3.4 cm(average 2.3 cm). 8 cases were bridged the unilateral digital artery and 3 cases were bridged the both side. The area of skin flap was 1.5 cm × 2.0 cm to 2.2 cm × 3.5 cm and the donor site was sutured directly. Results One case appeared necrosis in marginal part and healed after dressing change. The other flaps and finger survived and the incisions healed well. All the 11 cases were followed up after operation. The follow-up time ranged from 6 to 20 months, aver-aged 10 months. The color and texture were well, the sensation of temperature, pain and tactile were recovered, and the flap had good contour. According to TAM system evaluation method: 6 cases got excellent results,4 cases were good,1 case was poor. The donor site only had a linear scar and the flexion and extension of wrist were not limited. Conclusion Flow bridging venous flap can reconstruct the finger blood and repair the wound simultaneously. To the finger with nerve or tendon defect, bridged with the cutaneous nerve or palmaris longus tendon can also get satisfactory result.

BACKGROUND:
Cholecystectomy is a standard surgery for patients suffering from gallbladder diseases, while the causal effects of cholecystectomy on colorectal cancer (CRC) and other complications are still unknown.
METHODS:
We obtained genetic variants associated with cholecystectomy at a genome-wide significant level ( P value <5 × 10 -8 ) as instrumental variables (IVs) and performed Mendelian randomization (MR) to identify the complications of cholecystectomy. Furthermore, the cholelithiasis was also treated as the exposure to compare its causal effects to those of cholecystectomy, and multivariable MR analysis was carried out to judge whether the effect of cholecystectomy was independent of cholelithiasis. The study was reported based on Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology Using Mendelian Randomization guidelines.
RESULTS:
The selected IVs explained 1.76% variance of cholecystectomy. Our MR analysis suggested that cholecystectomy cannot elevate the risk of CRC (odds ratio [OR] =1.543, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.607-3.924). Also, it was not significant in either colon or rectum cancer. Intriguingly, cholecystectomy might decrease the risk of Crohn's disease (OR = 0.078, 95% CI: 0.016-0.368) and coronary heart disease (OR = 0.352, 95% CI: 0.164-0.756). However, it might increase the risk of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) (OR = 7.573, 95% CI: 1.096-52.318). Cholelithiasis could increase the risk of CRC in the largest population (OR = 1.041, 95% CI: 1.010-1.073). The multivariable MR analysis suggested that genetic liability to cholelithiasis could increase the risk of CRC in the largest population (OR = 1.061, 95% CI: 1.002-1.125) after adjustment of cholecystectomy.
CONCLUSIONS
The study indicated that cholecystectomy might not increase the risk of CRC, but such a conclusion needs further proving by clinical equivalence. Additionally, it might increase the risk of IBS, which should be paid attention to in clinical practice.

BACKGROUND:
Perioperative treatment has become an increasingly important aspect of the management of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Small-scale clinical studies performed in recent years have shown improvements in the major pathological remission rate after neoadjuvant therapy, suggesting that it will soon become an important part of NSCLC treatment. Nevertheless, neoadjuvant immunotherapy may be accompanied by serious adverse reactions that lead to delay or cancelation of surgery, additional illness, and even death, and have therefore attracted much attention. The purpose of the clinical recommendations is to form a diagnosis and treatment plan suitable for the current domestic medical situation for the immune-related adverse event (irAE).
METHODS:
This recommendation is composed of experts in thoracic surgery, oncologists, thoracic medicine and irAE related departments (gastroenterology, respirology, cardiology, infectious medicine, hematology, endocrinology, rheumatology, neurology, dermatology, emergency section) to jointly complete the formulation. Experts make full reference to the irAE guidelines, large-scale clinical research data published by thoracic surgery, and the clinical experience of domestic doctors and publicly published cases, and repeated discussions in multiple disciplines to form this recommendation for perioperative irAE.
RESULTS:
This clinical recommendation covers the whole process of prevention, evaluation, examination, treatment and monitoring related to irAE, so as to guide the clinical work comprehensively and effectively.
CONCLUSIONS
Perioperative irAE management is an important part of immune perioperative treatment of lung cancer. With the continuous development of immune perioperative treatment, more research is needed in the future to optimize the diagnosis and treatment of perioperative irAE.
