The treatment of low mesioangular impaction of second molar is difficult because of the little crown exposure and the influence of the third molar.We used modified lingual arch as a stronger anchorage to upright the lower second molars combined with manufactured spring,the treatment procedure is simple and effective.

[Objective] This paper analyzes and discusses the institutions of traditional Chinese medicine professional training curriculum for a reference of Chinese Medicine University computer science in training mode reform. [Method] From the aspects of training objectives and training courses to explore the way how the pharmaceutical advantages combine disciplines and computer science disciplines to take the characteristics, medicine and computer science training complex practical talents, set the computer analysis of professional training courses and the advantages of the characteristics of the training curriculum. [Results] Computer department of Chinese Medicine University should take special way of education, training content to selected projects. [Conclusion] Chinese Medicine University should cultivate medicine and modern medicine in the background, taking into account the general application of information technology personnel, taking into account the characteristics of pharmaceutical and computer professional features expanded project training.

Objective:To screen the high performance,specific and nontoxic anti HBV antisense oligonucleotide fragment.Methods:Taking 2.2.15 cells as cell model,the antisense oligodeoxynucleotides(ASON)toward the HBV regulation genesenhancerⅡ(HBV EFⅡ)were designed and synthesized.The role played by ASON in inhibiting the secretion and expession of HBsAg and HBeAg by the host cells was detected by ELISA method.The effect of ASON on prolifezation and metabolism of the cells was detected by MTT method.Results:The inhibitory rate of HBsAg by ASON was 92% and 75%,respectively,indicating that itsdifference from that of noncomplementary sequence control group(inhibitory rate was 11%)had considerable statistical significance( P 0.05).Conclusion:ENⅡ is one of the most important target oriented sequencial selective regions of research on anti HBV nature of antisense oligonucleotide.

Objective To study the effect of erythropoietin（EPO） on PI3-K/Akt signal pathway of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury（I/R） in immature rabbits. Methods Thirty immature rabbits were randomly divided into two groups （n = 15/greup ）, The rabbits were intraperi- toneally injected with 2 ml of normal saline in control group, or 5 000 U/kg of EPO in treated group 24 h before I/R. The Langendorff isolat- ed perfused heart model was established, and the myocardial expression of PI3K, AKT and Caspase 9 were examined by immunohistochem- istry in 2 h after repeffusion. To monitor the myocardial apoptosis,we performed TUNEL in 2 h after reperfusion. Results The expression of myocardial PI3K and AKT in EPO group was significantly higher in EPO-treated group than those in control group. In EPO-treated group, the expression of myocardial caspase 9 was significantly lower than that in control group. The average optical density of myocardial PI3K, AKT and caspase 9 were significantly different between both groups （P 〈 0.01 ）.The number of apoptotic cell was significantly fewer in EPO- treated group than that in control group. The myocardial apoptosis index （AI）was significantly different between two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion EPO pretreatment can influence the PI3-K/Akt signal pathway and decrease the myocardial apoptosis,and significantly reduce the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion（I/R） injury in immature rabbits.

Objective To explore the mechanism of immune tolerance in chronic B hepatitis, the effects of HBV infection on the functions of macrophages and related mechanism of signal transduction by transfection in vitro were studied. Methods Peritoneal macrophages of mice were isolated regularly and cultured, transfected transiently with pcDNA3-HBV or pcDNA3 plasmid DNA and cultured under the stimulation of LPS. After 72 h, RT-PCR was performed to detect the expression of PreS1, TNF-? or IL-1? mRNA. To detect the expression of NF-?B RelA protein by FCM, and the level of nitric oxide in cultural supernatant was measured with Griess reaction. Results After being transfected with pcDNA3-HBV,peritoneal macrophages had the expression of PreS1 mRNA, but have lower level of TNF-?、IL-1? mRNA and transcriptional factor NF-?B, compared with pcDNA3-transfected control group; the level of nitric oxide in pcDNA3-HBV group was also decreased. Conclusions Transient transfection of pcDNA3-HBV could decrease the function of macrophages directly by inhibiting NF-?B activity and effector molecules production, which may be one of the mechanisms of immune tolerance in chronic B hepatitis.

Objective To observe the relationship between early lactate clearance and APACHEⅡ in critically ill patients. Methods In 121 critically ill patients,APACHE Ⅱ and lactate clearance rate were recorded. According to APACHE Ⅱ score,all patients were divided into≤10 score group, (11 ～20) score group,(21 ～30) score group and ＞ 30 score group, then compared the level of the early lactate clearance rate. The early lactate clearance rate were also compared between survival group and death group. Then the relationship between early lactate clearance and APACHE Ⅱ were analyzed. Results In( 11 ～20) score group,the early lactate clearance rate was lower than those in ≤ 10 score group, but the difference was not significant ( P ＞ 0. 05 ). The early lactate clearance rate in (21 ～ 30) score group ( 18. 35 ± 10. 01 ) % was lower than those in ( 11 ～ 20) score group (27.35 ± 10. 22) % ( t = 3.481, P ＜ 0. 01 ),in ＞ 30 score group( 11.98 ± 9. 93 )% those was lower compared with (21 ～30) score group( t = 2. 968, P ＜ 0. 01 ). In death group, APACHE Ⅱ score(28. 1 ± 6. 7 ) was higher than that in survival group ( 18. 8 ± 8. 4) ( t = 3. 030, P ＜0. 01 ), the early lactate clearance rate was lower ( t = 3. 619, P ＜ 0. 01 ). Objective To investigate the effect of butylphthalide on the memory,movement and ERP (event-related potentials) in patients with cerebral infarction cognitive impairment.Methods A total of 134 patients with cerebral infarction cognitive impairment were randomly divided into treatment group (67 patients) and control group (67 patients).All patients were given conventional cerebral infarction treatment as well as cognitive improvement intervention.Oral administration of butylphthalide was added onto the patients in the treatment group.Curative effects were observed after 30 days′ continued treatment.The cognitive function scores,memory scores,movement scores,ERP test and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 30 days′ treatment,two groups of the montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) scores were 27.2±4.9 and 25.1±4.1 respectively;the total scores of memory were 5.5±0.5 and 4.9±0.5 respectively;the scores of motor assessment scale (Fugl-meyer) were 85.6±6.2 and 74.2±6.1 respectively and P3 amplitudes were (9.5±0.9)μV and (8.1±0.9)μV respectively.All the indexes mentioned above in treatment group were significantly increased compared with those of before treatment(P<0.05).The results of N1,N2,P2 and P3 in the latency detection were significantly decreased compared with those of before treatment(P<0.05).And the results of P2 and P3 in the latency detection of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,no adverse reaction was observed in both groups.Conclusion Based on conventional cerebral infraction treatment,oral administration of butyraldehyde effectively improve the therapeutic effect.

Objective To investigate the effects of Dihuang-Yinzi on cognition and energy metabolism of AD (Alzheimer’s disease) mice. Methods 60 Male APPsw/PS1ΔE9 mice were divided into 5 groups model, positive drug (Aricept), high, medium and low dosage of Dihuang-Yinzi. C57BL/6J mice with same age were served as normal control. All groups were orally administrated for 150 days. The spatial memory and passive avoidance were measured. The energy charge, activity of complex I, II and IV of respiratory chain, enzymatic activity of ATPase and mitochondrial membrane potential were assayed. Results APPsw/PS1ΔE9 mice showed significant impairments in cognition and energy production [(0.39±0.02),(3.28± 0.37)μOD/(min?μg),(0.19±0.04)mOD/(min?μg),(0.26±0.03)mOD/(min?μg),(0.19±0.02),(0.30±0.03)、(3.49±0.73)]with compaired to normal control[(0.57±0.06),(8.74±1.57)μOD/(min?μg),(0.43± 0.02)mOD/(min?μg),(0.69±0.02)mOD/(min?μg),(0.65±0.02),(0.51±0.01),(7.41±1.28)]. Dihuang-Yinzi ameliorates cognition decline, promotes acitivity of energy production related enyzmes, and restores mitochondrial membrane potential in AD mice[(0.57 ± 0.07),(8.42 ± 1.74)μOD/(min ?μg),(0.64 ± 0.03)mOD/(min?μg),(0.68±0.04),(0.55±0.01),(6.69±1.03), P<0.01 or 0.05]. Conclusion Dihuang-Yinzi could improve cognition and energy metabolism of APPsw/PS1ΔE9 mice by protecting mitochondria from pathologic injury.

Objective Primary renal mucosa associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma (MALT lymphoma)is very rare,here dis-cuss the clinical pathological characteristics and diagnosis,differential diagnosis of primary renal MALT lymphoma.Methods A case of primary renal MALT lymphoma was assayed for clinical and histopathological morphology,an well as immuno-histochemical staining,then reviewed the relevant literature.Results The clinical and imaging characteristics of renal lym-phoma lack of specific performance,the tissue section of the kidney biopsy showed diffuse infiltration of small lymphocytes. The small lymphocytes were centrocytes-like,monocytes-like,and plasma cell differentiation was recognized.Lymphoepithe-lial lesions were scattered.Follicular implanted phenomenon could been seen.Immunohistochemically result:the tumor cells were positive for CD20,PAX-5,CD79αand MUM-1,but negative for CD3,CD5,CD45RO,bcl-2,CD10,bcl-6 and CyclinD1. CD2 1 showed damage FDC network,positive for Kappa,negative for lambda,and it showed monoclonal phenotype,the Ki-6 7 index was about 35%.Final pathology diagnosis was primary renal MALT lymphoma.Conclusion Primary renal MALT lymphoma is very rare,the clinical manifestations and imaging characteristic of renal lymphoma are non-specific and misdiag-nosis frequently occurs in clinical practice,definite diagnosis depends on pathological examination,immunohistochemical stai-ning is helpful to differential diagnosis.
