Objective To understand the current situation and motives of patients xeroxing medical records and the various factors affecting patients' right to know. Methods A cross-sectional survey was made on people who xeroxed medical records with self-made questionnaires and methods of descriptive analysis and stepwise regression analysis were then used to analyze 306 returned questionnaires. Results 98.37% of those surveyed showed approval for the procedures regarding the xeroxing of medical records; 98.04% felt satisfied with the hospital's medical records control; and the chief motives of patients xeroxing medical records were data keeping (28.57%) and medical insurance(27.12%). The current state of knowledge possessed by people xeroxing medical records about patients' rights was unsatisfying. Conclusion Patients' awareness of their right to xerox medical records and their satisfaction towards the hospital's medical records control are fairly high, and yet efforts still need to be made to step up propaganda among rural and elderly people.

Objective To observe the changes of the depressive behavior and amygdaloid nucleus nerve growth factor(NGF)expression in estro?gen?deprived female rats and explore the possible mechanism and targets of estradiol in depression treatment. Methods A total of 30 adult SD fe?male rats were randomly assigned to 3 groups:sham operation group(SHAM,n=10);ovariectomized group(OVX,n=10)and ovariectomized rats treated with estradiol group(OVX+E,n=10). The behavior changes were observed by tail suspension test(TST)and sucrose preference test (SPT) after 8?week estradiol treatment. Subsequently ,immunohistochemical staining detect NGF expression in amygdaloid nucleus. Results Compared with the SHAM group rats, sucrose preference ratio significantly decreased in SPT(P<0.01),immobile time prolonged in TST(P<0.01),serum estradiol level and amygdaloid NGF expression significantly decreased(all P<0.01). 8?week estradiol treatment ameliorated depres?sion?like behavior and increased serum E2 level and NGF expression in amygdaloid nucleus in OVX+E group rats when compared with the OVX group(all P<0.01). Conclusion Estradiol treatment can improve the depressive behavior of ovariectomized rats ,which may be related to the in?crease of serum estradiol level and the expression of NGF in amygdaloid nucleus.

Objective:
To learn the sequence characteristics of C2-V4 of HIV-1 env genes and the epitope variation of representative broadly monoclonal neutralizing antibody in Fuxin, so as to provide evidence for the HIV-1 variation trend and the biological characteristics of V3 loop.
Methods :
The whole blood samples of 112 HIV-1 cases in Fuxin Health Service Center from 2018 to 2019 were collected and the DNA was extracted. The C2-V4 of env genes were amplified by nested-PCR and the PCR products were subjected to sequencing. The bioinformatics analysis was carried out using MEGA software, and the V3-tip motifs, co-receptors, net charge and characteristic amino acids were analyzed using HIV Database.
Results:
Totally 101 effective gene sequences were obtained, and 5 types of V3-tip motifs were found. Among them, 77 pieces of GPGQ ( 76.24% ) were found in CRF01_AE, CRF07_BC, CRF65_cpx and G subtypes; 19 pieces of GPGR ( 18.81% ) were found in CRF01_AE, CRF07_BC and B subtypes; 3 pieces of GPGH, 1 piece of GPGK and 1 piece of GPGA were only found in CRF01_ AE subtype. The co-receptor was mainly CCR5 ( 84, 83.17% ) . The net charge numbers of V3 loops in CRF01_ AE, CRF07_ BC, B, CRF65_cpx and G were 3.28±1.17, 3.22±0.92, 4.25±0.83, 2.50±0.50 and 3, respectively. The mutation rates of neutralizing antibodies binding b12 and VRC01 were 0-9.90%. The deletion rates of N-glycosylation sites of 295 and 332 were 18.81% and 14.85%, without the loss of both sites.
Conclusions
The HIV-1 strains in Fuxin from 2018 to 2019 are macrophage-tropic and non-syncytium-inducing, with GPGQ as the main type of V3-tip motif, CCR5 as the main co-receptor, slow replication and low ability to escape neutralizing antibodies.

Objective:
To explore whether social support has a moderating effect on the relationship between negative emotions including depression, anxiety, stress with suicidal behaviors, and to provide reference for the suicide prevention among college students.
Methods:
Three universities were selected in Qinghai, Ningxia and Xinjiang province, and 4 893 college students were selected using cluster sampling method. The Social Support Scale, Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale(DASS) and Suicidal Behavior Questionnaire-Revised self-evaluation questionnaires were used to collect data. Hierarchical linear regression model was employed to explore the moderating effect of social support.
Results:
A total of 4 893 college students completed full questionnaires and included in the final analysis. Among them, 738(15.08%) were under high risk of suicidal behaviors. The regression model showed that DASS score was positively associated with suicidal behavior (β=0.31, P<0.01), and social support was negatively associated with suicidal behavior (β=-0.08, P<0.01); Additionally, the interaction between social support and DASS negatively correlated with suicidal behavior (β=-0.05, P<0.01).
Conclusion
Social support may have buffering effects on the relationship between negative emotions (depression, anxiety and stress) and suicidal behaviors.
