Journal of Clinical Neurology 1995;0(04):-
Rats were used to establish an animal model of cerebral ischemia and the change of endogenous opiate peptides (LEK, ?-EP, DynA1-13) and monoamines (5-HT, 5-HIAA) levels in the ischemia cerebral tissue were measured. The main findings were as follows: The levels of LEK reduced slightly in cerebral ischemia for 60 minutes, but the levels of DynA1-13 and 5-HIAA increased obviously in cerebral ischemia for 60 minutes. At the same time the levels of ?-EP and 5-HT decreased obviously. The results suggest that the endogenous opiate peptides and monomines play a possible role in the development of cerebral ischemic damage.

Objective To investigate the different responses of diaphragm and peripheral muscles to cisatracurium in rabbits. Methods 8 male New zealand rabbits were anaesthetized with pentobarbital, and then the diaphragm, tibialis anterior, soleus muscles, phrenic nerves, tibial nerve, and peroneal nerve were gently freeded. The muscles were secured to force displacement transducers, and the nerves were directly stimulated by electrodes with supramaximal square waves. The isometric force of twitch tention of each muscle was recorded. The cumulative dose-response technique was separately used for obtaining the ED50and ED95 values of the cisatracurium in each muscle. Results The muscle-relaxing of cisatracurium on the three muscles in were observed in a dose-dependent manner. The ED50 values and ED95 values were: diaphragm(39.3 ± 2.5)μg/kg and(75.7 ± 4.2)μg/kg,tibialis anterior(80.6 ± 7.5)μg/kg and(123.3 ±9.3)μg/kg,soleus(80.0 ± 7.1)μg/kg and(126.9 ± 9.4)μg/kg,respectively.It had significant difference between diaphragm vs tibialis or soleus,P < 0.05.Conclusions The muscle relaxant effects of cisatracurium on diaphragm and peripheral muscles were different, and diaphragm was more sensitive than peripheral muscles.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2023;44(7):979-984
Objective:
The study aimed to develop Questionnaire for Parental Acceptability of School based Depression Symptom Screening by Delphi method, so as to provide a reference and suggestions for promoting screening adolescents depression.
Methods:
The study was conducted through the literature review and two rounds of the Delphi expert consultation. The initial construction of scale dimension and item was conducted through the literature search. A survey of 12 experts from 6 different provinces, cities and regions in China was conducted, and the Delphi technique was used to collect and analyze expert opinions data about the importance and feasibility of questionnaire content. The dimensions and specific items of the questionnaire were finally determinded.
Results:
The response rates were 100% in both rounds of Delphi consultation. Kendall coordination degree W =0.22 ( χ 2=63.72, P <0.01), which showed the agreement of expert opinions. The initial scale consisted of 4 dimensions and 17 items, including parental cognition of school based depression screening, parental cognition of school depression screening results feedback and management, parental attitude of school based depression screening, parental utilization of mental health services. After two rounds of expert consulattion, the final scale consisted of 3 first grade dimensions including parental cognition of depression symptom, parental attitude of school based depression symptom screening and parental mental health promotion behaviour, and also cinsisted of 4 second grade dimensions including parental knowledge of depression symptom, parental attitude of school based depression symptom screening, parental choice preference of school based depression symptom screening, parental utilization of mental health services, which had a total of 25 items.
Conclusion
The questionnaire is developed for assessing parental acceptability of school based depression screening and associated factors. The finding will facilitate mental health services providers in the screening implementation, but further empirical research is still needed.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2022;21(1):47-49
Objective:To observe the application effect of simulation medicine teaching in clinical practice teaching of respiratory department. Methods:A total of 96 five-year undergraduate students of clinical medicine specialty from Batch 2018 were randomized into in two groups in average. The traditional teaching group conducted bedside teaching according to traditional teaching outline, and the simulation medicine group used simulated medical teaching method. The performances of theoretical knowledge and skill operations and the teaching satisfaction with the department were evaluated between the two groups. SPSS 22.0 was used for t test and chi-square test. Results:There was no significant difference in theoretical knowledge between the two groups, but the results of skill operation test and satisfaction with the department of the simulation medicine group were significantly better than those of the traditional teaching group, and the difference was statistically significant [(80.92±5.99) vs. (87.71±4.95), P<0.050; χ2=26.14, P<0.05]. Conclusion:Simulation medicine teaching is better than traditional teaching in clinical practice teaching of respiratory department, which can improve students' clinical skills and operation level, cultivate good clinical thinking for students, and improve their learning interests.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2024;45(4):475-478
Objective:
To explore the association between bedroom light at night (LAN) exposure and body mass index (BMI) in children at 1 year follow up, so as to provide new strategies for obesity prevention.
Methods:
From December 2021 to May 2022, cluster random sampling was conducted, involving 648 children from two primary schools in Tianchang, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province, China, to assess bedroom LAN exposure of children during sleep. A questionnaire survey and physical examination were carried out in May 2022. Multivariate linear regression was performed to analyze the correlation between bedroom LAN exposure and BMI variable quantity at 1 year follow up (May, 2023).
Results:
The median intensity of bedroom LAN exposure during the sleep episode was [1.11(0.35,3.24)lx] in children. The proportion of the sample exposed to an average light intensity of ≥3 lx was 27.5%, while 19.0% was exposed to a LAN intensity of ≥5 lx during the sleep episode. In the multivariable linear regression, after adjusting for covariates, including sex, baseline age, sleep duration, family monthly income, and maternal education level, exposure to a 1 h-average post bedtime LAN intensity of ≥3 lx ( β=0.25, 95%CI =0.05-0.44) and LAN≥5 lx ( β=0.34, 95% CI = 0.12-0.55) was associated with a gain of 0.25 and 0.34 kg/m 2, respectively, in the children s BMI at the 1 year follow up ( P < 0.05).
Conclusions
A positive correlation was found between bedroom LAN exposure and BMI variable quantity at 1 year follow up in children. Thus, reduced bedroom LAN exposure might be useful for interventions aimed at obesity prevention.
