Objective To explore the clinical symptoms,signs,and analysis of misdiagnosis of blephaokera-toconjunctivitis(BKC).Methods The clinical data of 88 patients with BKC in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Based on the patients'symptoms,signs and BKC diagnostic criteria,the causes of misdiagnosis were analyzed.Results In 88 patients with BKC,59 cases were misdiagnosed,the misdiagnosis rate was 67.04%.The People's Hospital of Anshun misdiagnosed 10 cases(12.19%),among which resident misdiagnosed 6 cases(6.81%),attending physician misdiagnosed 2 cases (2.27%),deputy director and the above physician misdiagnosed 1 case (1.13%);outer court misdiagnosed 49 cases (55.68%),among which three level hospital misdiagnosed 8 cases(9.09%),II level hospital misdiagnosed 23 cases(26.13%),a level hospital and the following misdiagnosed 18 cases (20.45%);misdiagnosis disease including virus sex keratitis 14 cases(15.9%),chronic blepharitis in 13 cases(14.77%),the meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)in 10 cases(11.36%),8 cases of dry eye(9.09%),6 cases of chronic conjunctivitis(6.81%),allergic conjunctivitis 5 cases (5.68%),marginal corneal ulcer in 3 cases(3.4%).Conclusion The clinical characteristics of BKC and viral keratitis,chronic blepharitis, MDGS and dry eye disease are similar and overlap,and clinicians are lack of knowledge and awareness of the disease, the clinical misdiagnosis and mistreatment is vulnerable,especially in primary care doctors.We should pay attention to the clinical patients'history,symptoms,slit lamp microscope examination of palpebral and conjunctival and corneal conditions,etc.thus to reduce misdiagnosis and avoid medical disputes.

Objective To understand the risk factors for poor prognosis of severe adenovirus pneumonia (SAP)in children,and provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and prognosis.Methods Clinical data of 91 hospitalized children who diagnosed with SAP in Chongqing Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University between January 2012 and January 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of 91 SAP children,23 (25.27%)had poor prognosis. Univariate analysis showed that risk factors for poor prognosis of SAP were age of onset,congenital heart disease and other serious underlying diseases,mechanical ventilation therapy,acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), atelectasis and other serious radiological changes,and emergence of two and more extra-pulmonary complications (all P <0.05).Multivariate regression analysis showed that congenital heart disease and other serious underlying diseases,and emergence of two and more extra-pulmonary complications were independent risk factors for poor prognosis of SAP (all P <0.05).Conclusion Congenital heart disease and other serious underlying diseases,emer-gence of two and more extra-pulmonary complications are independent risk factors for poor prognosis of SAP,active intervention should be conducted during the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment,so as to improve the prognosis.

Objective To reveal the transmiting discipline of parameters and define therapy time window of ischemia penumbra by continuous detection of diffusion tensor imaging(DTI) o Methods 35 patients with acute cerebral infarction in different phases were imaged with conventional DWI and DTI.To measure DCavg,FA,RA,1-VR,ADC in different regions of interest (ROI).Results Change in DCavg had tendency which appear reduced obviously,elevated,renormalized,increased.FA/RA/1-VR of lesions elevated in hyperacute stroke and unrecovered declined acute to sub-acute stroke.Difference of DCavg,FA,RA,1-VR between central and periphral parts of lesions were significant in hyperacute and acute stroke.ADC of lesions were significant in hyperacute and acute stroke.Difference of FA between central and peripheral parts of lesions were significant in acute stroke(P ＜ 0.01).Difference of ADC,DCavg between central and peripheral parts of lesions were significant in acute and subacute stroke(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion It had characteristic discipline in changes of DCavg,FA,RA,1-VR,ADC,The peripheral parts of lesions in hyperacute and acute stroke maybe ischemia penumbra,DTI has important practical value for clinical.

Objective To elevate ability of diagnosing adrenal tumors. Methods B-ultrasonography were performed on 385 cases;CT scanning were on 385 cases;IVU were on 380 cases;MRI were on 180 cases;Doppler were on 63 cases;DSA were on 16 cases;MRA were on 28 cases;MIBG were on 34 cases;3 cases were performed tumors biopsy directed through CT. Results The accurate localization rate of APA,Cushing tumors,Pheo,myelolipoma with B-ultrasonography were 92.7%,88.3%,100.0%,100.0% respectively.The accurate qualitative rate of diagnosis were 83.2%,86.7%,83.4%,100.0% respectively.With CT scanning were 98.2%,98.7%,100.0%,100.0% and 90.5%,92.3%,83.4%,100.0% respectively.With MRI were 90.4%,96.5%,100.0%,100.0% and 72.8%?93.5%?85.8%?100.0% respectively. Conclusions The overall data of imaging is helpful in diagnosis of adrenal tumors.Correct localization of the tumors is the key step for the treatment.

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal tumors. Methods 1 006 cases of adrenal tumors treated from 1957 to 2000 were reviewed. Results Of the 1 006 cases of adrenal tumors,845(84.0%) were functional with 12(1.4%) malignant and 161(16%) nonfunctional with 11( 6.8%) malignant.There were 180 incidentaloma including 19 pheochromocytoma.A total of 996 tumors have been surgically removed and 10 cases underwent surgical exploration only.The total mortality rate was 0.3%. Conclusions Adrenal tumors occurred mostly in patients of 30～50 years of age.The prevalence of Cushing syndrome was more in females than in males.Ultrasonography and CT are the method of choice for the localization of the tumor whereas hormone levels should be determined both in the symtomatic and asymtomatic patients with adrenal tumors.Functional adrenal tumors and solid incidentaloma of large size should be surgically removed while asymtomatic incidentaloma less than 3 cm in size could be observed and followed up and surgery might be undertaken when indicated.

AIM: To study the volatile oil of GanluXiaodu Granules GLXD (Talcum, Herba Artemisiae Scopariae, Radix Scutellariae etc.) and establish it's fingerprint. METHODS: By capillary gas chromatography. RESULTS: The fingerprints of volatile oil in Ganlu Xiaodu Granules were composed of 56 peaks, among which there were 17 characteristic peaks, having 86.97% of total area of the whole fingerprints peaks. The average RSD of retention time of characteristic peaks was 0.33%, that of peak-area was 2.76%. CONCLUSION: The fingerprints of volatile in Ganlu Xiaodu Granules can be used to control the quality.

Objective To Validate the prognostic significance of the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) risk tables in Chinese patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). Methods According to the scoring standard of the EORTC system, 225 NMIBC patients were reviewed and divided into 3 groups: low, intermediate and high risk groups for recurrence and progression respectively. The probabilities of recurrence and progression at 1 year and 5 year for each group were calculated using life-table analysis and then compared with the EORTC risk tables. Log-Rank test and multivariable analysis were used to analyze the possible differences between risk groups and to find independent prognostic factors. Results For low (n= 32, 25), intermediate (n=109, 128) and high (n=84, 72) risk groups, the probabilities of recurrence and progression at 1 year were 15. 1%, 31.2%, 55.5% and 0. 3%, 2. 0%, 15.5% respectively. The probabilities at 5 year were 28. 2%, 55.2%, 75.0% and 1.4%, 12.9%, 54. 7%. All the results were similar to that of EORTC tables except the probability of progression at 5 year for the high progression risk group.The differences between different risk groups were significant (P＜0.01). In a multivariable analysis for recurrence and progression, the EORTC scores had independent significance (P＜0.01). Conclusions EORTC risk tables could stratify NMIBC patients effectively according to the risk of recurrence and progression. It could be a useful tool for Chinese urologists.
