2.Analysis & Advice in Direct-to-Consumer Marketing of Prescription Drugs
China Pharmacy 2005;0(13):-
OBJECTIVE: To bring forward feasible suggestions for Direct-to-Consumer(DTC) marketing of prescription drugs.METHODS: The importance of analysis of DTC marketing of prescription drugs in solving "unrealistically high" drug price because of asymmetric information and its role in sufferers' participating in self-health care were analyzed. The status quo and the problems faced in US DTC marketing were also analyzed.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The marketing of prescription drugs can be extended to the sufferers in China, but we must pay attention to the checkup for DTC advertisement, the time of DTC advertisement being forbidden after the new drugs launched into the market and the scope for DTC marketing.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2015;39(2):83-86
In order to reduce the impact of various noise in pulse signal, the quality estimation and filtering algorithms based on cyclostationarity are proposed to reprocess pulse signal. First, A quality evaluation index of pulse signal which named quality factor is defined by cyclic spectrum to describe the quality variation of the pulse signal affected by noise; Second, a cyclic correlation matched filter (CCMF) is designed to remove noise. The simulation of pulse signal is produced by ourselves and noise signal is provided by MIT-BIH physiological database are used to test the function of proposed method, and then the method is applied to the actual pulse signal. The results show that the quality factor can accurately reflect the quality of the pulse signal and the CCMF can effectively remove noise from pulse signal.

Journal of China Pharmaceutical University 2017;48(2):167-171
To explore a new strategy for further optimization to the C-3 bioisteric heterocyclic ring of fluoroquinolones, twelve novel fluoroquinolone C-3 s-triazole Schiff-base carboxylic acid derivatives(7a-71) were designed and synthesized with both functionalized sulfanylacetic acid and Schiff-base moieties as the modified side-chain for the C-3 bioisosteric s-triazole ring of pefloxacin(1).The structures were characterized by elemental analysis and spectral data, and the in vitro anti-tumor activity of the title compounds against SMMC-7721,L1210 and HL60 cell lines was evaluated. The preliminary pharmacological results demonstrated that the title compounds possessed more significantly anti-proliferative activity than either the parent 1 or the corresponding amine intermediates(6).In particular, the title compound bearing a fluorine atom (7j) and compound bearing a nitro group attached to benzene ring (71) were comparable to the control doxorubicin against SMMC-7721 cells with an IC50 value of micro-molar concentration, respectively. It suggests that s-triazole ring modified with functional side-chain moieties instead of the C-3 carboxylic group is favorable to the improvement of antitumor activity.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(21):1853-1856
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the correlation between tongue body MRI measurements and the lingual region obstruction in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, OSAHS), and the relationship of two diagnosis methods in positioning obstructive level, in order to improve the preoperative diagnostic accuracy of obstructive level in OSAHS patients .
METHOD:
Fifty-nine patients with OSAHS definited by the AG200 sleep apnea monitoring and obstruction plane positioning system was included. They all underwent tongue MRI scan, after three-dimensional reconstruction, the tongue body length to diameter, relative thickness, basal diameter, wide around central about wide diameter and tongue body volume were measured. The lower blocking (mainly composed of lingual region) constituent ratio P established by AG200 was correlated with tongue parameters measured by MRI. At the same time, To analysis of differences of P in patients with different degree of OSAHS.
RESULT:
Among these patients with OSAHS in different degree, the coefficient correlation between tongue parameters(tongue length, relative thickness, basal diameter, wide middle diameter, tongue body volume) and lower blocking constitute ratio P werer LP = 0.051,rHP = 0.069, r1 = 0.215, r2 = 0.147, rVP = 0.259, respectively. lower obstruction of form than the differences had statistical significance. The measured tongue parameters and value P(the lower blocking constituent ratio) were negatively correlated, which demonstrated that exclusing of the larynx and hypopharynx airway obstruction, the lower airway obstruction detected by AG200 was related with tongue parameters measured by MRI, and was strongestly related with the tongue body volume.
CONCLUSION
The volume of tongue and AG had correlation in judgement of lower blocking. In OSAHS patients the lower blocking constituent ratio varies between the defferent severity groups of the disease, the combina tion of the two method can be used to predict the obstructive plane in OSAHS patients with upper airway obstruction, and provide the basis for the individual treatment of patients with OSAHS.

Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 2017;26(8):951-955
Charged particle therapy offers a better effect and obvious dosimetric and biological advantages over conventional radiotherapy in tumor control.Charged particles form Bragg peak in the dose distribution in tissue, enable most of energy to be deposited in the target region, and thus enhance tumor control and reduce the damage to normal tissues surrounding the tumor. With the increasing demand for charged particle therapy and the advances in particle accelerator, particle therapy technology is developing rapidly. The core apparatus of particle therapy facility is particle accelerator, and the accelerator type, particle type, and implementation technique determine the performance and therapeutic effect of the facility. This article provides a detailed comparative analysis of various particle therapies.Statistical data show that proton therapy is dominant in particle therapy, and high construction difficulty, large facility size, and extremely high cost have limited the development of heavy ion therapy.Nowadays, there are still some technical problems regarding charged particle therapy, and more clinical trials are required.
