Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(6):959-961
Objective To investigate the expression of MMP-9, p53 protein in primary hepatocarcinoma (PHC) and the relationship between the clinicpathological in PHC. Methods The expression of MMP-9 and p53 in 74 eases with PHC and microvessel density(MVD) were detected by immunohistochemistry, the clinical pathological parameters were also analyzed. Results In hepato-cellular carcinoma, the expression of MMP-9 and p53 were closely related to MVD, tumor size, aggressive behavior(vascular metastasis and tumor envelope) ( P < 0.05 ). The positive correlation was found between the expression of two factors in PHC. Conclusion MMP-9 and p53 might be impor-tant markers in the carcinogenesis, progression and prognosis of PHC.
2.Progress in dendritic cell and immunotherapy of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(1):75-77,81
Because of the exists of minimal residual disease(MRD), children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) often suffer from recurrence. Dendritic cells (DC) play a pivotal role in the body's anti-tumor immune response through taking up tumor antigens to stimulate the body's immune system. Therefore it has become a hotspot due to DC's immunotherapy of clearing MRD in the body of children with ALL. This review discusses the DC characteristics, the immune escape mechanism associated with DC and the use of DC's immunotherapy in children with ALL.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(4):254-258
Objective To explore the effect of process quality monitoring for hospital infection control of ICU. Methods A total of 265 critically ill patients admitted to ICU were chosen as the control group from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015, who were strictly enforced three cluster strategies to prevent catheter related blood stream infection (CRBSI), catheter-associated urinary tract infection (CAUTI) and ventilator–associated pneumonia (VAP) with periodical data monitoring in ICU. Another 292 critically ill patients admitted to ICU were chosen as the observation group from April 1, 2015 to March 31,2016, who were added 3 measures of process quality monitoring on the basis of implementation method of the control group. The incidence of CRBSI, CAUTI and VAP time were compared between two groups. Results There was statistically significant difference on the incidence rate of the CRBSI between the two groups (χ2=4.504, P=0.034), which was respectively 1.79%(5/280) and 5.10%(13/255). There was statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of CAUTI between the two groups (χ2=5.708, P=0.017), which was respectively 3.48% (10/287) and 8.27% (21/254). There was statistically significant difference on the incidence rate of VAP between the two groups (χ2=8.291, P=0.004), which was respectively 3.48% (10/287) and 8.27% (21/254). Mean time of mechanical ventilation in the observation group and the control group was respectively (2.14±1.40) days and (3.37±2.01) days, there was no significant difference (P=0.073). Mean time of ICU stay in the observation group and the control group was respectively (6.04±1.04) days and (11.92±1.90) days, there was statistical significance (t=-1.840, P=0.024). Number of qualified central venous catheter maintenance, perineum clean and oral care had negative relevance with number of patients with CRBSI, CAUTI and VAP, correlation coefficient in the observation group was respectively-0.701,-0.618,-0.677, there was statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusions The implementation of quality monitoring can reduce the number of patients with CRBSI, CAUTI and VAP, which suggests wide application in ICU.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of peginterferon alpha-2a plus ribavirin in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C. Methods:Totally 85 patients with chronic hepatitis C were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Each patient in the observation group was injected subcutaneously peginterferon alpha-2a with the dose of 180μg once a week plus ribavirin 900-1 200 mg/d, po, and each patient in the control was treated subcutaneously with 5 MU standard interferon alpha-2b three times a week plus the same used ribavirin. After the 48-week treatment, 24-week fellow-up was carried out. HCV RNA and ALT were detected at the baseline, 4th week, 12th week and 48th week during the treatment, and 24th week after the treatment, respective-ly. The rate of rapid virological response ( RVR) , early virological response ( EVR) , end of treatment virological response ( ETVR) , sustained virological response (SVR), ALT normalization and adverse reactions were respectively assessed. Results: The rates of EVR,ETVR and SVR in the observation group were 76. 7%(33/43), 86. 0%(37/43) and 79. 1%(34/43), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group [54. 8%(23/43), 66. 7%(28/43) and 57. 1%(24/43),respectively] (P<0. 05). The ALT normalization rate at 12th and 48th week after the treatment in the observation group was 81. 4% and 90. 7%, re-spectively, which were higher than those in the control group [64. 3% and 71. 4%, respectively](P<0. 05). The rate of white cell counts and platelet underlying (58. 1% and 39. 5%) in the observation group were also higher than those in the control group (35. 7%and 19.0%)(P<0.05). The decreased rate of neutrophil (58.1%) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(19. 0%)(P<0. 01). The other adverse reactions in the two groups were similar, and there was no new or unique adverse event related to peginterferon. Conclusion:Peginterferon alpha-2a has better effect than the standard interferon alpha-2b in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis C with promising tolerance.

Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1996;0(04):-
To clarify the clinical significance of alterations of Ha-ras, p53 and RB gene as well as infection with HPV16,18 in human bladder cancer, we examined the state of Ha-ras, p53 and RB genes, sequences of HPV16/18, and their association with clinicopathological parameters in 39 cases of bladder cancer and 7 cases of normal tissue, using nonisotopic PCR-SSCP and dot blot. The overall incidences of Ha-ras, p53 and RB gene mutation and HPV infection in tumor were 61.5% ,36% ,30.8% and 15.4% , respectively. The HPV positive rate was negatively correlated with clinical stage and pathological classification. Rather, the mutations of Ha-ras and p53 gene were positively correlated with the above clinical parameters. The incidence of Ha-ras gene mutation in recurring tumors was significantly higher than that in primary ones. A negative correlation between HPV infection and p53 mutation was also found. The results suggest that the above molecular events and their interaction play important roles in the development of bladder cancer, and that they wonld be of practical assistance in the prognosis and monitoring of bladder cancer.
