Objective To study the effect of drug combined with psychological intervention on mental status and quality of life in patients with multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.MethodsIn Jiashan Second People's Hospital from January 2011 to December 2016 were 100 cases of multi drug resistant tuberculosis patients as the research object in the course of the study, were randomly divided into control group and experimental group two were 50 cases each.Patients in the control group were given routine drug treatment, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with psychological intervention on the basis of drug treatment.Comparison of the experimental group and the control group after 12 months of treatment, depression score and quality of life score.ResultsBefore treatment, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the scores of life quality and the scores of depression and anxiety, which was not statistically significant. After treatment in December, the anxiety score of the patients in the experimental group was (41.2±8.2), and the score of depression was (36.4±4.5).The total score of quality of life was (75.2±11.2).The anxiety score of the control group was (52.3±7.4), and the score of depression was (45.4±5.6).The total score of QOL was (64.2±9.3).Thus, after the corresponding treatment, the experimental group of patients with depression and anxiety scores were significantly lower than those in the control group, the quality of life scores of the control group was significantly lower than the experimental group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).ConclusionThe drug combined with psychological intervention in treatment of multi drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis can improve the therapeutic effect to a great extent, help the patients to relieve anxiety and depression and other negative emotions, improve the quality of life, with further clinical promotion and application significance.

The protective effect of selenium ( Se ) on cobalt cardiomyopathy was investigated in rats given cobalt chloride ( 5 mg/kg?d-1?7 i.p.). Pretreatment of Se (50 ?g/kg?d-1 ?14 i.p.) could protect the myocardium injured by Co as demonstrated by the decrease in plasma CPK and GOT activities and absence of histopathologic abnormalities. Se contents in hearts and the cardiac glutathione peroxidase activity were increased, but the level of lipid peroxide in the heart was unaltered after i.p. Se. As compared with the Co group rats, SDH reaction was increased in intensity, lipid staining and free fatty acid contents in myocardium of the Se + Co group were decreased to the normal extent, indicating that the protective effect of Se appeared to be related to the prevention of the cobalt-induced inhibition of SDH and disturbance of lipid metabolism in the heart.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of Ganyu capsule on the experimental hepatic injury in mice and rats. Methods Acute hepatic injury was induced by intraperitoneal injection of 0.1 %CCl4 10mL/kg and D-galactosamine 500 mg/kg in mice;Cirrhosis was induced by 40 %CCl4 adding with variousagents in rats. The biochemical parameters such as serum ALT were examined and the histopathological changes of hepatic tissue was measured. Results Ganyu capsule could obviously inhibit the increase of serum ALT and AST activity and reduce the content of collagen in liver and the deseverity of hepatic fibrosis. Conclusion Ganyu capsule has protective effects on the acute and chronic hepatic injury in mice and rats.

This article presents the design of a bioreactor using hollow fiber membrane and, isolated hepatocytes of suckling pigs, and the experimental study of its efficacy in vitro. Liver cells were harvested from suckling pigs with collagenase perfusion in situ, and parenchymal and non-parenchymal hepatocytes were cocultured in a hollow fiber module which was rotated sporadically. Bioartificial liver(BAL) was developed using this bioreactor, and the BAL was perfused with ascites of patients suffering from liver cirrhosis. The yield of viable hepatocytes was (6.29 +/- 0.37) x 10(8) cells, and cell viability was greater than 84%. Hepatocytes aggregated to multi-cells spheroids after being rotated every thirty minutes for three hours. The hepatocytes in the bioreactor could synthesize urea. Total billirubin was decreased, and AST was significantly increased in the group of bioreactor, as compared with that in the control group. Glucose decreased in the group of bioreactor, whereas there was no significant descent in the control group; and the difference between the two groups was significant. The above results demonstrate that this bioreactor is effective for decreasing total bilirubin and glucose.

Most of the CHD patients reveal string pulse, mainly due to damage of heart function, lowering of arterial compliance and increase of total peripheral resistance. The common pulse in patients of blood diseases reveal frequent, tiny, string and slippery characteristic, mostly due to the increase of compensatory pumping action of the heart, shortening of ejection time of the left heart, with better vessel compliance and hemorheology, low total peripheral resistance.
