1.The research progress of astragalus in regulating blood glucose steady state of diabetes patients
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(1):87-89
In recent decades, the mortality and morbidity of diabetes have increased such that it is becoming a major worldwide public health problem. Intensive blood glucose control could significantly raise the patients life and their survival quality nevertheless it develops hypoglycaemia. Repeated hypoglycemia leads to glucose conterregulate deficiencyand hamper reaching glucose target goals. Astragalus, a traditional Chinese herb used in diabetic therapy for thousands years, has also proven its glucose counterregulationeffect on preventing hypoglycemia. Here, we summarize its glycemic regulation mechanism in different extracts. It is projected that the efficacy and safety of astragalus extracts will be proven in clinical trials and animal experiments in future, and this herb extract might be known as a new class of anti-diabetic drug without hypolycemia danger.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2001;29(2):178-181
Orthogonal descriptors is a viable method for variable selection, but this method strongly depend on the orthogonalisation ordering of the descriptors. In this paper, we compared the different methods used for order the descriptors. It showed that better results could be achieved with the use of backward elimination ordering. We predieted Rf value of phenol and aniline derivatives by this method, and compared it with classical algorithms such as forward selection, backward elimination, and stepwise procedure. Some interesting hints were obtained.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(6):856-858
Objective To explore the correlation between arterial iodine fraction ( AIF) obtained with energy spectrum CT and Child-Pugh staging of liver cirrhosis. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the Child-Turcotte-Pugh of hospitalized 80 patients diagnosed as liver cirrhosis (15 cases of Child -A,40 cases of Child -B,and 25 cases of Child-C) and CT examination results.HD750 spectral three-stage CT scanning was conducted in all patients.AIF was calculated with energy spectrum analysis software, and the correlation between AIF and Child-Pugh staging of liver cirrhosis was explored. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the iodine content of hepatic artery and portal vein among different groups(t=1.786,P>0.05).The hepatic artery iodine score pair-wise analysis among different groups showed that the differences were statistically significant(F=30.45,P<0.05). The hepatic artery iodine score was highest in Child-Pugh C group, secondary in Child-Pugh B group and lowest in Child-Pugh A group.AIF and Child-Pugh staging of liver cirrhosis was significantly correlated. Conclusion AIF of liver cirrhosis reveals the state of liver function and is correlated with Child-Pugh staging, thus can be adopted as a supplement in clinical Child-Pugh staging.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;(12):27-29,30
Objective To explore the causes of bone fascia compartment syndrome after radial artery coronary artery intervention and sum up the nursing experience. Method The clinical data of 8 patients with bone fascia compartment syndrome after radial artery coronary artery intervention from January 2009 to December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively to summarize the nursing countermeasures, including close observation of illness, swelling and pain nursing, medication and blood and monitoring of coagulation functions. Result The forearm of all patients were painful, swollen and enlarged, 6 of them with radial pulse abating,1 with finger pulling pain, 2 with muscle decreasing. Conclusions The early observation and treatment of bone fascia compartment syndrome are critical. Great importance to the complaints of patients should be attached in view of the causes of complications so that effective nursing strategy can be taken to save time of conservative treatment, alleviate the patients'pains and promote their early recovery.

Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2014;(3):220-223
Objective To investigate the distribution and antibiotic resistance of isolated pathogens in neonatal sepsis. Methods The results of blood culture and drug susceptibility test in neonates sepsis from January 2012 to June 2013 were retro-spectively analyzed. Results One hundred and thirty-two strains were detected in the blood samples, with 100(75.76%)Gram-positive bacteria, 30 (22.73%) Gram-negative bacteria and 2 (1.52%) fungus. Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were the three most common pathogens. Gram-positive cocci was strongly resistant to penicillin (100.00%), erythromycin, selectrin and ampicillin/sulbactam (62.50%-100.00%), but still sensitive to vancomycin and teico-planin. The resistance rate of Gram-negative bacilli to ampicillin was 100.00%, and the resistance rate to cefatriaxone, selectrin and cefuroxime was 61.54%-100.00%. The resistance rate to imipenem and piperacillin/tazobactam was lower. Conclusions The selection of sensitive antibiotics should be based on the pathogens and drug resistance testing for the treatment of neonatal sepsis.

Objective Through the investigation of nurses'situation of fatigue and perceived social support, to know about the status of nurses' fatigue and the degree of perceived social support, and influenc-ing factors for a preliminary regression analysis of nurses in order to further the prevention of the occurrence of chronic fatigue for reference. Methods By using fatigue assessment scale (FAI), fatigue scale (FS-14)and perceived social support scale (PSSS) to investigate 200 female nurses in Jining city, 191 valid questionnaires were got, the reclaimed efficiency was 95.5%. The results underwent analysis. Results Nurses who had accounted for 69.11 percent of fatigue, had more severe fatigue than nurses who had less fatigue, and they had tense response to rest or sleep. Nurses' physical fatigue and mental fatigue were significantly higher than the general healthy population. Nurses received higher scores of social support. Age and other factors and perceived social support went through regression analysis: the degree of job tension exacerbated the severity of fatigue, however, social support to some extent, mitigated or alleviated the situation of nurses in the total fatigue. Conclusions Nurses are high-risk population for fatigue. The degree of job stress is the main influencing factor. And social support and care for nurses, especially home care support, adequate rest, in-creasing the number of nurses, good working environment can effectively reduce fatigue.
