Objective: Compare the effect of diuresis and acute toxicity between Cortex Moriradicis with and without rough bark. Methods: Accumulate and note the amount of urine produced by subjects rabbits by means of rabbit catheterization method, and calculate the LD50 on subjects mice by Bliss method. Results: No matter the decoction of Cortex Moriradicis with rough bark(ig 8.4g/kg) or without rough bark(ig.8.4g/kg) can increase greatly the amount of urine produced by rabbits( P 0.05). The LD50 of the decoction of Cortex Moriradicis with rough bark(ip) in the mice was 10.33?1.67g/kg while the LD50 of without rough bark(ip) was 8.39?1.11g/kg by Bliss method, showing significant difference. Conclusion: The effect on promoting the production of urination between Cortex Moriradicis with and without rough bark was no significant difference. The acute toxicity of Cortex Moriradicis without rough bark was more potent than that's of Cotex Moriradicis with rough bark.

Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of acupuncture treatment on eczema for providing the objective and reliable evaluation.Methods Cochrane systematic review methods were adopted.The author searched data in the VIP database(1987～2009),Qing Hua Tong Fang database(1997～2009),and China Academic Journals' Full-text Database(CNKJ)(1997～2009)concerned on acupuncture treatment of eczema and evaluated by RCT. Odds ratio(OR) and 95%confidence interval(95%C1)were used as the statistic efficacy for analysis.The quality of the papers was analyzed according to the four quality evaluation criteria in Cochrane Handbook and then meta-analysis(Meta)by RevMan4.2.2 software.Results There were 19 relevant Papers of randomized controlled trials(RCT)and non-randomized controlled trial (CCT)met the included criteria Meta analysis showed that there were statistically significant difference between acupuncture and conventional treatment of eczema.Conclusion Acupuncture treatment can improve the efficiency and reduce the recurrence rate of eczema.However,due to relatively low methodological trial adopted in these included papers,more scientific clinical trial designs were expected for provided high quality papers used for statistical analysis.

The nutritional value of rice germ additive was evaluated by biological method. The experiment was divided into four groups: in the first and second groups the rats were fed with 10% and 20% rice germ additive, the third group as a positive control received 1.1% casein additive, and the fourth was rice germ free group. The main nutrients such as protein, fat and carbohydrate contents in the first three groups were basically equal.The experimental results showed that the growth curve and other criteria of the rice germ additive were as same as the 1.1% casein additive group but 10% rice germ group was slightly better than the 20% group, especially the weights of males were increased more rapidly than the females.At the end of the experiment, no significant differences were found among the four tested groups in hemoglobin contents, weights of cerbrum, spleen and thymus. The data indicated that the nutritional effect of 10% rice germ additive was comparable to 1.1% casein additive. So the rice germ may be acceptable as a new potential source of protein, vitamin and mineral for human and animal foods.

Microglia are functionally principal immune effector cells widely spread in the central nervous system ( CNS) and physiological play a role in monitoring and stabilizing the internal environment. Very sensitive to external stimulation, microglia are eas-ily activated by slight pathological changes in the CNS. The activated microglia, on the one hand, phagocytize cellular debris and ex-crete growth factors to promote nerve repair and, on the other hand, also produce some inflammatory cytokines, glutamate, and nitric oxide, which may aggravate the inflammatory response and lead to secondary injury. This article summarizes the characteristics of mi-croglia and their involvement in CNS diseases and provides a new target for their treatment.

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of cognitive therapy and progressive relaxation training (CTPRT) on the operation anxiety of patients undergoing chemonucleolysis with collagenase.Methods120 patients undergoing chemonucleolysis with collagenase were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group received routine care and CTPRT,while the control group only received routine care.The perioperative anxiety status,back and leg pain,heart rate,blood pressure,status of sleeping and urination of the two groups were evaluated respectively.ResultsAnxiety and pain degree in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01).About 30 min pre operation and postoperation,the heart rate and blood pressure of the experimental group were much lower than that of the control group (P<0.01).The experimental group also showed better sleep and urination status.ConclusionsThe cognitive therapy and progressive relaxation training can reduce degree of operation anxiety,release the pain and help promote sleep for patients undergoing chemonucleolysis with collagenase.

BACKGROUND:Femoral tunnel suspensory fixation device for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction has a certain clinical comparison. However, there are a few fixture researches on the expansion of bone tunnel and graft changes.
OBJECTIVE:To observe the short-period effect of femoral tunnel side fixtures Endobutton and Tightrope used in autologous hamstring anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction on bone tunnel and implant change.
METHODS:Twenty-three patients with anterior cruciate ligament injuries received one-stage hamstring reconstruction, including 13 cases of femoral tunnel fixation with Endobutton and 10 cases with Tightrope. Tibial tunnel used extrusion screws. We observed operation time, recent effects after operation (Lysholm knee score, IKDC score) and the postoperative change of femoral tunnel diameter and graft length.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1) Twenty-three cases were fol owed up for 9-12 months, averagely 10 months. (2) Joint motion was not limited in both groups. No significant difference in IKDC and Lysholm scores was determined between the two groups (P>0.05). (3) Graft length and femoral tunnel diameter were significantly higher in the Endobutton group during final fol ow-up compared with that at 1 week postoperatively (P<0.05). (4) These results suggested that the recent effects were similar between Tightrope and Endobutton fixation, but Tightrope fixation device reduces the length of graft and the extent of bone tunnel enlargement.

The microRNAs is a kind of endogenous and non-coding small RNA ,which possesses biological function negatively regulating gene expression.Recent researches also found that artificial controlling some microRNAs ex-pressions can improve heart function via regulating skeletal myoblasts through multiple mechanisms,so may become a new breakthrough point in myocardial infarction treatment area.

Objective To explore the community nursing talents' occupation quality demand in the purpose of periodically providing reference for higher medical institutions' nursing education and for job training of community nurses.Methods The community nurses in the 15 qualified communities' medical organizations in the city of Zunyi were investigated through self-designed questionnaires,analyzing the basic qualifications,humanistic knowledge,professional knowledge and profession ability demand that community nursing talents were supposed to possess.Results The demand of high occupation responsibility and strict working style amounted to a relatively large proportion among the 11 basic qualifications.Demand of nursing etiquette and community nursing management occupied a relatively large proportion among the 9aspects of community nurses' humanistic knowledge demands.Demand of the often used community nursing technical operation and common drugs' clinical application knowledge took up a relatively large proportion among the 16 community nurses' professional knowledge demands.Demand of interpersonal and communication skills and self protection ability held a relatively large proportion among the 14 community nursing talents' occupation ability demands.Conclusions Oriented to the demand of the community nursing talents' occupation quality demands,relevant higher medical institutions or colleges concerned should strengthen the basic quality,optimize the curriculum structure and improve occupation ability in the purpose of culturing the community nursing talents who are able to adapt to the demand of community health service and have higher overall qualities as well.

Objective: To syudy the pharmacologic and clinical effects of Jiaweizhiyu Decoction.Methods: The decoction for relieving pain, reducing blood sugar and controlling thrombus formation was investigated.Results: Jiaweizhiyu Decoction has effects on relieving pain, reducing blood sugar and controlling thrombus formation.Conclusion: It will be further researched for us.

Objective To observe the changes in blood glucose,albumin/creatinine ratio and isletβcell function,after calcitriol therapy was used on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and microalbuminuria.Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetic microalbuminuria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each had 30 cases.Patients in the experimental group were given calcitriol 0.25ug once a day for three months,the changes of blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,albumin/creatinine ratio,islet βcell function were observed.Results After the intervention,the albumin/creatinine ratio level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group ((127.48±139.94) mg/g vs.(151.02±96.25) mg/g,P=0.04).The insulin resistance index in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group ((2.99±1.24) vs.(3.72±2.58),P=0.233),the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Calcitriol can reduce microalbuminuria in patients with type 2 diabetes.Calcitriol may be helpful in improving insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
