Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of chronic kidney disease(CKD)in the adult population receiving healthy examination from Xinjiang. Methods A total of 10 025 subjects who were older than 20 years and received healthy examination in Health Center of the First Affiliated Hospital,Xinjiang Medical University, from January 2009 to April 2010 were enrolled. Results The prevalence of proteinuria was 4.86%(95%CI:4.44%-5.28%),hematuria 3.13%(95%CI:2.79%-3.47%),and reduced eGFR 2.66%(95%CI:2.34%-2.98%).Approximately 9.60%(95%CI:9.02%-10.18%)of these subjects had at least one indicator of kidney damage.Albuminuria was independently associated with male, systolic blood pressure,BMI,glycometabolism abnormity, hypertriglyceridemia.Hematuria was independently associated with female, minority, aystolic blood pressure.Reduced eGFR was independently associated with female, age, obesity, hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia.Age,gender, glycometabolism abnormity, systolic blood pressure, hyperuricemia and hyperlipidemia were independently correlated with CKD. Conclusions The prevalence of chronic kidney disease is 9.60%in the adult population receiving healthy examination, which is quite high and should be considered. The spectrum and correlated factors of CKD in this population are similar to studies reported.

The special operational environment of the military is likely to cause sunburn among troops.Through literature review and retrieval of information, the current methods for sunburn protection and support capacity of foreign armies were surveyed, involving ideas about of protection, major concerns and advantages so as to provide reference for generating and improving the ability of China's military to protect against sunburn.Foreign armies have attached importance to sunburn protection in special operating environments.China is to learn from the experience of foreign countries, make the troops better-informed of sunburn protection, improve the accessibility of the ready-made products for sunburn protection among the troops, and promote the research and development of sunscreen equipment and preparations for troops operating in extreme special environments.

Objective:To explore the clinical features and possible pathogenesis of spontaneous remission of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) .Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of a patient with spontaneous remission of AML, MLL-AF9 rearrangement, and abnormal liver function in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, and the relevant pieces of literature were summarized. Results:The patient experienced lung infection, fever, and liver dysfunction and was treated with anti-infection and blood transfusion. After complete response (CR) , the patient remained in CR with mild, indirect bilirubin elevation at 35 months of follow-up. Additionally, 56 cases of adult AML (non-acute promyelocytic leukemia) were reported in the literature from 1990 to June 2021. The cases were checked by bone marrow aspiration, and our patients were summarized and analyzed. Furthermore, 57 patients, including 37 males and 20 females, with a median age of 51 (20-83) years and a median remission time of five months; 52 patients achieved complete remission. In addition, there were five cases with long-term remission and a chromosomal record, with no recurrence so far, three with normal karyotype and two with t (9;11) (q21;q23) .Conclusion:The spontaneous remission of leukemia is rare and may be related to immunosuppression and genes.
